When I reserved a trailer online I was promoted to rent a storage unit from the same place. I had been looking into storage options and found the prices to be high. Through the U-Haul website I was offers 1 free month of storage and the best rate of all the others I had already called.

My son and husband have had storage units here for a long time. The manager does a great job of managing. She keeps a good watch while being friendly and helpful. And we know our stuff is safe. I know other mini storage places that have been broken into. That would never happen here. It's nice to have an onsite manager.

Pam is the BEST thing to ever happen: I came in tired off the road, exhausted, best down, & she welcomed me with OPEN ARMS! Got me to the *correct* unit, and made sure I was safe AND happy before I left! 10/10 RECOMMEND TO ALL TRAVELERS IN PENN VALLEY!!

I needed a storage in a hurry and the manager pan was great. She even started the paperwork before I got there. The grounds ate very clean and I knew my stuff would be safe.

They just recently acquired my storage facility. At first I was worried.... Didn't know what to expect but the people that work here have been awesome. I am so grateful.

Storage with a great operator this is affordable clean secure easy to access right off highway 20 in penn valley they are also pretty flexible when you are late if you keep in contact with them 10doy grace period is very helpful i hove been there several months and haven't had any problems with it and they also provide a portable restroom for customer use that is always clean

I wish I could give this place no stars. RUDE OWNER!! We used this storage for a short amount of time and moved our stuff because she was so rude. She is not welcoming to new guests and does not explain the protocol of clocking in and out of the property. Save yourself the verbal assault and don't go.
