As I walked into the store, I was greeted properly by Joseph and his co-worker, a young lady. I got in line and watched Joseph talk to this woman who was trying to get a discount. Joseph quoted policy to her calmly. The lady tried to raise her voice, but Joseph stayed at the low tone of de-escalation. When Joseph helped me, he was very informative and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He was able to help to a point where I had no more questions. Joseph was polite and knowledgeable about the products and my vehicle. When I was leaving the store, Joseph told me to " have a great day" and felt like he was being honest, and I appreciate all his help. Joseph, great job. I am very hard to impress and I was impressed.

Jasmyn and the crew are great to get all my auto needs and problems solved!LOVE THESE GUYS!!They literally have everything I need and I have some unique old vehicles if that means anything. Plus usually their delivery is within 24 hours if they need to special order something. They do military discounts, which is amazing and don t forget if you bring in any bad battery they ll give you a $10 gift card per battery.

Tonight the radiator on my car cracked. My car overheated but I was able to make it to O Reilly s in Rosamond. Not knowing much about cars, nor repairing them, I walk in hoping someone could help me. As I m waiting in line this guy is talking to another customer about his car. The dude was super knowledgeable about what he was talking about. It becomes my turn and Jasmine was very friendly and helpful as I gave her my vehicle information. I look over at the guy talking about a car and say, man can you help me? He immediately says ya and motions me to come to him. I thought he was another customer. He says, I m the assistant store manager, which instantly gave me relief. From that moment on he went above and beyond for me. He gathered information about my vehicle, checked to see where the crack was and helped me get all the items I needed. He was supportive, kind and had knowledge & skills above and beyond his years! What an excellent example is altruistic character. I can t say enough good things about Joseph Fox!!!! He truly is an example of a leader and is all about customer service. Jasmine his co-worker is another person who should be highlighted for excellent customer service as well! Thank you both for your outstanding character! I m extremely grateful both of you were working tonight!

We broke down 13 miles from town, towed into town and Blown Cyl Head on my Jeep 4.0 thanks to everyone at that location Evin,Joseph and all the employees, I rebuilt my car near by parking lot and 1week later drove to our destination . Gob Bless everyone and Evin and his Crew .You Gys RockBen

I d like to share how wonderful and efficient everyone there is. Over the last week I ve been working on two vehicles. I ve been to this store multiple times and helped by several employees. Additionally I ve called quite a few times with questions and to order or reorder parts and had a pleasurable experience. From the manger Evan and Mike to employees like Jay, Raye and Serina.It s refreshing to walk in and be met with employee enthusiasm and friendliness. The store smells clean, is clean, organized and well stocked. I look for those things when choosing a place to shop.It just makes you want to come back.The employees were on the ball and made sure I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable and hardworking. They all deserve this 5 star rating. I appreciate them. If you guys read this. Thank you for all your help.An extra shout out to Jay, Mike and Evan for going the extra mile for me. You guys are the best.

I always give reviews for good and well bad service too!But today Kat gets five stars!Oh yeah she knows what she's doing when she delivers knowledge about cars.I had to buy a battery and yes I could've google what I needed but it's refreshing to get the info face ot face.I'm letting you know Kat your are priceless and the company should be proud to have you!I hope you are manager because you are Definately Management material.And if you are a manager ask for more $!

The girl that "tested" my battery said it wouldn't hold a charge and that the terminals might be bad. She made this determination within 3 minutes of my walking in the door. She couldn't even tell me what type battery it was. I know finding help is hard but proper training isn't too difficult.This is a month old battery that discharged when my interior lights were left on for a few days. I took the battery 2 doors down to AutoZone and they were able to charge it with no problem at all.

Very unhappy customer!! Order a brake rotor yesterday. They give me the wrong one, I go back they exchanged it out for next day order...arrive to pick up part, has broken box wrapping torn and protecting wood broken all inside housing for bearing, stopped going to autozone for o'riellys and this is what I get 12, 8, 22 manny is manager on duty at time

The employees of O'Reilly's go above and beyond the call of duty! I called the store in Rosamond, CA this morning looking for a part for my coolant system. They thought they had it and they delivered it. It was the wrong part. They took the wrong part back to the store and found the right part in Moreno Valley and we agreed to get it from them tomorrow. In the meantime, the employees called around and found my part from a third-party source! They went and got it from that source and turned around sold it to us and then delivered it. All of this even though we are actually about 5 miles outside of their actual delivery radius!

They were extremely overpriced..I mean the highest of all pricing on my part but ..yes it feels good to not be so limited to competitors locally ..rosamond needs more buildings a rural town all in all ..O Reilly auto parts . I think could do some good .

If there was 0 stars that s what they would get went there about a week ago and got a fuel pump for my car they didn t have it in stock so they ordered it when we received it we put the fuel pump on the car and it was still not starting so we tested the fuel pump and it was not working okay great so we go back return it and wait for another pump to be delivered we got a second one and that one still did not work we were expecting the first pump to work so when we got the second one we had to drop the gas tank once again just because they sold us not one but two pumps that do not work just simply do not go here i should have know the price was to good
