Just had my Catuned Head Liner installed. Absolutely blown away with how good it turned out and for an excellent price! Even my auto upholstery guy who's been doing this for 30 plus years said he was super impressed with the material and how easy it was to work with. I've bought so many Catuned products for my 1988 BMW 325is that it's hard to keep track. One thing is for certain and that is that the quality always really does impress me!

Had coil overs installed as well as engine and transmission mounts also grabbed other goodies my E30 needed. Had an amazing experience and could not be more happy on the over all out come. From start to finish they handled everything with care and still go above and beyond even as something as simply swapping out a zip tie that was holding my front lip to a fresh one that also matched the color of my car. That absolutely blew me away that these guys handled my car as if it was their own. Happy to finally be a CAtuned customer and meet everyone in the shop. Again I m very grateful for the service provided and looking forward to pick up more goodies for the E30.

One of the few shops I trust to work on my cars. Highly skilled mechanics and fabricators capable of any job. Laid out in their showroom are tons of great parts for sale, memorabilia, and lots of magazines featuring cars they build. Serious elite stuff going on always.

Took my car to these guys to get an estimate done. Igor helped me and did a great job on the estimate and on communicating with me. My car is now fixed and I m thankful to these guys for the work they put in!

This is my first time bringing my car to CATuned and it definitely won t be my last. The whole CATuned team was great and Igor s responsiveness, guidance, and friendliness absolutely blew me away.The only shop I will bring my BMW e30 to from now on!

While refreshing my suspension I went with CA tuned coilovers which have been great so far. At the time I was in the middle of doing a manual swap on my e28 and was missing a few misc. bolts that I was having trouble sourcing. At no extra cost Igor supplied me with the hardware I needed. Very knowledgeable, very passionate, highly recommend!

I ve always knew and expected great service BASED on social media but when I brought my car in there for the first time. The experience was just as I expected. 5 stars! Clarifying recommendations and addressing concerns throughly and the prompt service and communications both in person and email. Highly recommend it for anything you need with BMW s especially E30 s! My recent work was Catuned coils, brakes service and some suspension work and I m very happy with it all. Customer for life and will always come for service and work here. Ordered a set of W124 shocks for my Mercedes and the quality of the CA Tuned shocks is second to none. I spoke with Igor and his customer service skills are exceptional. He took the time and effort to walk me through my options and attended to my every need. Will definitely deal with again!

I really enjoyed working with this shop. I had a big project in mind, bigger than anything I had done thus far. The staff were all very friendly, professional, patient, and accommodating. Whether it was ordering parts, having welding, installation, or the other restoration services, everything was delivered as promised, and sooner than expected. The quality of work here is second to none. I ve never seen such an attention to detail like I did here at Catuned. I couldn t be happier with the results of my expectations and cant thank Igor and staff enough. They are honest, very fair, and do a great job. You can see they love what they do and they and they do business based on integrity, honesty, and quality. I will definitely come back for more services. I already towed a second car here just based of my experience so far.100% recommend to anyone who needs professional services from a team of pros!

Igor has serviced all of my cars. Routine maintenance on my Accord, CRV and Mazda CX-7. They built my 1988 BMW 528 with a complete interior and exterior refurbishment, motor swap and full suspension. The quality of work cannot be beat. I trust CaTuned with my show car and to make sure all my vehicles are reliable.

Met Igor a couple years ago and been using CAtuned services ever since. Very knowledgeable on the E30 and 2002 platform and many others. These people know these cars like the back of their hands and are always willing to help beyond just the parts sales. I am in Florida and have never met in person just online yet every part I have needed from their store its a no hassle transaction with quick shipping. I have lost count of the parts purchased and the customer service is above and beyond the sale. I have reached out multiple times in the past for questions on the 2002\E30 platform and every question has been met with a helpful answer. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services, their workmanship can be seen on their builds and I am looking forward to continued business with them.

Struts they provide are excellent. Service they provide is not. 1 man show and he can not handle the work load and it shows. Sucks but part of struggles that get dealt with using a small business for parts. Will just stick with the parts I have instead of trying to upgrade. Or will find another brand like Broadway who has customer service daily.

