A huge thank you to McColloch s RV Repair! We were Rear ended on the 5 fwy and our trailer took some damage, we were able to get it in very quickly and understandably parts took a bit to get in but we are VERY pleased and happy with the repair done! The trailer looks brand new! Great service so glad they were able to help us out! Thanks again!

These guys are very knowledgeable and reasonably priced and most importantly they will get you in right away unlike some other places where you need to make 2 months in advance appointments.

They may be fairly knowledgeable about RV repairs, but they lack any customer service, friendliness or ability to relate to their customers. You won t be treated like a friend or family, yet a number and commodity.Don t waste your time, money and frustration.Go somewhere else.The review scores are valid and so low for a reason

My travel trailer was hit by someone and the molding (plus some fiberglass) was wrenched out and damaged on a front corner. Fortunately that someone was a pretty upstanding guy and covered all the costs for repairs. Enter McColloch's RV Repair - literally the only shop I could find after a hard search that would even talk to me about this job. There are relatively few RV shops that do BODY work (almost any other kind of work is easy to get done, but it is HARD to find anybody that will do body work on a trailer).I explained what I needed done and arranged to drop off the trailer. Upon arrival Nick gave it a quick look and let me know approximately how long it would take to get an estimate written up. It duly arrived and I approved the work to go forward.The repair took a bit longer than I would ideally have liked, but that was not the shop's fault. My trailer is an older model and parts/materials are harder to come by. And the wait was worth it - the trailer literally looks good as new. I'd have to point out where the damage was, as you'd never spot it yourself. I'm extremely pleased with the work and would heartily recommend McColloch's RV Repair.Service: Body & Trim

I called to ask to see if they could work on my RV and the guy who answered was very disrespectful, it seemed like he didn't want to answer my questions. Seemed like from the start, he didn't to work on my RV. Worst call I've had in many years where I wanted service.

They worked on my motorhome. 5 miles later the windshield shattered. We took it back and they said not our problem and said we had to contact our insurance.They were nice and easy to work with up until that point. Pretty disappointed.It would be zero stars if I could.

The recreational vehicle that we purchased received a lot of physical damage vandalism and some graffiti it is a 1989 which is old and probably hard to find parts also covid makes it worse. We purchased insurance hopes that if anything like this happened we could get it fixed and looking like new. We were informed that our rv was too ugly to have on his property and it looked like homeless people owned it. The insults were unprofessional. Apparently he only works on good looking RV's. His employee was extremely nice and understanding. He is the type of employee who really cares and is probably under paid. If my loan gets approved I will be opening my own repair shop and will gladly double his employees pay if I could be lucky enough to get such quality professionalism as him. I apologize for forgetting his name. He has a healthy beard and without a doubt extremely talented man

I came in to inquire about service and was immediately told to pull up and that we re two weeks out and you can t make an appointment. It s first come first serve. This absolute somewhat unfriendly approach left me very cold to even leaving my RV for repair. I hope you get a warmer reception if you were to choose this organization to repair your RV.

I had a blow out tire on my pop up camper which tore a hole through my plywood floor. Nick and his team was very helpful. They did a great job with the repaired. Would highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Would have given more stars because the repair tech (David) was great. But I heavily weigh customer service. When speaking to the desk over the phone when they called to explain the repair, it was unprofessional. Nick (the owner's son) quickly escalated to the point of hanging up on me. Apparently the office atmosphere is that it's acceptable to hang up on customers if you can't control your frustration. There is NEVER any excuse for that. In any other job he would be fired.Later when I picked up the RV, Nick never apologized for hanging up on me, even after I apologized first for prior miscommunications. I know, backwards, right?Customer service is very important to me, and there's no shortage of RV repair businesses. We won't be returning.

Mcculloch RV has always been good to us.I've been around a few cons and shady operators. This place is not one of those. All the work we have paid for has been done at the highest level, usually earlier than expected.Nick, the owner, has gone so far as to help me out on the phone when I was having problems while vacationing out of state. That is called customer service at a high level.This is a great business that you can trust for any and all your RV needs. I highly recommend Mcculloch RV.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

We were passing through Sacramento and had an issue with the steps on our motor home. Mc Colloch's RV Repair squeezed us into their schedule and rendered assistance without an appointment. They made sure we were safe and for that we really appreciate them.

They are very knowledgeable and do great work, probably the best in town, the problem is they know it , so they have a real bad attitude and are very cocky about it. When you ask them a question they answer you like your stupid, like that's why I'm asking you , your the experts. Instead of explaining things to you, they get irritated and answer you like your stupid. Like i said, they know their stuff but their attitude sucks, maybe they are taking to many jobs and are stressed out.

We were travelling from Seattle to Fresno in a rented Class A motorhome, and lo, the stair stopped auto-retracting and were suck in the out position. Not good! We drove to McColloch's in hopes for help and David at repaired the stairs in literally a couple of minutes and showed us how to disable the stairs under the RV should there be additional problems. Imagine our relief and gratitude that we could be on the road immediately for family commitments 3 hours away.

Take rv somewhere else. Didnt fix anything and charged me 70.00 times 3 for labor i could have done myself. Also said refrg needed to be replaced when set on propane works fine. They are a rip off company. Would not even give one star.

So google is even more important in my now as I had to google an RV repair shop and look at the reviews. Water pump needed replaced and our generator needed a new exhaust pipe. Great help and great service!

this is a good place to get your RV worked on don't talk to the owner cuz the guys got a chip on his shoulder like would not believe what a jerk they got you over a barrel though because no one else can work on RVs as good as they do

tried to get some help getting a hitch on my trailer and the guy without even helping me said no and hung up on me, then I called back thinking there must be some kind of mistake and he just said NO in the phone and hung up on me again...
