The place is great. There was no appointment and got repairs done for my car in less than a hour. The only reason it took that long is cause they had to order the part. They explained things very well.The prices are very reasonable.

As a broke student on scholarship and single mom, I have been trying to maintain my vehicle but with rising costs, and past traumatic experiences with mechanics, I found myself pushing through the check engine lights, vibrating, and sputtering. Today, I am so appreciative of the guys at SpeeDee, from the moment I called to the face to face I felt reassured that this experience would be nothing like the past. Thank you Monty for your transparency, knowledge and patience, in reviewing all of my options. My car has not driven so well for over a year now, and now I am confident that I will make it to school and back home safely.

Great service at great prices from people who care about your car and you.I went to this SpeeDee at the suggestion of a mechanic at another shop. His wasn t able to do the work I needed. A mechanic at SpeeDee, Darren, greeted me as I drove up. He listened, was knowledgeable, and appeared to be (and was) highly competent. Though I d gone in only to get information, I was soon enough signing up for two services. Services that he was able to start giving then! Their prices beat the estimates I d previously gotten by about a third. A third! No appointment necessary, and with the minimum of waiting.When, a couple of weeks later, I decided to address a long-lasting, large maintenance issue that had been hanging over my head, I immediately thought of SpeeDee. Darren was again there to greet, assist, answer my questions, and then do the work. I felt confident in him and the others I interacted with; so confident that I went on to get two other services performed during thr same visit. The total cost was again only about two-thirds of the original estimate.SpeeDee Rocklin is great.Jake KnightThese guys understand and care about your car. Big recommendation.

I almost 1:15pm today and I left about 30 minutes later. The tech informed me of things my 15 Accord might need based on my mileage. No one was pushy trying to upsell me a million things, which I highly appreciate.Thanks guys for making my oil change stress free today!

They are fast and precise. Customer service is great, Aubrey welcoming people with a nice smile and she has good time management skills, Justin is a young man with detail-oriented skills and very polite. Waiting room equipped with a big screen that you can simply see all activities on yours and every other cars. They re also change CVT transmission fluid. You can also enjoy hot brewed coffee NOT the instant one. Look at the pictures

Kyle was absolutely amazing. In need of swapping out a dead battery. He was closing in 15 minutes. Took us in and helped us buy the correct battery for our car down the street. Couldn t have been nicer and gave us old school genuine customer service! Thank you!-Kyle

Skilled, confident, professional, neighborly...this auto service center has it all. The quality of their services is difficult to find in honesty and integrity. Monty, Wanted to thank you for the follow through regarding my headlight installation. Must admit you come across as a cranky grouch over the phone but you do have the persona of being a stand up guy. Thank you for your patience and taking responsibility, love the look of the new headlight, the left one looks like it has a blackeye...I'll have to work on that. Alas, thanks for reeducating me on lights on and lights on AUTO! Take care...

Jared was very informational and helpful with my service. I got the break fluid changed, differential fluid changed, oil changed, and cabin air filter changed. He was honest and told me what he recommended I get done, versus stuff that could wait. He was not pushy or salesy but did a great job of explaining WHY he recommended I get the services I got. He also did a break fluid test in front of me to show how unsafe it would be if I opted not to get the service.All in all, great experience from this location in Rocklin.

Customer service is superior! Tony and Jared took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car. Even going the extra mile to write it all out, so I can share the details with my husband. They really took the time to inspect the vehicle and provide the best next steps based on what they could see. I ve never been to a shop where I felt so comfortable and taken care of. Great for truck diesel oil change, but really bad for BMW. They wanted $50 extra for 'luxury' car!! I have a 2014 X1. I called BMW dealer and they have a deal for 2 years for $199 for oil changes. Guess what I did? Bye bye! Here's a pic of my $45,000 luxury car, I wish!

This is the only place I will take my ride! My car is very special to me and so maintaining it is priority. I will only take it to Jared here at Speedee. He is super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Came in for service on my 2014 Lexus IS350 before I left on a road trip. The technician Jared was very informative and knowledgeable. I had a brake flush, radiator flush and an oil change done in an hour with Jared explaining to me the process and what they found in their inspection. Cars running great, will definitely come back again!

I ve brought all three of my cars here within the past 5 years and won t go anywhere else. They are Always friendly and provide great customer service! Kyle was such an enjoyment to work with today and knowledgeable. Make sure you get there early if you are getting an oil change. Thank you all!

There was no wait and I was in and out in under an hour. I had the oil changed, coolant flushed and filled, and both the air and cabin filters replaced. Reasonable cost, friendly service, and a lot of smiles. Great service!

5 stars .Super nice staff. Did a transmission flush and filter change and did a super good job. Got a one hour quote and was out in a hour. Very nice and honest manager. Highly recommend this place.

I ve used Speedee for years and years out in Rocklin for all my truck fluid replacements. The guys and gals there are very welcoming, knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. Jared is one of the techs there that has helped me and always does a great job of showing, explaining and walking me through any concerns that need to be addressed. I ll continue to use them and so should you!
