Horrible rental place. I was specifically told I had no exact return time, that the truck just had to be back by 2:00 pm the next day as it was reserved to someone else. I rented the truck 12/29 131 pm returned the truck at 12/30 12:28 pm. They then charged me for 2 full days of use and insurance. Then when I asked Charlie to fix it and I wanted to dispute it. He became very hostile and started yelling at my mother and I. Very nasty person. Sad to see this company fall to such a low. I have place multiple phone calls to the manager with no response yet. I will never use this company again. I don't recommend this company to anyone.. Save yourself the hassle of getting ripped off and use another rental place.

They were quicker than what they said, and William the guy who came to us was really friendly and prepared. The price was NOT as inflated as the rest of our world has become. And We were pleased.

In September, ASAP towing helped me with towing my car. Nothing but good things to say about them. From the very friendly, understanding and helpful person who answered the phone when I called and helped me to set everything up, to the very friendly, understanding and helpful person who came to pick up my car and take it to get fixed. Overall a wonderful group of people who will take good care of you and your vehicle. Highly recommended.Service: Car towing

I got into a vehicle accident, so the CHP called ASAP towing. Not only were they kind and considerate at a time when I was stressed and needed the compassion, but they kept me up to date on everything going on with my insurance company and procurement of my vehicle. Their kindness and professionalism didn't go unnoticed and I am grateful for their help. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them in the future if necessary.Service: Car towing

Quick response, not too expensive, tow driver even brought me a water. Would definitely call again or recommend if in the area.

I only went there because some cars were towed from our property. A cat I take care of I was told slept in one of those cars. I went looking for him. He wasn't there. Neither were my neighbors cars. He came around to eat later in evening so he was ok. Heehee

What? Are you serious...you guys didn't even anwser the phone..called and called when you did anwser you wanted to charge me $186.00 to tow my suv right around the corner...you just made me appreciate AAA...applying for it today.. THANKS FOR NOTHING ASAP..
