Only A holes work here. Worker with the long hair must want this place to burn.I wanted to buy one $8 thing and dude couldn t ring me up before doing an install for a lady that would take 10 minutes (they closed in 10 minutes). Very intentional and I suggest bringing your business elsewhere

The manager at the store Steven was super helpful and knowledgeable. However, I noticed one employee who seemed disengaged, sitting in the back on his phone. Overall, great service from the manager!

I've never had a problem getting the correct parts, some vehicle items and tools are overpriced but I don't get those items from there.

I have been to this business on several occasions and I've never been disappointed. Staff is cool and parts are plentiful. I purchased a battery and it was still under warranty, so I took it back. They tested it and issued me a replacement battery, even took it out to the car and placed it in the trunk. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts for great customer service and warranty coverage.

Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Treat you like you're their best friend if you show a little gratitude and friendliness. Even my mechanic buys their parts here and boasts about them. Lots of tech knowledge too, some have dealer experience or similar. Love this place

I love this place! I don't go there often but when I do I always get the best service and the employees always goes the extra mile to help me! I went in last year for a new mirror and they were able to order it in a couple days and they also put it on for me and disposed of the old one with no charge. Two days ago I went in for new wipers and the guy working (maybe the same guy who helped with my mirror, I'm not sure) gave me a great recommendation, helped me find the right sizes and showed me how to replace them. I will always go to O'Reilly for my auto parts for the above and beyond service and for not making me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars

In this store you'll find PEOPLE and not justEMPLOYEES. Thank you so much to the staff and specially to the Manager. They help us to find the best solutions for our problems( oxygen sensor for a '97 car). I would recommend this store above at all of the others. Thank you so much people.

I was told they were too busy to ring me up. This after I waited patiently for another employee to finish on the phone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. At least 5 employees were in the store....and none could ring me up. I walked out without purchasing anything.

The staff at this O'Reillys Auto Parts location is superb!!! As a lady who knows nothing about cars, goi g to places like this can be a bit nerve wracking!! But, the kind and helpful demeanour of Brian and staff put me at ease right away! I highly recommend this store. Thank you so much to Brian and all the gentlemen who assisted me today.

They never answer the phone so you have to take a chance and drive all the way down there. Other than that they always beat auto zone prices.

Very helpful staff, found the exact part I needed. Helped me right away. I think I was in and out in less than 5 min. It was a way better experience than at another auto store I went to before this place. I am going to head here first from now on.

A clean and welcoming store, the staff is always friendly and ready to help you! When my car started overheating because of a blown hose the man at the counter helped my husband and gave him some spare hose for free. Never a bad experience!

We had issues with our clutch in our 85 Ford and even though they didnt have the parts we needed, they had gotten them in by 11am the following day. Very helpful and very friendly and gave us great service.

Glen was very helpful finding the right sparkplugs and wiring for my car. We were in and out in about 5 minutes, and I will be picking up my wiring today. Thank you!

It's no wonder these people get an average 5-stars, they really deserve it. We had a flat and found out the hard way that this used car did not come with a jack. We didn't know what to do, so we called 211 who phoned o'Reilly's. They sent someone over as soon as they could to try to help. Above and beyond is an understatement.

On our way through town the alternator completely stopped working. We just passed O' Reilly and made a u-turn right into the parking lot. The staff, John & Stephanie were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had to head up to Reno that night and needed this fixed ASAP. In one hour we had our parts and my husband was able to get us on the road. Thank you staff at O'Reilly you are the best!!!

Bought a part with lifetime warranty. When the part went out, I called about getting the replacement. To my surprise, Jon (manager) told me to bring in my invoice from my mechanic and he would submit it to corporate for reimbursement! Thrilled to know that this company stands behind their product, and takes care of their customers.

I have been going here for years I have watched the employees there grow in knowledge as well as in there careers. Jon was a sales associate when I met him and how he is the store manager and to this day I only deal with him and this store. Thank you Orielys for providing that small town feel.

I hate to leave a bad review on a business based on the bad experience I had with an employee but the worker, Gary really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. From the moment I walked in he was very impolite, didn t greet me, and he made it very clear that he was annoyed to help me. Throughout the transaction I asked Gary a question about the warranty on my battery which he seemed unsure about the answer. Then he proceeded to tell me that I was making HIM UNCOMFORTABLE with my questions. Which makes no sense to me, I mean if he can t answer questions or be polite then why not just have a self checkout? Very unpleasant experience.

I want to make a shout out to Austin. The nice gentleman went above and beyond to help me out. I was struggling with some safety bolts on my license plate. Austin had a plan and executed it with precision. If I could rate 10/10 I would.

I wanted to buy a universal part, they refused to sell it to me! They were telling me that doesn't work on your car, i told them i know what works on my car what doesn't, I AM A MECHANIC after all , but he started acting like a**ho*s... and i returned everything i bought from them. That's none of their business to force me, not to buy something. He was thinking that doesn't work and he let me know okay, but forcing me not to buy something is b***s

The people here are always welcoming and helpful. They have always gone above and beyond for me as well as friends and family. They don't let people abuse the polices, however if you have a legitimate issue they will do what they can to make it right.
