Fantastic service.They are able to get you in right away and also finish their jobs quickly.This place also does smog diagnostics for repair.Very pricey compared to other shops.

I would give them No Stars if I can. First off Very rude when I walked in their office. I asked about the smog price they said $69. I showed him his running sponsored ad on Google while I was still talking to him how it shows $29.99 plus certificate and told him that I have a 4 cylinder small vehicle nothing special so he stuttered and said that Google made a mistake. A good sign these guys Can t be trusted.I should ve listened to my friend when he told me not to go there because they ve been ripped off there before

Misdiagnosed problem. Charged me twice for repair when should have been properly diagnosed and repaired the first time. When I requested a discount I was given $19 off of labor. Whether intentional or misguided, this is a lousy way to run a business. Think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

After discovering that my Oil Pressure "sensor" had cracked and my MAIN mode of transportation, was leaking oil (must lave lost at least a quart,) I called Duncan's Automotive and got a hold of Greg. Your guys were able to squeeze my car in, get the part ordered and ready for pick up just a few hours later. Greg was professional, friendly and kind in explaining what we were looking at. The customer service area was tidy/clean. I'll definitely be bringing my cars to Duncan's. OH...They also honor a military discount! Thanks so much.Service: Auto maintenance

We drove to Sacramento from Southern California to visit family. Our truck broke down in Sacramento and we were desperate to find someone who could fix it quickly so that we could get back home to work. Duncan s Auto worked us into their schedule and was able to fix it in time for us to get back. We really appreciated them understanding our sense of urgency. They also called us the next day to make sure everything was running well and to our satisfaction. That was very impressive. No auto repair has ever done that before. I highly recommend Duncan s to anyone who needs car repair. They did a great job!

I called to ask if they proved a certain service. A yes or no question. Instead they wanted to diagnosis my own car through the phone with a snotty, patronizing attitude. Rude and grumpy customer service.

So you want honest, I think this is one of the last places you get it. You want cheap, that's not what you're going to get. I feel like you get a quality service for a quality price at Duncan's. Dave the general manager, is a generally caring good person and he looks after his customers. Everyone I've interacted with at this shop has been courteous, professional, and just decent. I post this review because they deserve it, not because I want them to get more business and make it harder for me to get in there when I need to. But, they do deserve it.

Dropped our SUV off Saturday morning and was completed and ready to go by Monday 2pm! Great service all the wayLabor is a bit high but if you want fantastic service and quick turn around time you do it. Thank you all!!

The staff at Duncan Auto definitely gets my strong approval. I had been called into work on the morning of my previously scheduled SMOG appointment. Duncan's did a fuel system service on my Ram diesel. My appointment time was for 10am that morning but I was able to drop it off at 7:30. By 11:30am they were calling to tell me it was ready for pick up. Now that's service! Thank you Duncan's, I'll using your services from now on!

Brake and lamp inspection went smoothly. My van failed the brake inspection at first but they hooked it up with a discount the second time. The lobby in the back is pretty chill.

Duncan's is excellent for vehicle repair on all makes. I have had them repair Dodge, Ford, Chevy and Mini Cooper. No problems.

Originally, I had an appointment, which, somehow did not get in their computer system. They were very accommodating, and had me come in at my appointment time. I was in and out very quickly. theses poor guys tried to just help me out by putting some air in my tire for me and while I'm pulled half way into their garage my car died and refused to start or go into neutral. i was stuck in their garage. instead of taking advantage of me they were sweet kind and wonderful. they had to keep my car over night and finally figured out what was wrong with my car and got it fixed. the pricing was better than i thought it was going to be and they were so nice and professional. 10/10 would recommendService: Auto engine diagnostic

Dave has always been very thorough, straightforward and no nonsense. The mechanics there are knowledgeable with a lot of experience.