Would not recommend. I purchased a product which was listed in stock and then did not receive it in the parcel with my other purchased items. After contacting them they told me it was on back order and due in soon. 5 months after ordering this item I asked for a refund as I hadn't recieved it yet and the eta dates they kept providing me were lies.They then ignored my emails and refused to refund me for weeks and then tried to tell me that a refund wasn't possible and that I had to accept store credit instead as they didn't want to incur any PayPal fees.In the end (nearly 8 months from initial purchase date) I had to threaten them with a report to the FTC for committing fraud. They then decided that they could refund my money and sent it to me making me pay the PayPal fees.This issue is clearly larger than unhelpful customer service. The company's processes and procedures are in place to hold onto a customers money regardless of the situation and despite requests for a refund for a product they failed to deliver 8 months after ordering.-update-Response to this review isn't accurate. I'd say they lied but it wouldn't be surprising if customer service genuinely didn't know which customer they were addressing. Product in question isn't custom at all. I was lied to about the eta of arp head studs and then refused a refund until I threatened them.

Update: I m not the only one that s gone through this horrible experience with these thieves! Read the reviews of other people that didn t get their purchased items!I Purchased 3 items, I received 2 but my headliner for my e30 build never arrived! Worse customer service, extremely rude. They don t take accountability for mistakes. This review would have been so different if they would have taken accountability instead of acting like they are perfect! All they had to do was send me my headliner instead of calling me a liar and being rude! still dealing with PayPal and my credit card company about this because they continue to argue that they shipped everything out! I have all the email proof; headliner was never shipping out! I work hard for my money and don t deserve this! I trusted in this company! If by any chance you don t get your item like I did and clearly other people that reviewed CA tuned, well I feel sorry for you because they won t help you and treat you bad. So good luck.

I took my e30 for a new suspension, Igor and his team did a great job, they are very attentive and were on top of everything, they provided active communication and kept me informed at all times. Besides working on the suspension they worked on electrical issues with the car lights, everything works great now the quality of work was veey good and their prices were fair and honest. I am a tech guy so I appreciated the updated invoices through PDF and their online payment system, this made the whole process so easy. Their products are good quality and properly crafted, I am looking forward to take my car with them for the next mod. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for good quality and reliability.

Igor and the guys at CAtuned are pretty well the industry standard when it comes to BMW products and vehicle restoration. Their high standard of service and attention to detail have helped me get through a few builds. We run their parts on alot of our cars! Thanks guys!

Fast shipping! I ordered the AP Racing big brake kit for the E30. I received them quickly and boxed well. This was a few months ago to haven't installed them on the car yet, but I'm not anticipating any issues when doing so.

ordered a set of air suspension and management I had them weld it took forever to get here. from this point nothing horrible but the customer service is absolutely horrible to deal with they say just whatever. after a bunch of back and forth due to delays from my front suspension "getting welded" I finally received my package nothing was welded note this was about 9 weeks after I initially ordered the kit. the company said they would pay the fee for the welding back which is 460 dollars with the welding fee and the core charge which I never received now it's been almost two months they stopped answering and no money has been returned this company is something else than legitimate. I will never recommend to anyone doing business with them

absolute outstanding company.. ive been restoring an m20 and every part ive ordered has been top notch, shipped incredibly quickly, and delivered in a very timely fashion. even when things didnt fit, the email response was timely and actually someone who would help! knew what i needed and how to help me. will always recommend and will continue to buy parts from this company.

***REVISED***My first experience with CaTuned was not the best due to several reasons. However, this has since been repaired by the owner and I m now a satisfied customer.Long story short, I placed an order to be shipped to an address different from my billing address. This was my first time doing this so I wasn t thinking that it would be suspicious. After submitting a bank authorization form to CaTuned, they then submitted it to my CC company. It was weeks and I didn t get an update from CaTuned so I called my bank, who tried to make contact with them My CC company went ahead and canceled the payment. That s when I received multiple communication from CaTuned, by this time it s been almost 2 weeks. My question to them was why didn t I get any communication letting me know that the bank was the one holding up the process? I then reached out to the owner of CaTuned, Igor, on Instagram to let him know about my experience because I was quite upset about how I was treated. He responded to me right away and explained what happened. I was appreciative of his response.He took my situation even further. He suggested how to go about making the purchase to have it shipped to my desired address. He also contacted me to let me know that the products I was looking for was in stock and are ready to be shipped whenever I am ready. I made the purchase and in addition to receiving email confirmation, Igor personally sent me screen shots of the shipping label. I honestly felt like I was treated like a VIP customer. Igor didn t just ignore my situation, he made sure that I was taken care of. He was very professional. I will be shopping with them again!

Nothing but awesome service, premium parts, and an incredible resource for information. Prior to running their coilovers, I had a pretty traditional spring and Bilstein set up and they can t be compared. The product itself is very high quality and the ride is perfect for everyday use and the occasional autocross or track day. I ve done a fair amount of business with CAtuned and I can confidently say it has been easily the most pleasant experience I ve had in the industry.
