I used to be a customer of Victor and his shop for over 10 years. I will never go to him again after a string of poor repairs as his service is rushed, rude, and very sloppy.His mechanics will break car parts during repairs (they broke the part that props open my hood which was fine right before I took it to their shop) and then don't have the decency to replace the part or at least take off the cost of a new one from my bill because I could "get it from the dealer" and its "cheap."Also when I needed a major repair (to replace a power steering pump), he suggested a new part ($800+) or re manufactured part ($260+). He didn't indicate at the time (he told me after he had installed part I had brought in) that he doesn't warranty work he does on remanufactured parts UNLESS its from his supplier. I told him that would have been important to know as I would have just gotten the part from him.To make matters worse, when Victor was installing the replacement part I brought in, he said the part had a defect. I thought he would naturally uninstall and take the part out so I could buy something else. INSTEAD he INSTALLED THE PART ANYWAY and had the nerve to charge me $10 for "correcting" the defect. I never authorized him to put in the part in after he pointed out there was an issue. I was in the waiting room and he didn't even ask. Anytime I ask a question, he just yells and rushes off unless I'm paying him.Basically, all Victor cares about is being able to charge for his labor. He wanted to charge labor SO BADLY that he was willing to do work that could very likely result in me having more issues with my car. He doesn't care about my concerns as a customer. I was upset when leaving his shop because I didn't even want the part in there and he didn't give me a choice in the matter. He was like well if you want me to take it out, it costs more labor.Additionally, even before I had him do the repair, I came in several times to get the repair done, and he kept insisting I get additional dealer parts (hoses, a power steering pump reservoir) to reduce the chances of the leak coming back. He wastes my time by having me come in, then says he needs another part and tells me to go get it. He did that to me 3-4 times and I went to dealers getting parts that were backordered, hard to get, and often at far away dealers, when he could have ordered the parts for me beforehand. And if I indicate I'm not happy I went through all that, he just argues and yells instead of taking ANY accountability.To top it off, he told me inaccurate information about repairs that needed to be done to my car. When I was at one of the dealers trying to get parts, they had a technician look at my car and the master tech said I didn't even need all the repair parts Victor suggested since there wasn't any wear and tear on those parts. The master tech also noticed that a belt was going bad, a repair Victor didn't pick up on.Lastly, if I ask him while the car is there to check on squeaky brakes or clean an area near my engine where there was a leak, he doesn't do it. I'll get my car back and he never cleaned anything and "didn't have time" to check my brakes. He doesn't offer to do it at a later time, he just shrugs and blames me for not coming in earlier in the day. Like I said, rude. Rude and poor service to a customer that has been coming to him for years.Update:I continued to have a leak and a lot of noise after I took my car to Victor. I called him to tell him I was very upset with his service and if he didn't at least refund some money, I'd contact BBB. He actually started yelling at me and hung up on me mid sentence. I've found way better- Chris at Sierra Madre Independent Honda Service if you have an Honda/Acura. He fixed my leak and looked at my car for free.

I have both my cars serviced here so much it s crazy how this guy has any bad reviews. First and foremost Victor is straightforward. He doesn t have time to joke with you or discuss things with you. They find something wrong with your car he tells you right away and asks do you want to fix it. No one is bending your arm here. The quality of work he has done is superb. I have replaced a timing belt, rotors (only because they don t resurface here) a side view mirror on a newer Honda, alignment and the countless oil changes. You won t get better deal on the quality of work they are doing here. Everyone I ve encountered is friendly enough but I m not going out of my way to make new friends. Even after moving further away I still bring both my vehicles here. Thank you Victor and all the mechanics. If you decide to come here don t wait till closing because they sometimes get backed up here.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment

Great people that work here. Friendly and honest, better than any mechanic I've dealt with in Jacksonville. Very happy they worked with us on the pricing! We will definitely recommend them to friends and come back for future business. Thanks guys!

Victor is always very nice and helpful. They open on Sunday's, which is perfect for me. Can get oil changed for only 20 dollars in 20 minutes. They care about your car! And they also care about your money! Very reliable and honest service! This is where you should go!

Never ever come again! Even though they are rude, I still want to fix my car. However, they were trying to take advantage of few car shops open today(Sunday). So, they rise the price up with nonsense.

Very crude/rude in his approach to communicating with customers. I visited this shop after shopping for Audi Belly Pan Cover at City Tech Auto Repair in the same area and could tell the stark difference how i was treated there vs. at Victor s.He may be a good mechanic and all, but service is important to me as well, e.g. goving people proper attention, explaining things, maintaining transparency, suggesting alternatives, etc.

The worst and poor service experience I have ever had! Their customer service is rude. We were just asked about how long is the wait, and he starts saying hundred words of uncomfortable speech.Never go to that shop again and never recommend anyone to go!

The boss uncle is very skilled and can solve basically any problem, although you may need to proactively contact him to confirm the parts that need to be fixed.
