Matt, Andrew, Angel and Jason were excellent and knowledgeable. I'm glad that they are the ones who take care of my car. As long as Jiffy Lube can continue to provide the quality service these gentleman delivered, I will continue to chose Jiffy Lube as my go to oil change facility.

Would like to give No stars..they broke a piece from my oil pan on my Chevy Suburban and then welded a compromised piece back on the pan and wanted to charge me full price and also tried to charge me more for the air filter than what was listed..this place is the worst and has been for years..my husband said avoid them, but when he died I needed an oil change and they were close by.. but now I go to Walmart, much easier.

I ve been going to jiffy for years, but recently they Damaged my car and refused to help with the situation. Won t be coming back to any jiffy lube.

Great service from when I pulled up, was greeted by the guys in the shop.Gave me an estimate time, I walked down the way to grab some food while I waited.They called and updated me about my car and said it is ready.Customer service was 100% I will be coming back to this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

What a great experience, getting my oil changed. The techs were very friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Best Jiffy Lube I have been to. I have a new location and this is it! Thanks again for your great service

The employees are very courteous and get to you right away. The wait was not too long and they check in with you during the service to let you know how it is going and what might be needed; no problem if you decline. When done, they showed me my oil level with the dipstick. Had a great experience. The service technicians were quick and made me feel comfortable. Not once did I feel they were hustling me. Michael Collins, the store manager was helpful and very insightful, I would definitely go back again.

I went here for an oil change not too long ago. The service was great up until the bolt and gasket on my oil pan was replaced and the oil pan was stripped after installation. Not even 3000 miles later did I notice that my vehicle experience oil loss. I take incredibly good care of my car and I expect those who work on my car to do the same.Service: Oil change

I've always come to this location. The guys there are great, very professional and seem to be a great team. The shop (inside and out) is always clean and I'm usually in and out within an hour. Received a replacement of headlights on a vehicle that required removal of my bumper and Jiffy Lube provided the service within 1/2 hour and charged less than the other estimates I got from other mechanics. I'm very happy with the service I received.

This is by far the worst location for Jiffy Lube in Sacramento California. The service is terrible. I pulled up this morning around 8am it was two cars ahead of me I waited with my poor dog in the car for almost 40 mins all I wanted was air in my tires the managers customer service is terrible he s rude and will purposefully give you a hard to time to the point where you will just want to leave he ask me if I could get out my car so that he could pull my car in , I told him it was a necessary for me to get out my car just to get air. He told me at his location he doesn t allow people to be in the car. We re getting air in your tire so I told him this was the worst by far the worst service I ve ever received from Jiffy Lube and I will not be returning back to this location. Terrible.Service: Tires

I ve used this location previously and liked how friendly and quick the staff were.Today I went for a coolant flush and oil change. The technician diagnosed my car with a faulty thermostat. Unfortunately, they were not able to source the part from their parts distributors or the dealer. Obviously they couldn t fix my cooling system without the part.I made some calls and was able to source the proper thermostat, the only one in Sacramento I could find. I picked it up and brought it back to the shop. I was informed then that they will not, under any circumstances, use customer parts. Corporate policy. Now that s not the technicians fault, but I had the only thermostat available from any major parts dealer in the area. I was extremely frustrated. This story could go south from here, but it doesn t.The manager came and listened to my frustration. Rather than make me drive up the road in an overheating car to return the part, he made a call to the parts shop I bought the part at. He got a return set up on the phone, and had them charge the store for the part.They got my car in and fixed it up in an extremely reasonable amount of time. They even cleaned the car up a little before returning it to me. It s running great now and I was appreciative that they took the time to give me the level of customer service that they provided.I would recommend this business.Services: General repairs, Oil change

Needed spark plugs when on a road trip - but it was Saturday. Though it took calls to a couple of different locations, EVERY person I spoke to was very helpful. Though some locations couldn't actually perform the service, each person treated my call as if it really was their problem to solve, and helped me with the next call and the right questions to ask in order to confirm serviceability. Jiffy Lube got me back on the road, minimizing the inevitable delays from engine issues.Service: Electrical

Had to get an oil change. Perfect service. I also just purchased my car and did not have the tools to replace my license plate and they did that for me. I really appreciate that, they didn't have to do it. plus they cleaned the windows and added the reminder on the windshield and put air in the tires. it was a perfect visit on the first of January. I appreciate all they do and will be back soon for more services.Retuned today and had a great quick oil change. Love the team that's there. Professional, respectful and positive. Much appreciated. Can't wait to come back again.

They are amazing. I had ash on my car and I looked over and they were wiping it off. I called them prior and they were straight to the point but kind. When I got there, they were efficient and made sure I understood the reason why some things cost the way it was and they did the power steering oil for free. I recommend coming here. They were all very friendly and professional. Point is, they did great.
