Exceptional experience. Knowledgeable trained staff that have and interest and ability to work on older Mercedes. Many shops sadly will not any longer. I would highly recommend Stuttgart Motors for their fair prices and great attention to my Mercedes.

The staff was friendly and all, but the service I received was below average. I brought in our 04 clk320 to get some things checked out like SRS light and the suspension system, and all they did was check that it was getting low voltage and told me I needed a new battery ( which I already knew) that's where they stopped their 'diagnostic' they didn't check the suspension or anything like I asked. So I basically paid 165 for a diagnostic for something that was obviously wrong plus >300 for a battery. I paid the bill and I bought the battery since I needed my car to run but I could've done that part myself, so I wouldn't go to this place unless you actually know someone that works there and you know that they will do what needs to be done.

The gentleman in the shop always makes time to get our car in the shop asap. Good work, always. And most of all, this man is honest! Last time we brought the car in, he told us nothing was wrong with it. He is awesome!

I went to this place for a big electrical problem on my GLK350 due to a short around the battery and jumper box. They did a great job of diagnostic and fixing the problem pretty quick, no problem there. The guy I dealt with KD was a supper nice guy and catered to everything I asked them to do. I appreciate his help basically a great guy. Now the reason I give these guys a 4 star is due to carelessness of their technicians after their job was finished. I found black finger prints all over the interior, left the wires that was supposed to be hooked back up unhooked, floor mats in the wrong place...etc just little stuff and sloppy finish/delivery. I will take my car back there again if I need to. This comment is just for management to do a little more care when returning the car to the customer as far as cleanness and organization.Service: Electrical

My experience with Stuttgart Motors was excellent! They are professional, competent and reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone with Mercedes Benz issues and in need of a great mechanic that is trustworthy, go to Stuttgart and consult with Jazzy. He will take care of your car needs, and you will leave confident, knowing your vehicle is operating at its maximum! Thanks again Stuttgart!

Stuttgart Motors is the only repair shop that I would let service my Mercedes for the last 4 years. I just had my transmission service and my air conditioning system repaired. The price was right and the staff was great to work with. Thank you Jazzy and Dalia

Amazing staff, with more knowledge about Mercedes than the dealership, was able to fix my car and give advice on my repairs, for exponentially less, highly recommended for your car and huge savings.

I took my car here, based on all of the good reviews. I have a 94 E320 with a transmission issue (Reverse is gone) which I knew that it needed to be replaced, I just needed to see what replacement would cost. The secretary then told me they needed to diagnose it, okay. Whatever. So I brought my car here. The shop isn t particularly clean, neither is the waiting area. Isn t a big deal, but gave me a red flag. So they take my car back, and check it out. After about an hour, hour and 30 or so, they come out and tell me that they suspect the reverse band is out, and that they recommend replacement. Great. What am I looking at. They then give me a quote of over $3,500, which sounded ridiculous to me. So I declined repair so that I could get other estimates. Then as I was checking out and paying for the Diagnostic, which the price for was also extremely ridiculous, the secretary then tells me that they will give me 30% off if I leave a review. I told them no thank you. I m not going to leave a review if I m not having work done. But that s very deceiving, and also explains why they have such good reviews. So I had other estimates done, 2, from two reputable places. Both at least $800 less than Stuttgart quoted me. I don t recommend doing business here, based on their review policy alone.

Best Service place in town! I am beyond impressed with the knowledge Jazzy has for Mercedes and cars! He even did me a favor by fixing my Cadillac (even though they specialize in Mercedes only). I love this place. You must visit for a service or something. The pricing is beyond fair too!

My original factory car battery in my Mercedes-Benz finally died, after 20 years. Jazzy was able to replace it with a new one the same morning, with a discount. Great, honest service, with strings attached! Thank you!

I went to Stuttgarts for diagnostic on my 99 Mercedes E320 and Jazzy was really helpful. He went over everything he found when he ran the diagnostic and told me the best way to go about fixing my problems. He answered all my questions. They even gave me a discount! 10/10 would bring my car back!

