The people there were ever so helpful and friendly. They kept me up to date with the repair process and were kind enough to help expedite the repairs since I wasn't able to get a rental. They even helped remove a parking sticker that I need to get back. Truly, thankful for their service.

Don't stop by this shop if you have Progressive. They will basically make it clear that they don't want your business. The weird thing was they gave me a form to fill out and sign without telling me what was going on. Every time I asked a question I felt like I was really pissing off their employee. I'm giving two stars because at least they sounded like they were being honest. However, I just wish they could've at least explained that they wanted me to drop off the vehicle with them etc, before shoving the form in my face.

Randal and the team at Seidner s did a great job with my Audi! When I got it back, it looked like a new car, I was so pleased! Excellent work and customer service! I love the text communications they have. Arlene was very efficient and got me in and out at both ends of the process! Israel at the Hertz counter was great too! Thank you Seinder s. Really appreciate you all!!

Was sideswiped on the fwy, hit and run. Right fender was crumbled and ruined. Called my insurance and Seidners was a recommendation. Made an appointment and left the car. Was call and kept up on the repair. Picked up the car and it looked brand new. It was fantastic, car looked like it had been detailed. The staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend them if you need bodywork on your car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If you want real Customer Service & Updates with out asking. Always friendly & actually Cares! Go to Seiddner's! Mohammad was amazing, helpful & always available to me. I got content updates & very happy with my Results. My car was washed when I picked! Love their Service!!!

Great work and customer service! I went to get my car estimated and fixed through insurance. The whole process was easy and the customer service was great. They are very detailed in assessing the car. The follow up of the customer rep was on point too, i was always updated on any progress of the repair. Picking up the vehicle was easy as well. I would definitely use Seidner's again!

Staff is very friendly. They keep you informed of the progress of repairs, etc. I have been there a couple of times unfortunately but have been satisfied every time and will continue to go there when necessary

I initially got my damage estimate for my insurance here, after the estimate it seemed like a pretty good decision to stick with this company for my repairs. I dropped it off the earliest possible time on a Friday morning. They are closed the weekend. I was told I should receive my vehicle back by Monday or Tuesday the latest. I get a call Monday, telling me the estimate is now higher, about $1,500 more than the original estimate, and that my vehicle will be there for 2 weeks. I was never offered a rental, which after their mis-estimate, I should've gotten for the inconvenience. I have gotten only one automated message during this time frame notifying me that the vehicle is almost done. My insurance was never contacted, I had to update my agent. I call a day before my vehicle is scheduled to be picked up, and told my vehicle is about to be painted then put back together, and the earliest time will be "maaaybe late tomorrow afternoon". Considering tomorrow is Friday, if it's not ready I'll be waiting another 3 days for my vehicle. A total of 17 days. After my estimate was two business days. I work two jobs, and rideshare has been extremely detrimental to my financial welfare and peace of mind. This experience has been awful and I would definitely recommend looking at other choices before coming here. Perhaps, when I finally get my vehicle back, I'll update this review.

This is my 2nd time using Seidner's Rosemead location. I was really happy with my first time using them, so I went ahead and made an appointment. My bumper and brake lights were damaged due to a hit & run. Mr. Jose, who assisted me, kept me informed with timely and necessary information regarding the repairs on my car. My car was finished a day before the estimated date. I was happy to see my bumper and the lights were repaired. It was generous of them to wash and vacuumed my car but they forgot to take their trash out. If any of my family or friends get in a auto collision, I would recommend them Seidner's.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

My experience with the SEIDNER crash was excellent work. I came here because I was disappointed in another place, they left my car very bad with many large details and here they left my car as good as new. I give you a #10 thanks to Jose Paniagua, very attentive to details. Had such an amazing experience with Seidner's! Veronica was so helpful at the front desk and Jose did an amazing job communicating with me about when my repairs were done. They even contacted the rental agency for me so I didn't have to figure out a ride. They kept me informed with timely and necessary information regarding the repairs on my car. Moreover, they went above and beyond my expectations of the repairs and completed them ahead of schedule. I highly recommended Seidner's if you need bodywork done on your vehicle.

I actually had a really good experience here (even though accidents are never a good time)! Joseph Ly was my service advisor and he was extremely communicative during the entire repair process. I received timely emails and phone calls to keep me updated on my car. My car looks almost better than when it went in and smelled fresh and clean. I would definitely recommend this collision centre. I also wanted to thank Cathy at the front desk for being so kind!

I've been a customer for Seidner's for many years, anytime I was in a traffic collision, and they always did an excellent job on my vehicle. They are very professional, great customer service, and they do a thorough job repairing and restoring my vehicle to like new conditions. I would recommend them for their work, but their customer in office is lacking in all areas. Really unexpected experience here. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was rear ended and needed the rear bumper (plus a few other parts) replaced. I made an appointment, brought the car in and it was done within 3 days! Looks as good as new! They offer a rental car service from El Monte if you need it. Will definitely come here again if I need body work.

My car was involved in a small collision and the whole bumper needed to be replaced. Thr staff at seidners were friendly and professional. I took my car here because AAA recommended me to take it there. I got into a car accident and my bumper was a loss. Tony was so helpful always calling me and keeping me up to date with the process answering my emails so promptly. I got my car back sooner then expected. I am so happy with the experiences here at Seidner's. I would recommend anyone who is looking for high quality body shop to come here. Prices are worth it. Even though i didn't pay for it the other drivers insurance did. My car is flawless once again!Car: 2012 Honda Civic

My Honda got dinged a month ago and I decided to take my repair work to these guys since they were very close to where I lived. They not only put my mind at ease by notifying me each step of the repair process but also explained what was done. I would highly recommend Seidner's Collision for auto repair work because their customer service far excels those of other businesses.

Poor communication in general. When I picked up my vehicle they just pointed to the outside and said " look it's shiny!" They never popped the hood and pointed out exactly what they replaced. Truck leans to the left when driving. I rather pay someone else than to go back to the Rosemead location! On a good note, the enterprise they used had amazing customer service! Quick check in, quick check out!
