I contacted several windshield repair facilities and All About Auto glass had the best price. I spoke with Robert the owner and he communicated with me throughout the replacement process. He also handled the insurance paperwork and the job was completed on time as promised. The technician who came out was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility.

I reached out to rob his customer service was phenomenal. Excellent service!! Highly recommend All About Auto Glass. They are incredibly professional, nice, informative, and they got my windshield replaced quick! By quick, I mean they booked me their first available appointment, the technician came in the first third of the job window, only took about 40 minutes, and my windshield is glorious! Both the office and tech were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would even say they both went above and beyond to help get my car back to being safe! Rob was a pleasure to work with. From the initial call to the end, Rob was professional and courteous. I explained the situation and after a few questions about the car we had an appointment scheduled and Rob was getting the windshield I needed. His installer was on time and did an amazing job in a timely manner. Rob followed up with a call when the installer was finished to make sure I was satisfied. And I was. Thank you Rob and your team. Me & my husband had our window smashed in right before this rain storm & it really put a wrench in our day. Thankfully, they were able to come super quick compared to other businesses that gave me anywhere between 2-7 day wait period. They were very understanding and accommodating. His technician was EXTREMELY nice & making sure all the glass was out of my car especially with having little ones who sit in the back. Rob was EXCELLENT with his communication which I have never received with any window repair companies I ve used in the passed. Overall, amazing job!Service: Auto rear window replacement

It was nice doing business with them! Responding to all your questions quickly & replacing the windshields 'fastly enough that you can drive the vehicles right away. Top notch company. Rob and his Techs are very professional and go above and beyond there services. I have had 3 windshields replace by them on two different occasions. Top quality high end glass, clean job and very fast service. I highly doubt you can find another business that is mobile and high quality at Rob s very competitive prices. I was in need of a windshield replacement asap and was referred to rob by a family friend and was not disappointed. Rob was friendly, professional and communicative. Rob, from the moment he answered the phone, provided excellent customer service. I was shopping around for best price and he recommended I schedule the appointment while I shop since it was Saturday. Great Idea!! I tried to beat the price I was quoted but it wasn t possible. Sergio showed up on Monday as scheduled. I was given a 2 hour window & Rob called 15 minutes into my time block to update me on Sergio s ETA. Sergio showed up just as Rob stated. He told me 40 minutes for the repairs & he stayed on scheduled. Sergio was kind, respectful and very patient. My toddler was curious about what was going on. Sergio talked to her as if she was just as important as I was. He vacuumed all the fallen glass inside my vehicle as well as around the car on the driveway. This experience was by far a great experience which I hope I don t have to need again, however, I will most definitely use All About Auto Glass again if the need arises.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I shop locally and try to utilize services from small businesses. I called this business and left messages, 4 different times over a 2 week period, and didn't receive a single call back. I needed to have my windshield replaced. After giving up, I called another local company who picked up on the first call and was able to come out the same day.
