I sent front and rear bumpers, side marker bezels and taillight bezels here and they look amazing. The rear bumper had a lot of dings and dents and it looks show room quality. Very quick turnaround, it only took about a month with shipping time included. Janet and crew have been great to work with. I know where I m sending my parts from now on

Stay away. Far far away. Completely ruined emblems that can t be replaced and won t refund unless I surrender my own parts. Looks like small claims court ahead. Best part I had asked if the emblems could be done without ruining the paint. I m sorry and no refund doesn t cut it

My experience with The Bumper Depot has been excellent. My brother and I ran across Janet at an automotive swap meet and what caught our attention was that they deliver (and their on-hand bumpers were beautiful). My brother bought a set for his car but the price for bumpers for my car (an old Lincoln with big heavy bumpers) were out of my price range. Instead of letting me walk away Janet asked if I had some cores, which I did, so she and I worked out a deal of cores and cash. They delivered a beautiful set of chrome bumpers to my house. They are like mirrors! I can't wait to get them on my Lincoln. I highly recommend this company.

Awesome Chrome plating Co. I met the ladies, Janet and Denise at the Pomona Ca. Car Swap Meet several years ago. They have chromed many many parts for us. Not to long ago they came to pick up two 1935 Bumpers that looked as though they had been sitting on the ocean floor, without hesitation Denise said , sure no problem. And she was right, a few weeks later after , I'm sure , many hours of labor they came back show room condition. All my other parts parts carefully wrapped up too. I was impressed. They repair parts, They pick up and deliver for us. Their Chrome is top quality . There's a lot of garbage chrome companies Out there. Denise usually is the one picking up and dropping off and is always so friendly and helpful. Where else can you get this kind of quality And Service ? They are my go to Chrome Co. " Bumper Depot ". Palmdale, Ca. Give they a try, Great results with a smile .

Best chrome plating service we can find on the west coast. Janet makes sure everything is done right with the best materials they can buy... whereas the last chromer we used didn't bother to strip the old chrome so it peeled right out of the box. We trust Janet, love her personality and she keeps her prices competitive.

I purchased front and rear bumpers and guards for a 1956 Ford, and dealt with Janet. Upon arrival, the bumpers were beautiful. The car is kept indoors, and hardly ever driven, with the exception of a few shows and cruises each year. Long story short, over a year later, the plating is blistering and flaking, and it's obvious that neither front, nor rear bumper have any kind of copper plating. Ironic that their warranty is 1 year on plating... long enough to cash the check and delude you into thinking you received a quality job. AVOID!

I took them a bumper that had some rust they guaranteed me they guaranteed me they could fix it and cost me almost twice as much as one out of a book but I let him do it anyway they said the one in the book had cheap Chrome and thin metal and wasn't half as good as the work they do it looked good when I picked it up I went to assemble the bumper to the car I noticed that the Square chrome 7/16 bolt that goes through the bumper had cracked some Chrome they claim I over torqued it at 20 lb of torque they will not do anything help resolve the issue anyway they pretty much told me to go screw myself almost $700 to chroma bumper I'll never do it again and I'm going to tell everybody I can not to go to these people they do not guarantee their workmanship

Horrible customer service. Brackets are welded to the bumpers in the wrong place. Declined to even try and help. Her answer was that it was all my fault. Took the bumper to 3 reputable shops and they agreed that the bracket welded to the bumper was the problem
