Super nice guys! Less than $30 to get my tire fixed. (It wasn't from them.) They helped me look for and budget tires. They were honest about me not needing any right away and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I appreciate their honesty and not talking down to me because I'm a woman. (Yes, other places do that.) I'll definitely be giving them more business.

Great customer service. Jada was very helpful with ordering rims and talking to us about the different tires. Very knowledgeable. Thank you for making this experience a great one. Hard to find that nowadays.

March 2024: 2017 BOLT EV - Tire balance and alignment.First time customer. These guys did a great job for a great price. Customer Service was fantastic as well. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Made an appointment to replace tires for my girlfriend. It only took only about an hour. Was really fast how they did it so fast. It helps if you tell them what tires you need before the appointment

I had a flat tire last night. I had it replaced and drove to Meadow view Les Schwab location in the morning to get the flat tire fixed. I was greeted very professionally. I was given 30 minutes service time and was done a bit earlier. This location is newest built and the cleanest in the area. I been here couple of times earlier and I always had a best customer service. Heads off to the management. Coffee is available in the morning and popcorns in the day time. If you end up waiting a longer for your tire related service, there is Ihop, Wendy s, McDonald s, ToGos, Basket Robins KFC and Starbucks across the street.

Horrible experience and customer service all three times, never coming back again. First time, I had an appointment and they did not have my tires in stock when they said they did. I had to make another appointment and miss another day at work. Second time when the service was performed, the tires were not balance and had to go back again for wheel balance.Third time, I had a flat and they said 30 minutes, but took an hour and a half. The man behind me was 30 minutes after me for a patch like myself, but left 15 minutes before me. They completely forgot about my work order, never admitted to it, and never even apologies. The work worse service I've experienced.

I had a puncture on a front tire. They fixed it the same day at no charge. Great customer service. Give them a try for your tire needs.

I had to have my tire repaired because of a slow leak. They are always friendly and attentive. Customer service is a lost art but not here. I appreciate the great service. The place is clean, organized, and welcoming. I don't do many reviews but I was compelled to because of the friendly service. Keep up the great work!Ed

Got a nail in your tire? If the tire is salvageable, they ll plug/patch it for free! Do whatever you can to make it easier on them: research which wheel and remove/bring them the wheel. Don t be a lazy. Thank you les schwab!

I had to take it to les Schwab tires because of a slow leak in my left rear tire. Jony Did amazing he described to me what the problem was and so he fixed it I have always had really good Customer Service at Les Schwab Tires and today was no different I am very happy with the way they treated me and helped me. I would give them 10/10 and all 5 stars.

Hands down the best location for any tire service! We've been long-time customers of Les Schwab. Literally, as long as I've been driving! Meadowview location is always friendly & will work quickly to get you in & out. Last visit was for nail in my tire, which had me in & out 30 min!! Even with cars in every dock, being short staffed & had at least 5 people waiting... Still friendly & quickest service by far! They will also go out of their way to give you a ride & pick you back up if necessary!!

Rumor tire repair was free. Charged $20, not sure if right or wrong. Google website says free, and then Saya if bought tires. Kinda misleading at first.

Not sure if there has been a recent policy change but Les Schwab no longer makes appointments for alignments. They are just worked in when there is free time. I have taken several vehicles to Les Schwab in the past (this location included) and have always been able to make an appointment and was seen on time. They would also not mount tires which were not purchased through the store. Again, not sure if there has been a policy change in the last 2 years but I found this incredibly bizarre and not transparent.

Always great service and customer service! Highly recommend.Update: months later I still stand by my review. Had a screw in my tire and they patched/repaired it for free. Wouldn't take my tip. The people that work there and service they provide is always excellent.

10+ STARS! The customer service I received today was impeccable - professional, prompt and courteous. The shop is super clean, too. The moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly and my flat tire was fixed quickly. It was late in the day and I had no appointment and needed to rush to an evening function. The team at the Meadowview Road, Sacramento Les Schwab Tire Center saved the day! Many many THANK YOUs!!

Great service and reasonable prices. Love that they will repair your tires you purchased there for free - I've used the free repair 6 times in the last 5 months.

Needed a flat tire repair and was prepared to pay I'm thinking around $30 more or less and when I pulled out my wallet, the representative told me it would be at no cost! My favorite price!! Just consider them in the future. That I will... Thanks Les Schwab!!!

This place has the friendliest, most helpful, and knowledgeable people! It's also super clean all the time so great work by management and their people. Come here whenever my tires require air and get free tire inflation. In and out in a second. Keep up the great service!

People that work there are friendly. They treat you with respect. Their integrity is excellent. I plan to have Les Schwab do the work on my car. I have been to their store 3 times to have them put air in my tire. This time I needed my battery checked and they did it for free. I didn't need a battery replacement. I value their advice.

The staff was professional and friendly. Five stars for cleanliness and efficiency.I went there with a flat tire anticipating $30-40 bill but to my surprise they did not charge for an excellent service. To compensate for free service, i decided to make an appointment next Saturday for the inspection before a long trip to southern California. It turned out that the inspection was also free at this amazing place. I would give them 10 stars if google permits to double the star rating.I am exceptinally pleased with the welcoming and exceptionally efficent staff. Five stars for kayla for a warm welcome to Les Schwab, Sacramento and great service provided by Travis.Love this place and highly recommend pocket area service center.

The most professional and transparent tire shop! My wife's RAV4 had a small nail in her tire, we are new to the area so I called get quotes and every other shop was asking for $25 to $50 to patch up the tire, the prices were unreasonably high, on top of that, what "drove" me away was the lack of professionalism at these random shops.I was driving back home and saw Les Schwab Tire Center and decided to get another quote - they told me they'd do it for free! They were very professional and quick! I didn't have to wait too long, I was in and out within 15 minutes. I hope I never get another nail in my tire again, but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!
