We had two cars repaired and color matched at Red Star in the past two months and both were done to perfection. The owners and staff are very kind and kept us informed. I was a member of the local Mustang club and our members used and Red Star on several occasions and were very satisfied with the results.

I really Recommend Red Star Auto Body . Steve is a Total Professional at his talent . Renae will keep you totally informed on whats going on with your Insurance claim . My Nissan Altima has been hit 3 times now and Red Star did the body and paint work for me . They work with you on the Insurance deductible and got it done on time . Awesome Auto body shop. Renae helped me throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed. Updated me frequently on the progress of fixing and expected timeline. Also gave a big discount. Brought my truck to Red Star Auto for a sport bumper install on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. Red Star was unable to install the bumper I purchased due to fitment issues but they gave it an honest attempt. Steve and Ranae were awesome to work with and very friendly. I will be going back to Red Star for any future auto body work because it was a positive experience working with them. Steve also called me and followed up on some additional parts I needed for my bumper. Red Star went above and beyond and I appreciated that in a business these days.

Unfortunately for my vehicles, I have needed to use red star on quite a few occasions over the last 12+ years. Each and every time has been an absolute pleasure. Renae and Steven have always been really great at keeping me updated on repairs and time frames. I have always been treated great over the years, and any time there has been any concerns or slight adjustments they have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The quality of work has always been excellent and far better then what I ve seen come from other shops in the area. Sadly, I m a very satisfied repeat customer that wants my vehicles to always look good and will not settle for anything less than the best. See ya next accident I guess?Service: Painting

Service, communication, and results were all excellent. I actually went to several different body shops to ask about fixing some body work on my truck out of pocket, and everyone said that the best they could do was get it looking about 90 percent better, which was demoralizing to say the least because I didn't want to have to replace everything in question here. But then Red Star told me they could get it looking new, and I was naturally skeptical but moved forward with them anyway. The results were as if it was back to it's completely original condition, outdoing all the other shops who told me it was not possible to get it looking better than 90 percent to the original. Steve and Renee were amazing. They were easy to work with, explained what needed to be done (which was a lot less than what I was being told at other shops) and did a great job on my 2013 Dodge Durango. The price was fair and the results were amazing. My car looked brand new when I got it back. Scheduling the work was easy as they gave me a couple of weeks to choose from at my convenience and even came in on a Saturday morning for me to pick it up and accommodate my work schedule. I had a fantastic experience with Red Star Auto Works. I was able to get an appropriate estimate and coordinate getting my car repairs completed, within my crazy schedule. All of the staff took really great care with getting my vehicle back to me before my rental car needed to be returned. I have dealt with a few body shops in the past. Red Star far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team.

I had the bad luck of getting hit by 2 different people within 5 days of each other. Luckily the damage was primarily on my rear bumper. Red Star was on point with any questions/concerns I had and kept me updated as the when my parts would be in as well as communication with my insurance. My parts came in pretty quickly and Red Star didn't have my car for an extended period of time. Their customer service is amazing and so is their repair work, you can't even tell I was hit, my car looks great. The folks at Red Star were exceptional. They were quick, patient and knowledgeable. They helped me out with replacing my rear bumper and last minute touch ups I requested and they got it all done earlier than expected. The price was 100s of dollars cheaper than another shop I received a quote from and I can't imagine the job being performed any better than it was. Mother-in-laws car needed some TLC for some body work. Chose Redstar as I have had them do work in the past and have always been really happy with their attention to detail. The car came out as good as new and mother-in-law was very happy. The fit, finish and work done was top quality. Even though I only had a small job for them, Red Star Auto Works treated me great. They got me in quick, had my break calipers painted in a couple of days and they look great. First of all, I loved the family environment & the welcome I received. Renee, her husband, her daughter, her son were all there & it reminded me of my time in the Midwest in a good way. I took my Maserati for under the bumper scrapes & other bumper touch ups & I'm very pleased with the job & will definitely return in the future with my other cars if needed.

This place is FABULOUS! They listen carefully to your requests and concerns, treat you like family, and get things done with excellence, expeditiously. Unlike other body shops, they re super fast. The parts wait is only a few days, then a couple days for paintwork. Literally, they replaced a large bumper/fender with beautifully matching paintwork in ONE WEEK. I seem to go to this shop whenever I need collision work done. My minivan is a magnet for people rear ending me for some reason. I am big on supporting small businesses whenever I can. Steve is upfront, transparent and fair on what needs to be done and takes the time to explain why. I don t go to any other body shop even when the insurance company suggests their affiliated vendor. I looked for several months for a trusted place with top notch work and finally found Red Star, they painted my car 12 years ago and it still looks brand new! I recently went back to get a few touch ups done and you still get the same people with great work and service 12 years later! I have taken my wife's GMC Acadia (twice) and my Kia Optima to Red Star for body work repair and have been extremely happy with the quality of work, responsiveness of performing the work, and assisting me with mitigating some of the insurance deductible. He was meticulous in the work and coordinated all of the interaction with the insurance adjuster. I highly recommend Red Star Auto Works. Its a family run business that treats you like family.
