I have to say, James Reemts had done it again! Most excellent service given when it comes to my Porsche needs! He s always available and ready to get me back on track wether it be a general need or the purchase of a new vehicle he s the best man for the job because he always operates in excellence!

TD;DR: Get a test drive with Dia and ask about every button in the carI'm helping a friend select his new car and we already test drove 12 vehicles. For the sake of comparison, I wanted us to experience how a 911 would differentiate from "normal cars".We scheduled a test drive and Dia Sedigh welcomed us. He introduced us to the features and capacities of a 911, and discussed options for the future. Dia took us to a back road where we could test the impressive lateral grip and stability of the car. Everything felt composed, and there were no downsides during our visit - other than the sad factor (for buyers) that the sport Porsches do not depreciate enough to allow more people to experience them.Throughout our time there, we did not feel pushed nor undervalued regardless of the diminished budget (given the car the friend is seeking is about half of the price). We left the store with a remarkable impression of the car's craftsmanship and professional demeanor that Dia presented. Should an opportunity arise for one of us to get a Porsche, we'd definitely seek his assistance.

Had a wonderful experience. The team at the dealership was amazing to work with. We did everything over the phone and they had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there. I got my dream car and I can t thank them enough. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I am so impressed with the level of service and amazing attitude of the managers and staff at this location I just had to leave a review. I cannot afford the vehicles sold here, but I came in for appraisal to sell my vehicle through KBB. Zach, Alan, and Mark made the process extremely positive and they are very fair and very competitive with other players in town. Attention to detail and extremely positive stand up folks here.

Came by Porsche of Rocklin today and was greeted by Beau Cotter. What a great guy. He invited me inside and took me to the showroom where I saw some of my dream cars. He was very nice and offered me some coffee and some snacks. He spent his time taking me around and showing us some of the special cars they have. Love the service and Beau Cotter was a respectful and great salesman who I d like to personally thank. Also would like to thank Porsche of Rocklin for their amazing service

Hi everyone, I can't thank Porsche Rocklin enough. Porsche Rocklin is my Disneyland! The customer service is unmatched, it's a very premium experience. I live nearly three hours away, and stay relatively busy with Real Estate. My dream car is a Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid in Quartzite Grey Metallic with Black/Bordeaux Red interior. When I feel comfortable and can afford it, I will be getting my dream Porsche. Two of my favorite salespeople are Barry, and Beau Cotter. If your interested in a Porsche go check out Porsche Rocklin, I know you'll be glad you did.

To whom this may concern,I consider myself a very analytical individual and only dish out positive reviews when I feel they are fully deservedUpon walking into the dealership , I was met with warmth, exceptional customer communication and most importantly, ZERO discrimination, compared to other dealerships in the area.I met James, I was skeptical about all of his rewards that he had placed as I believed there were too many to be true, but as every MINUTE passed, his methodology on how he approaches your individual needs and likings is exceptionally amazing. He didn t doubt my ability to be able to purchase any one of their cars ( for context I m in my early 20 s) and answered any one of my questions and granted all my wishes when it came to my question list. James is different from your average sales rep not only in personality but how he figures out how to comparatively decide how a customer like myself can walk out feeling educated and convinced about Porsche Cars. These guys are first class all of the way. Andrey and Kyle both went out of their way to throw some love to my young Son that is immeasurably large into Porsches. These guys both showed outstanding care and went way above and beyond in a situation where they did not have to do anything. I am greatly appreciative and indebted to Andrey and Kyle for their superior kindness. There is no way I would ever consider going anywhere else for my Porsche needs. If you are considering going to a place with exceptional customer service that happens to also sell Porsches, you need to come to Porsche Rocklin! Thank guys! :)

Car details exposed to CarFax.Every time you go to servicing your car details are exposed to CarFax without your consent. And Carfax keeps sending you marketing emails.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Porsche Rocklin, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As I was in the market for my next car, I reached out to them via their website and received a follow-up phone call. Unfortunately, my interaction with a sales associate named James was beyond disappointing.From the moment the conversation began, it was clear that James lacked basic customer service skills. He was extremely rude and made it evident that he had no interest in assisting me. Instead of taking the time to answer my questions and provide helpful information, he adopted an impatient and condescending attitude.To make matters worse, James abruptly hung up the phone on me, without any explanation or courtesy. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership as a whole. It is essential for businesses to treat potential customers with respect and professionalism, and this standard was clearly not met at Porsche Rocklin.I strongly advise others to reconsider wasting their valuable time dealing with this dealership. The way I was treated by James was not only discourteous, but it also displayed a lack of integrity and professionalism. There are countless other reputable dealerships out there that will genuinely value your business and provide the service you deserve.In conclusion, my experience with Porsche Rocklin was highly disappointing due to the disrespectful behavior of their employee, James. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, competent, and professional, making the buying experience a true pleasure. There was no pressure of any kind and everyone including the sales manager, finance mgr., Porsche experience mgr., and general manager showed a personal interest in assuring I had a great buying experienceAnd the car wasn't bad either. I was fortunate to purchase the first Taycan 4s in the area.Working with Lee Perkins was a special pleasure. The car had a long lead time and Lee was very patient as I called him often for details and updates. I am pleased to say that not only did I buy a car but also gained a new friend. You will be very pleased if you have the opportunity to work with Lee.

I love my Porsche Cayenne and Porsche of Rocklin treated me like royalty as I received services. My person of contact was Alex P. When my car was ready, he opened my car door. I felt like a lady. (And I am a lady ) As I was waiting, I had a complimentary Caramel Frappachino. My Cayenne was due for a tune-up. After my tune-up My SUV rides like a dream. I was pleased. I had a nice experience.

Service is always great here. They do great service for what you bring the car in for and offer, without pressure, additional recommended services. Your choice. Cost is reasonable for a Porsche and much better than L.A. Car was spotless when I picked it up. Communication is very good so you know what is happening. I worked with Alex this time and would highly recommend him. I ve been a customer of Niello Porsche since 1972.

Referred a friend here who lives out of state and was looking for a 911, but having a tough time with his local dealers.The Sales Manager Kyle Cristian truly went above and beyond, not only with getting him financed, but also engaging the lender to get a more competitive rate. He said Kyle was very patient every step of the way as they negotiated the details of the deal and he even made the offer to pick him up at the airport when he flew in!After hearing how my friend was treated, I'd have no reservations about referring someone to them and would definitely encourage you to visit their store if you're in the market for a Porsche. In a sea of mediocre car dealers, the experience at Porsche Rocklin stands above the rest.

Bad service ever , every time I send the car for service they have to damage something else , and keep trying to convince you that it's normal issue and all cars have the same issue or trying to push you to change your car to charge you more money

I just wanted to say that this dealership was amazing in every step of the way. Alan Was very kind and help me out right when I walked in. I ended up buying one of their trading teslas. It was A very nice car yet missing a couple of key features that I needed. They fully were committed to customer service and Graciously accepted the car back within the 7 day return policy parameters. If I'm ever going to buy a Porsche it will be from Porsche of Rocklin. Thanks again Alan!
