The oil change and tire change recommendations were fine. However, they scratched my driver side rear wheel in several spots and have not returned my calls, quite upset with the lack or ownershipAmended this review as the Manager Jay, did call me and discuss further and upon photographic documentation on the Lexus side, ensured this was not caused by Lexus. I can confirm, I am at fault for not knowing about these scratches. Furthermore Jay offered to assist me with a resurfacing of the wheel, for such great ownership, I have amended the review to reflect outstanding follow up and ownership, thanks Jay

Lexus Roseville service is always a pleasure to do business with. They re professional, friendly and very helpful. Plus they have a great coffee machine, TV s and comfy chairs to hang out in if you re going to wait instead of get a loaner.

Had a great experience. Relocated to placer county and was able to pick up the phone and get scheduled in with ease. Once I got to the dealership, I was greeted and assisted fairly quick. Didn t really have time to lounge around as they were fast in getting me checked in, went through the estimate, and set me up with a loaner. Everything was futuristic since it s all digital now. My car had finished promptly and received a wash. The return and pickup process was just as quick! Overall, I wonderful experience and job well done to each of the staffers that assisted me.

Excellent experience at Lexus of Roseville this morning. From the first gentleman who greeted me( sorry didn t get his name)- but very polite and friendly, to my service advisor, Chris Lawson, who was also very polite, attentive and professional- the service was superb! My vehicle was done at the time it was promised. My questions were all answered thoroughly by Chris, and I was on my way! Great dealership!

I am very happy I brought my Lexus here for service. I had a very attentive advisor named Chris. The facilities were amazing and welcoming with tables, chairs, charging stations, snacks and drinks. I had planned to work on my laptop. However, I was able to get in a loaner car and trek back to work to finish out the day. After driving the newer version of my car maybe I need a new Lexus?!

The 6-month/5000 mile maintenance service took less than 1.5hours. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable, with room to work or relax. Complimentary coffee, tea, & water is a nice touch, and much appreciated. Erik s Deli is within walking distance, a great way to pass the time while waiting for your service to complete. Overall experience for this appointment was excellent, hopping into my nicely serviced and cleaned car felt pretty darn good.

Hands down, the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership and service. From my first interaction dropping off my 2001 LS430 to Twan, very friendly. To being introduced to Chris Lawson, my service writer, to the parts manager Matt. These 2 made it possible to get my car services completed. The courtesy vehicle staff and Nancy, her office smelled amazing. Lastly, the cashiers, including a smiling Ally. Exceptional service throughout. I'm a 1st time customer, with a vehicle not purchased from the dealership, but taken in as one of there own.

Clare and her team are sooo amazing. Never good to take the GX in for an oil change and find out the transfer case is leaking, but better there than on the I-5 south bound with wife, 2 kids, and 2dogs on board. Because of service and reliability from Roseville Lexus we will always own one!

She is a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Each time that I have scheduled a service appointment I have requested her as my service consultant.

The person in charge, started out professionally, explaining what would happen and when we can expect the car to be ready - max 2 hours (she said 1 hour and 45min). We asked that they apply the special discount they had on the website, but were told that without having a paper coupon in hand, that cannot be applied. We understood and agreed to proceed. We left the car, and decided to spend the two hours in the area, and get back to other scheduled plans for the day. However, 4 hours later, still no update from the rep, we decided to contact them. The one who answered the call, could not even locate the order, kept asking if we are sure we dropped off the car at Lexus of Roseville!!! Finally, as we were driving back to Lexus of Roseville to find out about the status, the rep called and made some explanation, still saying that another 35 min was needed to clean the car. Having lost the whole day, we went there to pick up the car. We found out about some additional charge that was supposed to be disclosed prior to doing the extra work. Also, the car was not cleaned, even though the extra time was added.

Clare is an amazing service advisor! Her level of customer service is outstanding! Very personable and treats me like a friend; she communicates well, and makes necessary recommendations (if needed). I am extremely happy with Lexus of Roseville and will make the drive out here to service my vehicle.

