This is by far one of the best mechanic shops I've ever gone to. They are extremely professional, communicate well, and do excellent work. They are always fair with their prices, and will give great recommendations to other local places for anything they can't do. Always kind and trustworthy; I'm so glad I found them!

I was in need of a 4 wheel alignment after purchasing 4 new tires from America s Tire, and they recommended My Auto Surgeon. So, I went on Yelp, saw the great reviews, and made an appointment. Arrived at appointment (a few mins early), I was checked in by Chris (really nice guy) and off I went. My car was completed as promised and I left a happy camper. Car no longer pulls to the right. Great price, and staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

I honestly couldn't recommend the guys at My Auto Surgeon enough. Chris has great customer service, and the team gives honest and thorough estimates of what work needs to be done to your vehicle.

It was great working with Dan at My Auto Surgeon. He helped to dial me in with them and get my car in top shape. Giving them a deposit to get the parts needed one day, they called me the next day with parts in hand to schedule my appointment. Dropping my car off Friday morning, I was called to pick it up later that day.In, out, and completely satisfied, I recommend My Auto Surgeon to anyone looking for honest, fast, quality work done on their automobile.

The customer service here has been by far the best experience I've had when dealing any mechanical issues. They are experienced and knowledgeable. The fact that I needed a tow and didn't have to coordinate with the tow truck personally was a huge relief. I also felt that there prices were reasonable. I would high recommend them to everyone.

These guys are the sweetest and best! I ve been taking my vehicles here for years and they have always been nothing but kind and honest, even going so far as to turn me away telling me that a repair I needed was covered under my vehicles warranty and that I shouldn t have to pay them for a repair that was covered by my vehicle manufacturer. They care about their customers and I always feel like I can trust them.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Very quick and efficient. A tad bit pricey on certain repairs but I ve taken my wife s car here twice for larger tuneups and they have been able to have it done the same day. Schedule in advanced, as their calendar fills up quick.

One of the best bang-for-your-buck businesses around! These guys are seriously great at servicing your car and are transparent every step of the way. I have never once felt as if they were trying to sell me things I didn t need, and they even tell you when things can wait to be fixed, if it doesn t fit your schedule or budget. If you don t have to go to a dealership to get a repair done, DON T! Bring your car here and you won t regret it!

Cameron and Tim were extremely professional! They found the issue with my vehicle and fixed it while working with me on a budget. I am lucky to have found an auto repair shop that was a pleasure to work with and will be reaching out to them for any future services that I may need! Very highly recommend! My Auto Surgeon has shown to been reliable and honest with each visit. We take my car (European), my husband's car (electric), and both our children use My Auto Surgeon for their Toyota and Hyundai. We've never felt we were being ripped off or lied to, in fact at times where they could have easily snagged a few extra bucks on repairs, they were so honest to point out that the issue(s) wasn't as serious as expected and saved us some money! While this should be expected behavior at all auto repair locations, sadly, it is not. We feel lucky to have come across this place and will keep recommending to all who need service. Thank you, My Auto Surgeon for being so great to our family!

I just wanted to share my great experience at this business. First of all, I loved the name. As a surgeon and business owner myself, where else would I bring my car! The team there is terrific! I met Chris and Mirene who helped me and they were great. As far as their diagnostic skills were concerned, they identified the problem quickly and fixed it, and at a very reasonable and sensible price. No BS, just good work and great service! I plan to bring all my car problems to them moving forward. I highly recommend My Auto Surgeon!!

Hands down the best auto shop in the greater Sacramento area. They keep my 2018 4Runner up and running after a season of camping and off-roading.Their honest assessments, customer-first, and timely work is what keeps me coming back time and time again. You will not find another shop that invests as much time and effort in your car as My Auto Surgeon.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

These guys are awesome. They are as prompt as they are friendly. While sitting in their very comfortable waiting room I had the chance to observe them interacting with several customers. They took all the time necessary to explain to them different options and what various services entailed. If you need a "go-to" shop that you can trust with whatever you drive, try these guys first. I promise it will shorten your search.

A brief experience. A wheel stud replaced.But nice, friendly and helpful people - Chris especially. Not familiar with shop rates, as the work was paid by the tire place who caused it. But their lounge was clean, bright and comfortable. No dingy grimy shop room that wants a good scrubbing here. Thanks guys.

These guys know what they are doing. They got me in and fixed my ride right up. Seth and his crew we knowledgeable and friendly. In our current times most places I have been are lacking in customer service skills, but you can tell these guys love their jobs and don't miss a beat. Their customer service is on point. My Auto Surgeon saved me 2500 bucks. Les Schwab said I needed my whole front end replaced on my 2005 K2500. Got a second opinion to make sure and no work was needed. Only an alignment. Very grateful for their honesty. I will be back for sure and will be recommending others to take their cars and trucks to them.

I always take my car in here when I have a problem, I've even called and received advice on how to fix my vehicle. This is a stand up shop, they won't try to get you to fix anything you don't need (they are honest about what you need done), and they always do fantastic work. I would highly recommend coming here, great customer service and repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was recommended here by a family member so I made an appointment by phone. Went in and felt welcomed. The people I talked to were pleasant and the place was clean inside. Waiting room was nice and they had guest WiFi. Overall great experience and the work seems like it was done well. I'll be back if I need anything else. Thanks!

The people at My Auto Surgeon have great customer service. I am glad I found them. I felt very comfortable coming to them with my car concerns and did not feel like they were going to talk me into more service that I didn't need. They were timely too. I will refer all my friends and family to them.

Trustworthy Mechanics. High-Quality Work. Amazing Customer Service. Intelligent Management. Competitive Pricing. You will NOT be disappointed.Justin and his crew have been incredible since day one. My family and I will continue taking our vehicles here (all different makes an models). The people here are straight forward and honest and will go out of their way to make sure you get back on the road safely. This review is long overdue, however it is warranted for the quality of service and customer satisfaction we have experienced. Keep it up guys!!

Great customer service, great work, reasonable prices. Took my Audi A6 there for an alignment, due to some uneven wear on my tires. They trued everything up, and even explained the computer printout of the before and after alignment numbers. I'll definitely be going back to MAS for any future repairs.

When my car threw a tantrum and left me on the side of the road. They were there to help me. They were very patient and understanding. They listened to me and made me feel important. This is the best car mechanic experience I ever had. I would totally drive two hours to have them work on my car again. Chris, Cameron were amazing. Come here first.

The best experience ever!! Clean waiting room, bathroom - even the bays were clean! Tammy and Pear we re running the front desk- awesome! Friendly and patient. Tim the mechanic was honest in letting me know a service I didn t even need, no taking advantage of me I ll be back!

These guys are awesome!! Very professional and gave me a warning prior to doing the work, that other underlying issues may cause the work they were about to do, render useless. I had to order them to take my money!! ;) Additionally, they were very friendly and I definitely recommend them!

After taking in my car a few times, they got to every problem I had and made sure that they talked with me about the options I could take for repairs. They didn't overcharge, covered the charges of previous issues that weren't addressed in the first visit, and the kindness when serving was well worth the visit.
