We recently purchased a truck from Rocklin Auto Center. We found the advertisement online and called ahead to ensure it was in fact what we were looking for. Ron ensures the vehicles are in the best shape possible before selling and that was obvious by the documentation he keeps as well as the on-site auto shop. Ron and Pam really understand customer service. They were very transparent, honest and accommodating. We never felt pressured and found the price to be more than fair. We were helped with financing on-site. Ron helped expedite the process the best he could by phoning the bank to encourage them to review the paperwork asap. It worked. The time consuming process of purchasing a vehicle was definitely not as long as other experiences we've had. We felt our family was very well accommodated and overall enjoyed the experience thanks to Ron and Pam's attentive nature. We would absolutely do business with them again.

Great experience! Ron and his family were friendly and pressure free. I ve always hated dealing with buying newer cars but he made the experience great! We drove over two hours to get the truck and would do it again in a heartbeat!! I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

We bought a vehicle from these guys back in May 2021. They basically sold us a hunk of junk for 5k. Both mechanics we took it to told us we basically got F'd by these guys because the car had so many cheap glue & tape type of repairs done and the car wasn't worth more than 1k. The car immediately had issues within the first two weeks of purchasing and just continued to go down hill from there. Granted we did buy a cheap car but we had hoped it would have lasted at least a year or 2 not a few months.

They do not communicate with each other and come across as lazy. I called ahead and talked to a guy about getting my daughter's cars ac checked. I let him know that it was a salvage title, I was not expecting them to fix it, and I just wanted to know what was wrong so we could plan how to proceed. I've grown up working on my own cars and I mainly wanted to know if it was an electrical or mechanical problem. He said that was fine so we made an appointment. However, when my daughter went to drop off her car, they refused to even test it assuming that repairs would be more than the value of the car and I guess it wasn't worth their time. They made her feel like an idiot for wanting to know what was wrong with her car since apparently her car is a piece of junk and why would she want to fix it.

After much online searching, Craigslist shinanigans and Fulton blvd disappointments, we found and purchased our Honda Element from Rocklin Auto Center. Pam and Ron were awesome to work with! We never felt any high pressure tactics but instead felt like we became fast friends with this husband and wife team. It's the kind of good experience that seems so difficult to come by these days. The folks at Rocklin Auto provided a customer service that went beyond professional, they were also pleasant and warm. We highly recommend them and will definitely return The next time we're in need of a vehicle. Heck I might just stop by to say hello, that's just how much I enjoyed my experience there.

Horrible. I got an 03 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport for $5000 (overpriced) and it was questionable from the beginning. After less than 500 miles, I realized there were things happening with the car that were abnormal. After going to 3 mechanics, I learned that there was $3000 in mechanical work necessary to make the car road worthy. If the car is worth $3000, and the repairs are estimated at $3000, I believe that is the definition of totalled. Of course, the manager is not willing to help because it has been more than a few days. Thanks a lot, you crooks.