Great and personalized service at Lsxus, Roseville. My rep, Chris, personally greeted me and made sure I was well taken care of. One of the mechanics asked if I had any questions. I did, and he answered my questions with attention to detail. I was very happy with the service I received and left the dealership with a clean car!!

This was my first time having service work at Lexus of Roseville. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars because my service was above and beyond. Chris, my service advisor was professional, explained everything clearly and simply went out of his way to ensure my car was properly serviced. I was given a loaner car, my cost for service was way below what I anticipated and the quality of service was exceptional. Every person I dealt with at Lexus of Roseville was extremely helpful and friendly.

Clare was my service advisor, she was awesome. I took my Lexus in for the 30K check up. She explained everything they were going to do to my vehicle and how long it would take. They also gave me a rental so I didn t have to wait. My car was ready when they promised me. It was an easy process. I m definitely going to take my car here for every service. Service advisor Tasha provided excellent support. Part shipment was delayed for extended time and Tascha provided regular updates on status. Loner vehicle was excellent. Once part was received the repair was performed immediately and done excellently.

Another wonderful experience at this Lexus dealership for my 6 month checkup. The staff was excellent especially Clare who kept me informed about the progress on my car and she has an energetic personality for her position. She is truly an asset for the service department. I also enjoyed the free 10 gallon gas fill up for the appointment. That was a great bonus given by Lexus. Side note: the waiting area was clean and quiet Service: Auto maintenance

I d like to send a huge thank you to the service department at Lexus of Roseville for servicing my car. They did an excellent job with keeping me informed and up-to-date with the progress. I did not have to call to check on my car not once. Everyone was very kind and professional that I spoke to. Huge shout out to Christopher P for organizing everything and being my point of contact during this transaction. Although my car is not a Lexus, I did buy it from this dealership and I m glad I did. I look forward to working with the service department again in the future and also look forward to possibly purchasing another vehicle with them in the future as well. This is definitely the dealership to go to.

The service department was great. Everyone was very professional and they got me in and out of there fast. They give me a loaner vehicle with no issues. When service was complete, I had a question and they sent me to someone in the parts department (I'll leave out his name) and he was extremely RUDE!!! I called the service manager to let him know (I give him the guy's name) and he said he'd take care if it. Hopefully he did, but I never got any feedback advising me he actually spoke with this person regarding his rude and brash behavior. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to the parts department unless you want to be treated horribly. If this is how Lexus employees are going to treat people when they ask a question, I'd rather sell the vehicle and take my business somewhere else.***UPDATE*** 2 hours after posting the above review, I received a personal phone call from the General Manager of Lexus of Roseville. He apologized for the bad experience and assured me it would be handled. That's above and beyond in my book. I originally give a 1 star review, now I wish I could give something above a 5. Thank you Jay for making things right.

We were so happy with the results of our service, plus from the time I pulled up to the service doors until I left in the loaner it was less than 30 minutes. We will definitely be back for our future services. Brent was very upfront and honest with me and was in touch about what was needed after they looked at it. Since taking our car to Roseville Lexus I have felt like they were always upfront and honest with me.Service: Auto maintenance

I always have A wonderful experience when I take my car in to Lexus of Roseville for service. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable and treat you with respect. The work is always done right so with all that in mind, it s not so bad when the bill comes. Ashley is a great service writer.

Brent went above and beyond to help me decide the maintenance necessary to get my newly acquired 2018 RX350 on track and up to date. His vast knowledge of the vehicle put my mind at ease. He reported the progress of the work being done (all maintenance, by the way. . . nothing being repaired) and my car was completed earlier than anticipated. Drop off and pick up was very easy. Claire was amazing! From start to finish, the process was easy and efficient. Simple appointment scheduling, loaner car, and approximate time for completion were all added bonuses. The cashier was even a pleasure to deal with. I have never had customer service at any other dealership like I have experienced at Lexus of Roseville. Definitely surpasses 5 stars!
