Ca Auto Body Collision FranklinI was directed to Ca Collision by AAA my insurance company. Ca Collision was able to assess the damages for AAA and provide a reasonable time-frame for the repair. Had my car repaired here and it was an amazing experience. Super helpful employees, felt comfortable to ask any questions, and was communicated with thru the whole process! They did a great job, the car looked great upon return. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their car! They did a great job, the car looked great upon return. The whole process was amazingly seamless. I highly recommend.

California Auto Body in Sacramento (Franklin location) was wonderful every step of the way. I was very impressed with the facility and staff, especially Jose who took care of us start to finish. This is never an easy process, but his communication with us and ensuring the deadline of having the car back was met and very appreciated. He explained everything that was being done to our vehicle and the updates provided were very complete. This was a unique situation as we had an out of pocket repair and a AAA approved repair, but everything was taken care of at the same time. When we received the car back my daughter didn't recognize it, it looked amazing inside and out! Thank you Cal Auto Body!

My car was hit and run in the Southgate parking lot while I was at work. It looked like someone backed into my front quarter panel and bumper. Took my car in for estimate on Tuesday. Jacqueline was very professional and was prompt in providing me cost and time of repair estimates. Today is Friday and was able to pick my car up. Super happy with the results and overall professionalism of the staff. Thank you California Auto Body!!!

I went in to get a quote from Jose Murillo at California Auto Body this week. I had already been to two other body shops and was quoted over 2400 dollars. Mr. Murillo looked at the key marks on the car and asked me to wait there. He came back and buffed out the marks on the spot without asking for a dime. One of the most honest body shops i have been too. I will without a doubt go back for any of my future needs and they will be the only body shop I recommend moving forward.Service: Painting

Great customer service! We were referred here by AAA . Jose genuinely cares about your car and customer satisfaction not only was he very professional but also very accommodating. He is always there to answer questions about your vehicle and is very tolerable to the amount of questions he is asked. the date originally for my car to be picked up was delayed due to shipment of parts. He set us up with a rental comparable to our vehicle so that we were still able to go on our family vacation to big bear. When we picked up our vehicle it looked brand new cleaned inside and out.Will be returning for furture car needs.Thank you.

Thank you so much for making my car whole again! I went to get an estimate at the other location on power inn, I was so disappointed with the way they run things there. They said that I had to bring my car on a Monday not no other day, they would not work with your schedule at all. Luckily, I called the other location they have on Franklin, a man named Jose helped me and he went on and beyond for me. He was willing to come in on a Saturday morning for me to drop off my vehicle. I did not do that, but he offered it. He worked with me said he will come 30 minutes earlier or stay later in order to wait for me. That's what I call superb customer service! All I wanted was to drop off my car on a Tuesday instead of a Monday because of my schedule. I'm so happy they were willing to work with me. I don't understand why the same company has such different customer services and rules, I'm shocked! Thank you Jose and your team for your help and work! My car looks great again!

Jose and the young lady at the reception desk were very courteous, professional, quick, and made me feel like family. My vehicle was crashed and AAA covered the cost to fix it along with the rental. California Auto Body made sure my rental was there on time for me and made the whole situation seamless. They even gifted me a touch up bottle for the paint because I love my car so much. California Auto Body is an exceedingly well-run repair shop that took my bashed up wonderful truck, and returned it to pristine condition in the time estimated. I was referred there by my insurance company, and am very pleased to have met the staff there. I came in looking to get some damage to my rear fender fixed and Veronica and Jose were very professional in helping me through my claim process. After receiving my truck, I noticed how clean the outside was and even the inside was vacuumed and cleaned. The one thing that stood out to me was that I had had a few scratches on my clear coat from some tree branches and I noticed right away that they were all buffed out, even on the side without any damage. The original damage appeared to not exist which was the goal but I felt like the shop went out and above to make sure my truck was better than I expected it to be. I am a pretty safe driver that got hit unfortunately but I m glad I choose California Auto Body to get my truck fixed.

My auto insurance directed me to this place. The shop told me 1 week my subaru was in for almost a month, every week it was one more week. The owner was nice so I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. About 3 months later the trim around my windows started peeling up and I can see where they glue instead of replacing the snap fitting. Super poor workmanship IMO.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident and choose to take my car to California Auto Body through my insurance. I dropped off my car at Body Shop and when I arrived the Rental car was waiting for me. My car took three days fix. I dropped off the rental car at the Auto Body shop and took care of the rest. My car looked perfect and a bonus they detailed the inside of the car. Jose and Veronica were kind, thoughtful and professional. They stand behind their work. If I could rate Calif Auto Body a 10 I would, a five just does not even come close.

California Auto Body is indeed a great place to get your work done. Jose the manager remembered me from January. He immediately took care of me, calling my insurance several times to get my claim work done and get me a rental. I was contacted thru out the process. I am pleased. I recommend them highly.

Jose has amazing customer service skills. This shop is clean, professional, equipped for the pandemic, and has a super quick turn-around time. My Suburban was repaired, washed, and ready in 24 hrs! Excellent job!

Jose and his team are the best! They're positive energy and professionalism is beyond anyones expectations. They make you feel like you are in good hands and their work is exceptional. This was my second time coming and they definitely go beyond their customers expectations. I highly recommend their service! You won't be disappointed.

Very professional and they did an excellent job repairing a dent in the bumper, they even handled the insurance when the repair estimate wasn't quiet enough. Overall a very good company I would recommend them, especially if you were not at fault for the accident as they save you the hassle of dealing with someone else's insurance as much as they can.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

You MUST check the mileage on your vehicle before and after you pick up your car. I dropped my 2016 Honda Accord off for minor scratch repair and it was there for a week. A few days after I got it back, I realized it was driven about 900 miles. It seems that one of the employees took my car for a "joyride". A consumer automotive report has been filed.

This company is very professional!! Great customer service and support. They will help you out as much as possible. If you are confused or unsure they will answer your questions honestly and respectfully. I would highly recommend stopping in and getting an estimate and work done at this location!!
