I received help from Connie and she was fantastic! Bringing my car from a dealership straight to this shop was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The staff was quick with service and did not hesitate to make any accommodations with timing and pricing. They understand the stress of not having your car for a couple of days and completed my service with them in less than 24 hours. My car sounds and feels well taken care of. Thank you 7 Day Tires!

I first want to shout out Ms. Connie and Can at the front desk for the OUTSTANDING customer service. Last was stranded last night in rain 3 hours alternator went out .. cam understood my struggle and suggested if I get my car towed there he could have me be first client seen when they open at 8am. He kept his word I arrived at 8am and Tech Shawn did a great job only 2 hours and my alternator was repaired no problem. He also said he will check my battery in few days just to ensure battery running good!!? I value their caring HONEST suggestions and affordable labor prices had me and my 5 children enjoying this day back on the road!! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for caring honest mechanic. Ms. Connie made me feel like home the minute I stepped into the lobby! Thank you again Everyone!

Customer service was good but after getting my tires changed all the sudden my car shakes which it never did before and they gave me a whole laundry list of things I need to get replaced. A little over 2,000$ worth parts and labor. So I took to my personal mechanic and it was determined that the axles meede to be replaced and it should be good to go. So I took it back to 7 day tires to get the alignment and tires balanced. And now my car shakes worse which was never a problem before I took my car to this shop!

Took my car in for much needed tires and brakes. Connie and Kam took great care of me! Their customer service is top tier! They fit me in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment on a busy Saturday and worked with my budget so I was able to get all the repairs needed! I will definitely return for my auto care needs!

Just want to Thank the mechanic that helped me out I don t want to spell any names wrong but there really about helping you out and figuring out what s the problem as for Connie , I couldn t ask for a better person to help and assure me that everything was going to be fine . I ve went to a few mechanics for car issues but this has to be the most friendliest and helpful place ever , with being budget friendly and discounts, I m so glad I came here to get my car taken care of . 7 Day tires & Minor Auto Repair shop is the best place to get your car repaired, I called the minute they opened at 9am on New Years Eve and a young lady named Connie was willing and able to assist me with me fast and friendly service, you will not be disappointed this is now my new car shop I love y'all thank you so much

They will not honor warranty. I had new tire less than 2 months, called to ask about replacement he just said you didnt get road hazard. Spend your money elsewhere.

Took care of me with no appointment. Excellent customer service. I brought my 6 year old nephew with me and they were talking and changing the channels for him. Everyone seems really professional. Great prices very affordable. My tires were mounted and I went on my way in 45 minutes.Would recommend anyone choosing this shop.

Had lots of issues with my Pilot, Turab, The employee I spoke with through the whole process, Was up front with everything that needed to be done. He did everything he can on his end to help with pricing, Making sure all parts were available for the repairs and the shop stayed late to make sure my Pilot was completed. I appreciate the help and the information this shop has given me. Alternator, P/S Rack and Pinion, Sway bar links, Alternator, Drive Belt and Tires. Thank you so much 7 Day Tires. I really do appreciate what you have done for my family. Came in for new tires and they gave me a great price on them not guna lie. Definitely coming back! My brakes and rotors got done for a good price loved the service by Connie. Major shout out!!

Great customer service! Diagnosed my leaky tire. Will definitely be back for the replacement. Update. Went back the next day for the replacement. They gave me a great price and the customer service was top-notch. Will definitely go back for future service! A definite recommend!

Be careful. They will up sell you things you don t need. If they ask you to replace anything get a second opinion. The Spanish guy with the cane took 20 dollars from me for balancing one tire. When I went again to balance the rest of the tires (40 dollars service) there was no service ticket for the 20 dollars charge. They also wanted to replace a ton of parts that would have cost 2500 dollars. The car is fine after balancing. They used to be good but I guess things change.

Amazing experience!!!All the staff are extremely polite, friendly and transparent about the product description. The prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch.I would highly recommend 7 day tires. The waiting area is very clean and spacious. They surely know what they do which is very rare these days.

I ve been looking for a good shop. I almost gave up until I found these guys!! TURAB and his main tech are legit! They helped me in every single way. I think I ve found my new home! They feel like family and they go above and beyond! They are detailed and take the time to help you. They pay attention to your needs!! Need a good shop? Come here. This place is a rip-off. Took my car in for squeaking sound in wheel. Instead of resurfacing the rotor and replace the brake pads, the fake technician who ihas zero qualification, raised the car up and quickly loosened the ball joint bolt which is factory tight, said both the ball joints needs to be replaced and gave me a quotation for over $1200.00. I asked him how is that possible, he said most cars that come here, I replace the ball joint and i know it s the ball joint and suggested that i make a decision quick as the part shop closes in 30 mins which was a lie I said i want to get second opinion about this, whereby he charged me $125 for labor for checking.I took my car to another mechanic and all it needed was resurface the rotor and new brake pads for under $300Please DONOT take your business to this placewhatsoever even if you have to wait till Monday. They open 7 days so they can ROB customers

They are great in here. Brought my last vehicle here a few years ago and was pleased with their service. I came in here very recently with a slow leak in a tire on my car. The guy inside the office said pull right up to have it looked at. Minutes later the tire expert showed me the cause. A small piece of sharp metal had poked into the tire. He repaired it quickly and for a very small fee. Last time this happened to a tire on my car I went to the car dealer and was told they don't repair tires so I had to buy a new one since I was already there with a flat. Next time going back to this shop. Thank u to the guys at 7 day tires! Happy customer here.

Where do I start? This was my first visit and have nothing but great things to say. Technician and service agent was super helpful as I needed new wheels replaced and unfortunately ran into a lug nut issue. The team did everything to help make it work and went up and beyond to locate lug nuts needed to make the wheel swap possible. Thank you for all your hard word and dedication to help me get back on the road. Will recommend to friends and family!Service: Auto tire replacement

These people always take care of me. I love going here! Every time I come here I always get a deal. They price match and then they give you a discount. I've literally been going here for 5 years now. The best part is they have sister companies and they'll give you a discount at their other shops too. I just recently got four new tires for less than $325 and they charged me $40 for an alignment. I don't know anywhere that can beat that!

Turab was the one who was primarily helping me. I took my car in not knowing what was wrong but I knew it was something serious & was gradually getting worse. They gave me a full suspension test and told me what was wrong, something I had been trying to figure out for months by then. I was overwhelmed with how much my car needed but they reassured me and worked with me. They even had multiple techs able talk to me about my car, so you know they have their communication skills down between each other. Thats not something you usually find, they all helped me out and got so much work done in less than I expected. They were also really kind, thoughtful as to what I was saying, and helpful reading what I was addressing with them. They made sure that I knew my car was dangerous to drive due to what was wrong rather than letting me just take off, and they told me about how this was due to just wear and tear rather than a collision like I was thinking.Im definitely only going to be bringing my car to them from now on, Ive never felt better about an experience with an auto shop.
