I feel confident that my vehicle will always be taken care of with the help of Edgar at Niello Volvo and his team!Edgar s expertise and knowledge gives me the comfort in trusting him and his team to do whats best for my vehicle and myself. His kindness, friendliness, and patients makes it easy to ask questions as well as build a trusting relationship with the service center as the team is very transparent.The service center itself is very clean and comfy. I m actually excited to get my car serviced again!

Matt Jeffrey is an excellent service rep. He is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and explains everything in a way I understand. I have owned Volvos for over 45 years, starting with Winter Volvo, then Turner Motors, and now Niello, and Matt is the best service rep I've ever worked with. He is a great asset to Niello Volvo.

We were disappointed with our service visit at Niello Volvo. We took our car for the 50K service and they said everything looks good. Literally the next day the check engine light comes on and we have to take the car back. In the service records of our visit was a comment from my wife about the car that was something that she never said which caused an additional charge. A lot of very odd coincidences that add up to us taking our car elsewhere. I hope for the best for Niello Volvo because our purchase experience and everything to date has been positive.

All was great as far as customer service when I walked in luckily I was told I could be squeezed in for an 11:00 a.m. appointment slot. The waiting area was great being that my thing there was due to an emergency popped tire and I had my dog in the vehicle, they were kind enough to allow for us both to be comfortable. Only issue I had was I was although they gave me an 11:00 appointment and my car didn't actually get looked at until 1: 30 and I walked up to ask about it if they were just barely going to start the work because I thought I had a 11:00 a.m. appointment and I thought services were already being done to which I was told I had no appointment because I was a walk-in and that yes they were just going to get started on the vehicle . I didn't leave until after 4:30 when I arrived at about 10ish. Customer service was good I just feel I should have been notified if the 11:00 appointment that they told me I was lucky enough to get wasn't going to be doable after all. I didn't think 6 hours to change a tire was right and I wouldn't have agreed upon the alignment I would have come back for it. I had to go pick up my son from school and on the fly had to make other arrangements which was taxing.The agent however did quickly deal with my warranty so I could get that result in a quick manner. And I appreciate that!

Matt and service were great. Was able to turn car in early and completed early, can t be better than that. Matt kept me informed all the way with text messages, very appreciative. We are very trusting with Niello Volvo for serving our S 60.

Once again my engine light was lit. Brought it in and Matt and service department did a great job. This is now three months and waiting for my engine to be replaced. I now know that it could take another six months. Great customer service, but waiting list is rather long.

Excellent dealership for servicing. Their waiting room has look and feel of a fine cafe with coffee bar and charging outlets for computer, sofas, etc. The service managers are the best. I highly recommend Neillo Volvo servicing as the best I ve ever seen.

I've been coming to Niello Volvo Servicing for years and I always find the experience excellent; friendly service managers, quality servicing, and their customer waiting room is outstanding -- a coffee bar with outlets for computers, carpeting, comfortable chairs and sofas. A free shuttle is available, and setup for rentals or Uber. My service manager went the extra mile in my most recent visit, setting up an Uber to pick me up and their typical courtesy car wash.

I always appreciate the concerns with photos to show the worn parts that need replacing while working on a related repair. It makes sense to replace a part while not adding additional labor cost.

Great people, great cars! The service department is wonderful and we appreciate being treated so well. Many other dealer service depts treat people coming in like they are a nuisance. Amy I m service goes above and beyond. Always great with communication and helping respond to things quickly.

Always have the best experience here. Vadim in sales and Amy in service are the absolute bests. Amy is always so friendly, communicative, and efficient. She makes you feel like the only priority, but she has a ton of items on her to do list. I was told the service would take a couple of hours. When I informed the service advisor that I have an important work meeting I cannot miss, he made sure I was taken care of as soon as possible without compromising the service. I was out of there in approximately 1 hour.

Just leased our XC90 and we worked with saleslady Jessica L., sales manager Justin F. and finance Ryan R.Jessica (Jill !) is very friendly, knowledgeable and a great go between in the lease experience getting the car ready for delivery, arranging the finance lease for fast processing, and getting the car to talk with web via the app !!! She is very nice, friendly, direct, professional and extremely in tune with her customers and knows the vehicle details. My wife and I had a very pleasurable experience working with her. The paperwork went smoothly with no interruptions/delays and Finance Ryan R. was friendly, upfront and fast with the paperwork details.All in all, the sales team matched the excellent Volvo Service we have received from Matt and Michelle in Niello service. The dealership ought be renamed "Friendly Niello Volvo". Highly recommend this group for your new purchase.......they are the best !! BTW, the lease deal was fair and reasonable with minimal negotiation

I was recently scheduled for service on my 2021 S60T6 Inscription, to update the Sensus Navigation Maps. The Service Department, especially my advisor, Matt Jeffrey, were very accommodating, as the process took nearly 4 hours to complete. I was given progress updates throughout, and never felt neglected! Thank you Niello Volvo!

My husband and I went to Niello to look at the XC60 Recharge. We worked with Sean. He was great! He took time to go over the car, what a lease would look like as we had never leased a car before, and helped us with various financing looks. Sean kept in contact with us during the time between our first visit and purchase. Not in a pushy way but a helpful way. The day I decided to go purchase the vehicle, Sean was unfortunately off work but Vadim was able to help me with everything I needed. Ryan in finance did a great job explaining all the options and add-ons to me to help me make the most informed decision possible. The team all followed up with both my husband and me multiple times post purchase to ensure we were happy with the purchase and to see if we had any questions or concerns with the vehicle. We both really enjoy this car and can t say enough about our great experience at Niello Volvo!

I expected that my car would be done with service in couple days the most. Actually it took for four days. Neillo provided loaner car delivered to my house with valet service on third day that was helpful. However, I did not get update information of the car after that day. Finally it was done & Niello sent me for valet service to deliver my car, but it wasn't available so I drove to get my car that was inconvenient to me.

My experience was great! Except the fact I was not able to utilize the Lyft service. Due to a misunderstanding with Lyft, which I was not aware of until the day of my appointment. Due to such, I was stuck at Volvo All Day.

Worst dealership experience I have ever had, the finance manager Andrew does not care about the customer whatsoever and is only worried about making the maximum amount of money possible for himself. This was regarding a 2021 infinity QX80 we purchased from them but the loan ended up not getting funded so we returned the car and asked for the down payment and that s when they illegally used my signature from the first contract and then crossed out the name of the original lender and wrote the new lenders name and sent it to the new lender without my permission in order to get a new loan on the car just because they didn t want to return my down payment. It s currently been 2 months and they have the vehicle I returned to them but I still haven t got my money back.

The employees here greet customers the moment they enter the store. And, my booked service is completed perfectly. However, like other car companies, it is inconvenient to not provide rental cars during inspection hours.
