My visit here was simple and easy, I called yesterday and was able to get the items I needed pulled so I could just come by pay and off I went So that was really helpful, plus the gentleman that I spoke with was very easy to work with and yep my stuff was on the counter with my call number and name Boughta Bing Boughta Boom done!Overall great visit and very cool bikes and go carts on the aisle to take a look at That was my favorite!! Thank you!

This company needs to hire some new employees I called in a day in advance before I was going to do my brakes to see if they have what I needed in stock one of the guys said they can order it it'll be in by noon I came in the next day because I did not receive a phone call as they stated I would receive a phone call when I get in there they said the order was never made and if they could not locate any brakes for my vehicle. So why would you have a customer think that the brakes have gotten ordered when they really didn't bad customer service don't waste your time actually went to O'Reilly's they had what I needed in and out at O'Reilly's way better place to get what you need nobody has time to run around to a store that doesn't carry what they say they can get in stock.

Had the replacement gas cap for my older Ford. Fixed my problem immediately. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Also, they were extremely friendly. Awesome job.

I went to two different auto parts and got the wrong part, then I went to Napa auto parts and got the Right part for my car the first time.

I walk in to the very slow Napa auto parts store. Just by walking in I am the only customer there. I look to my left seeing three men doing nothing behind the counter. Not talking to each other or busy working on anything. From the front door to the counter is probably 50ft. As I walk up nobody says a word. Once I am about 3 feet from the first counter. Nobody says anything. Finally a man looks up at me but again doesn't say anything. I say hello and am then greeted.To all of you west coast Cali folks. If you decide to move to my homes states on the east. Like every other person in Cali. Don't be surprised if you walk into a business and someone working there says "hello" or even "welcome". Crazy I know.Seriously, it doesn't take much effort to give good customer service.Better luck next time fellas.

The staff there is great. They're so super assistive. I come in there semi-frequently with parts requests that stump most other franchise parts houses. The employees here aren't afraid to pull out the books and really dive into trying to find equitable products for me. They are on their "A" game.

We went to Napa Auto Parts last weekend and were helped out by Sean. He was incredibly helpful and he was knowledgeable! I was very satisfied with my experience and will continue to keep shopping here! He was able to help us when no other auto part stores were able to.

When my engine warning light came on this morning I drove directly to Riebes Napa Auto Parts in Rocklin. Mark, a knowledgeable, efficient, more than capable mechanic, solved the problem and sent me kindly on my way within minutes. Fantastic service!

Amazing customer service. Unfortunately I didn't catch the guys name who helped us, but he went out of his way to help us install our new headlights, and showed us how to adjust and replace for future references. Made our day for sure! :)

Top notch service, went in for an oil filter and they were great. Now you'd think this is such a trivial thing but the man behind the counter was very professional. Normally you don't get that kind of help, will be going here again.

Not a fan. Had issues the first time my husband and I went in but gave it a second chance in an emergency. Ended up over at O'reillys down the road where our issue was resolved almost immediately.

Staff is always helpful and go above and beyond. Selection of aftermarket automotive maintenance, tools, and detail is surprisingly large. They carry a lot of really high end brands too, like amsoil, redline, and meguires.

Just want to give a huge shout out to the lady that took the time to stop on exit 108 in Rocklin today to check and see if my husband & I needed help with our big Pete. If we ever find ourselves in a jam and we are in that area again, we will definitely go see them. Thanks again Riebe employee. You know who you are!

Picked up some new wiper blades and headlight bulbs for the RAM and they had everything in stock and were very helpful with any questions I had about the products I bought.

Staff is very helpfull and knowledgeable. Very well organized and clean store. Super friendly people and usually have what I need in stock, or available within a few hours.

The staff here is very helpful and have on many occasions, come out into the parking lot to help me fix a problem. And what's more, many of those times, they helped me find a simpler way of fixing my problem that was cheaper than what I had originally asked for. Highly recommend.

I called the Napa auto parts for a price quote and to order parts for a engine rebuild just so the guy at the front desk would tell me he is busy with other customers and that im taking all his time on the phone. Very unprofessional, i wont be shopping here anymore with cocky employees.

Busy. Part I ended up buying at O'Reilly was $10.99 , reibes wanted $39.99. guy helping didn't know how to look up the part, was new. Not smart having a noob working on extremely busy day. Won't go back.

Lovin' the new battery! Drove into Riebe's Auto Parts on our battery's last leg. Jake fixed us up and even installed it! Once again they've come to our rescue. One of the best finds since moving to Rocklin! Thank you!! My father was a mechanic when I was growing up and always swore by Napa parts and I now know why.

Awesome Staff at this place. Only complaint is that it is pretty small and not a lot of parking, but it also is never super busy.
