I brought my car into Capital City honda Collision Center center for my repair. This is my 2nd time using them for my repairs. Under new leadership, Michael Waldron made the process easy. Alex the writer, took the car in to begin the process. Anthony Madero, the body technician made the car look brand new. Andrew the painter made it look flawless. Alex the writer updated me on the entire process. I highly recommend them for all collison needs.

I had dents and scratches on my Honda. Alpha was very helpful in communicating with not only my insurance but with the rental company and keeping me updated on my repair via voicemail and text. My car looks great so far, I m pleased with their service. My repair took about two weeks. They re easy to reach if you have questions on the status of your repair.

Horrible customer service. Alex is condescending. Spoke one way on the phone as if I really was going to be assisted, get there and since it was a secondary estimate it seemed as if I was wasting his time so he gave me an estimate for absolutely nothing we talked about over the phone. So in essence what I got out of it was; I wasted his time, so he wasted mine.

Wrost repair shop ever. Last year this place had my van for 5 months in their shop they kept saying we can't get the parts. I finally got my van back. They said once the last part comes they would put it in. They finally got the part and i dropped it off Tuesday 1/3/23 9am I was told they would need 3 to 4 days. It's Wednesday 1/11/23. Am still getting the run around on an update. If you vaule your time and peace of mind stay away from this shop. The wrost repair shop!!!!!!!It's taken this shop nearly a year to repair to my car.Update picked the van up today and it's still not fixed properly

The service person who helped me mocked me and told me I wasted my money because I purchased a type of warranty from my dealership. This did not make me feel valued or respected.

We took are sons car to get it back bumper replaced and painted..they did a perfect job and the girl at the front desk was very personal and pleasant to work with..all10's when it comes to thisShop....

Very prompt on my service needs and always able to answer all of my concerns with my vehicle ,also they go out there way to help with my rental needs.