Stuttgart motors is the best place to take to your Benz. I had my 05 E320 inspected by Jazzy. He gave me the break down on which services were needed on my vehicle at a reasonable price. Thanks Stuttgart

Avoid this Shop at all Cost! MBZ Owners beware! I took my 190E in for Richard's Stuttgart Motors to change the AC compressor only, no recharge because I know how to recharge it myself. One inexperienced Mechanic called Josh with a (big ear loop) messed up our car. He changed the compressor and did not know how to replace the automatic belt tensioner properly. Josh claimed we needed a new serpentine belt and new belt tensioner when our car ran just fine when we drove it in. Even though I bought a new belt from them, I did not buy the belt tensioner because I did not believe my belt tensioner needed replacement. Josh replaced the new serpentine belt but is was very loose and caused all kinds of problems with our MBZ 190E. The power steering stopped working, the water pump stopped working so the car would over heat within a short driving distance and the alternator would not charge battery; the charging light was on. The serpentine belt was squeaking badly. The Owner Richard was not at the shop at the time and a Lady who claimed to be his sister said per the technician, we need a new serpentine belt and tensioner. I as a very knowledgeable MBZ owner of all types for over 25 years was very skeptical and suspicious of this Mechanic because the belt tensioner had been recently replaced. . When I complained to the owner Richard whom I know, he sided with his mechanic. In short it turned ugly until he called the cops on us. We waited for the cops but they did not show up in 2 hours. Frustrated we left. After 3 hours the cops called us.. Wow! The next day I ordered a new belt tensioner from Ebay that was three times much cheaper than what Richard's Stuttgart was charging just in case I really need one but decided not to go back to them because I believed Josh was an inexperienced mechanic.I helped my Sister drive the car fast to Advanced Auto Service near by on Stockton Blvd. Henry a very good Japanese car technician (who is not even a Mercedes Technician) right away knew what was wrong. He looked at the belt and tensioner and said the previous mechanic (Josh) did not properly replace the tensioner and told me I did NOT need a new belt and new belt tensioner and my old tensioner was still good and he adjusted my old belt tensioner properly for me. Guess what? All my problems solved. My alternator was charging again, power steering working again and loose squeaking belt was tight again. No over heating.I called Richard again a few days later and told him the situation and told him his technician was wrong and in my opinion does NOT know what he is doing. Richard gave me his email address and asked me to scan and send the paper work from Advance Auto Service via email for him to see with his own eyes what Henry (the Japanese car Technician wrote on the on the work order) and if true (he Richard said) will take corrective action. I asked for an apology and refund for parts his inexperienced mechanic made us purchase parts WE DID NOT NEED and Richard did nothing to make things right. I gave hime reasonable time to make things right . It's over 5 months and he did NOTHING! WHAT A SHAME! I'd like to say I reached out to Richard because he used to have a very good Mechanic. However this rookie that he hired has sabotage our relationship and Richard added insults to injuries by doing NOTHING about this situation. SHAME ON YOU RICHARD & YOUR LOUSY MECHANIC!! YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS ON MY 3 Mercedes Benz.

friendly people, they did repair my engine issue after I pre-diagnosed it. I was overcharged however for a simple valve cover gasket, I was planning on taking another car here, but I have changed my mind...I do not recommend

Jazzy was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! My a/c on my C 350 suddenly went out. I called and first thought it was a blown fuse he said bring it in. He determined it wasn't a blown fuse but didn't know what it was. I asked him to look at the blower motor..He was hesitant as he was now closed, it was Saturday but he took an extra half hour came out and said "you are all set." Turned out it was a loose connector and he cleaned up the area too. He was not going to charge me a penny!! I had ten dollars in my wallet and he still protested but I told him that he forever has my business and I am so grateful that I found AN HONEST MECHANIC!! THANK YOU JAZZY!!

I basically asked the team to restore my SLK350 back to the way it came from the factory, including fixing the convertible hard tops. Other places had quoted me over $4k just to attempt the hard top. Stuttgart not only fixed the top, but also fixed multiple engine leaks and a few belts near the transmission for just over half the quoted prices elsewhere, and it's like having a new car!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance
