I always have no problem bringing my old oil for recycling to Autozone. However, today I had a weird experience in this place. Once they saw me with the oil they started saying several different things to me just not to take the old oil for recycling. One said we don't take old oils, then another employee changed to a full tank, and the third one said to come on Thursday. Then started to be rude even if wanted to ask some other questions about the car paintings. You are required to accept the old oil for recycling if you have the authority to sell it. So, please do not play around with your laziness. Good luck with your sales and I never going to come back to this place, never ever recommend anyone.

My first time coming just to buy wiper blades. Asking this old man if it can fit my car he ask what kind. When I told him T****a his blood boiled so fast saying random information that T****a needs special things for everything. That it cost $100 for a windshield wiper. He should not say anything base on no information. I get he old and can t learn new thing but I just ask him one thing and he can not even answer properly to my question. Don t bother asking him since his knowledge is out dated.

Great service! They can recommend the cheapest products. At present, the cost of mechanics outside is very crazy. It is really unbearable. Self-service car repair is a good idea!

Autozone had the parts that I was looking for as always! Also needed loaner brake tool which they had in stock as well. They were open 1 hour later which allowed me to pick up everything I needed while the other stores were closed. Double thumbs up for that!

I bought the item one minute ago.I opened the package, i tried on my car but The Vent mount did not fit on my car. I returned it, but they did not accept because i ripped the package off, all the parts stay the same, not missing anything. I mean you don t open it how do you know that it did not fit on your car. They told me to get rid of it, or sell to someone else. That s ridiculous. The worst store ever seen.

Very bad shopping experience, I went with my husband just to buy a bottle of car glass cleaner, but a Mexican clerk was extremely rude, we were second in line, after the first customer finished, he directly changed a checkout computer, and ignored us to call the customer behind us, I really don't want to think that I encountered racism. It was another Asian manager who helped us, impolite clerk kept asking for his password, so I guess he is the manager, never coming back, very bad shopping experience

I went to get my battery tested (for free) and bought a new battery. The district manager happened to be the employee serving me that day and he happily changed my car battery free of charge.

Bad customer service. Called to buy some brakes, they put them aside never asked my name and number, when I show up I asked to pick up some brakes for my car they asked for a receipt. I told the guy I don't have a receipt, he said I can't help you. I said I need brakes for my car. He answered a call and ignored me. Wish I had his name but I'll remember his face, high, drunk, and dumb.

This place has great service with Kirin working there. He has excellent customer service and was so generous with his time, he helped change the break lights on my car, and by that I don't mean just the one that needed replacement, he made sure to change both so they can have the same life usage. He went above and beyond and I am so thankful he helped me! Thank you Kirin!

I was standing there one day and saw three Chinese people buy batteries they all got discounts I saw two other family Latinos who bought batteries and they paid the full price and gotno discounts that is called discrimination that AutoZone in Rosemead is a communist store. How does the place stay in business I have no idea the owners of that store obviously.

Avoid this store , Store manager gave a BS response when trying to return something unused . Drove to another location no problem returning. He was making up his own refund policy when asked to show where on the receipt that would be located all he would say . That s how it is Do yourself a favor and find another location you might encounter this character making up his own policies.

Mgr Tom is very helpful. Been here a couple times in the last two weeks and he is consistently professional, helpful and made me want to come back.

I got windshield wipers here.. kinda struggled to get the right ones since the stock was limited due to the storm. But they didn't even offer to help me put them on. Not that I needed help but like damn auto zone is not what it use to be

The guy who attended me my courteous over the phone but in person he acted as if my business wasn't all that important even after I treated him with courtesy.. No eye contact and his attitude stunk.. I have my receipt and will follow up with his manager.. You spend your hard earned money, keeping Thier jobs secure, just to be treated like trash

Cashier's were cool and patient with me. Good music playing too while shopping. They were younger adults so I don't think the music will satisfy the elders lol but they're very helpful. 100/10

They go out of their comfort zone to help you. I am a senior citizen. When I needed to have my battery replaced. I bought it and they installed it. I bought windshield wipers, and again, they installed them for me. So i feel that they gave me 110% service. Therefore i give them a 5 star rating.

This auto parts store may be small but it keeps the shelves fully stocked with everything you need to work on your car. The only downside is parking. The lot is small so if you can't find a spot you can park on the side street or wait a few minutes for a space to open up.

This place has great products, awesome customer service staff, my car battery I bought from them 3 years ago died yesterday, I brought it back, and by surprise, the staff checked in the system and said it's free to replace a new battery, wow! Pay nothing outta my pocket. Didn't see that coming, it makes my day, happy haaapppy. You are my one stop shop now and ever.

I order a part I needed from my vehicle I was told it would arrive at 5 o'clock in the afternoon as long as I purchased before 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I did when I return at 5 o'clock I was told that the Delivery truck Will not arrive until 5:30 p.m. Left came back at 5:45 p.m. and my part was not there. Instead of fixing the problem or finding a solution they told me that it was not their problem if the part was not there by the time they told me it would be. I never received my part and they did not want to refund my money.

A response to the owner:I actually didn't find what I was looking for but I had better luck at this location compared to the other nearby Autozone. I was only shopping at these Autozones because I was helping my sister with her car and she lives nearby.Your stock at both locations was disappointing. You have the shelf spaces with the labels for what I was looking for but the shelves were empty. I'm not going to specify what I was looking for because it wouldn't be fair to stock only that one type of thing. I will say that there are no electronic chips in what I was looking for so you cannot blame the chip shortage.I am probably going to stick with the O'Reilly auto store near my house or Amazon as much as possible from now on.The four stars for this location is more for the good / adequate service at this location. The other location would definitely be 2 stars.

Not towards me but the customer in front of me : they were very... Extremely rude to the customer. She struggled speaking english and they had no patience to help understand her and basically kicked her out of the store. Poor lady... Thats why i go to O'Reilly's.
