AMAZING service. My car had a blowout and I had no idea what to do. Not only did the manager Gilbert help me out so much but he was very friendly and has such positive vibes!! I will definitely be coming back here. The Service was amazing and I felt so safe and welcomed!

I have been getting my oil changed here for the past 4 years. They are always quick, efficient and transparent about anything going wrong with my car. They communicate car issues in a manner that is digestible. 100% recommend!

I usually go to my mechanic for oil changes but needed something quick and affordable in the area. Gilbert s professionalism with answering my questions and service really made a difference in trusting this jiffy lube location. A trusted jiffy lube goes a long way! Definitely will be returning.

I went in to the Rosemead location and was greeted by Gilbert. He was very friendly and professional. He recommended services that my car needed according to the age and mileage on my car. Also, he explained the service I was getting so I didn t feel like I was getting offered a service just for money. Excellent service!

It's been awhile since I've been to Jiffy Lube. But I must say it was a nice experience. Didn't have to get out of my truck to get an oil check. There customer service was . Good job . I suggest people go there . No games . All respect and will answer any questions regarding your vehicle and if they don't know about something they wont lie too you they will do there homework and figure it out. While your in your car chilling.

Huge shout out to Jiffy Lube Rosemead. I got here and my first thought was man these guys are busy. I've never been to a busy jiffy lube. Once my car was being serviced for oil change by Eduardo. I was blown away how they checked my air box and all other fluid. I never had a 5 star service like this at any other jiffylube. Thanks Eduardo. And your partners for exceptional work.

UPDATE:Came in for a new oil change with a $20 coupon.off price. Employees gave me useful information regarding my car. After oil change employees told me my receipt would be sent to my email address, never got my receipt. I called left a message to have receipt sent again and to verify my email address never got the receipt . Employees never called me back.I paid $96, supposely after $20 coupon.Employees were very polite and professional, they got me in and out in a timely manner

It took them 2 1/2 hours to do a spark plug change because they didn t tell me they didn t have the spark plugs for an hour, so I had to drive to orielly to buy them come back just so the mechanic can go to lunch and make me wait another 1/2 hour! I ask to speak to a manager, ( Gilbert) the employees told me they don t have a contact for their manager.Go to the jiffy lube on Fremont, this place is a waste of time

Great services, great staffs !!! Fair prices, the most important thing is they are honest and haven't tried to rip you off. They tell you exactly what your car is needed. I definitely will come back.
