After ownership change this is no longer a viable place to get your car serviced. I drive here from Sparks, NV because it used to be a great place.I dropped my car off well before the 9:30 appointment for a small, first service. Now I sit here waiting. Estimate runs to 2:00 pm now. The place is overrun, too many appointments booked too close together. Saw at least two folks getting their car and leave before work was even started. I don t know what their story is, but it does not bode well.Addendum: These "people" inflated all my tires to 44psi (maximum pressure) even through the tires were at the correct recommended pressure when they took it in (38 front, 34 back). Now I am off to wonder what else they screwed up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought older Benz in for a recall. Took two trips, because they over scheduled their time, had to insist on the second trip. Then, found they broke the passenger side mirror. Came back a third time, and claimed some nonsense about it was ok if it was dangling. Mirror was cracked, along with the plastic. Got home, called and talked to a manager. Brought it back for the fourth time. The good news is that they re going to replace it. The bad news is that I ll have to bring it back in a couple of weeks. So, five trips.

Tis service center becomes worse every time I come here. Last tome it took them over 6 hours to service my new 2021 GLA 250. This time Michael Gallagher told me it will be 2 hours and they don t have uber/left to take me anywhere. So i thought what the hell. Its only 2 hours. Fail again from MBS !! Its now 11:00 am and i got here at 8 am and I have been sitting here now for 3 hours. They do this every time.

Bottom line: Service Advisor never bothered to update me on car status for 4 days, seemed indifferent about their mistake, and provided terrible customer service. Gave me the impression my business did not matter.Scheduled and dropped off my car for a new tire install on a Monday, after sitting 2 hours in the lobby, they inform me that they did not have the tire and I could take a loaner car, the tire should arrive sometime today or tomorrow morning.Tuesday: no call or update, had to reach out to them at 5pm to be told the tire had not arrived yet and they would update keep me updated on the status. A courtesy call would of been nice.Wednesday: no update, called at 5pm, car still at the dealership, they think the tire will arrive later that dayThursday,: no update, finally called later the afternoon and they tell me the tire is in and the car should be done in an hourI finally arrive to pick up the car, no apologize or acknowledgement from the service advisor and sent straight to the cashier.Service: Tires

Well, well, well.... Mercedes Benz of Rocklin.....Let's see, where shall I start??!!!! Honestly my experience with Mercedes-Benz as a whole in general, is AMAZING.Now the Service Separtment & CSI team is a whole different story! I own 4 brand new Mercedes Benz vehicles... Theres myself, My Husband, & our 2 daughters who all drive one. I've always had a super warm & fuzzy experience. But my most recent encounter has been the worst experience I've ever had! Starting with lack of communication, lack of concern, & extreme rush to move on to the next customer is just beside me! I don't know who or which department dropped the ball here... But what I do know is that it surely wasn't myself, as the customer! For the 1st time ever my experience has been so poor, that everything just continues to get worse now. I think all of my positive experiences were clearly short lived, & probably too good to be true at this point.Step up your CSI game Mercedes-Benz! My car has now been there for over 11 days, & not one person has even acknowledged that they received it! I was supposed to have a loner 3 days ago, but yesterday I had to pay out a pocket $256 for a rental car, just so I can get to work. Not to mention, did I tell you that my car is only there for the rear brake pads to be changed. So yes, my car's been in the shop for almost a week for rear brake pads & they barely started looking at it this afternoon on day 11. I'm sure they only did that because I've called to complain nearly 20 times. At this point it's safe to say you should probably go to BMW. Because Mercedes still hasn't tried to make it right.

The service was timely, and all employees I encountered were professional. The negative aspect was that no air was put into the new tire that was installed. The tire had only 38 psi when I drove away (it was a rear tire that should have had ~46 psi). I thought, perhaps, I needed to allow the tires time to warm up before an accurate reading would display.The reading did not display after driving approximately three miles. I had to stop and put air into the tire to continue my drive home. I considered driving back to Mercedes of Rocklin and have them complete the job by putting air in the tire. It was safer for me to just stop and fill the tire with air.Service: Tires

Worst car service experience. We purchased the Mercedes extended warranty when we bought our 2017 GLS. I have never purchased a Mercedes before and I know they have some more complex systems and expensive parts. Normally I never purchase a warranty on a car but thought maybe this car it would be a good idea. I was also told by Steven s Creek Mercedes that my service plan guaranteed a loaner vehicle when I went in for major services.I scheduled our 50k service and asked to confirm that my wife would have a loaner vehicle. The rep on the phone said, oh this is a minor 1 hour service, we don t do loaners on these, we only do that on major services. Ok. First problem.I arrive with my wife at this dealer for our 9am appointment. We wait 20 minutes to have someone take the vehicle and check us in. We are then told this is an all day service. Second problem.We are told there are no loaner vehicles, we needed to request that with our appointment. We did that. Third Problem.I had to go to work so I drop my wife and 18 month old off at my parents house and decided to reach out to our service advisor once I got in the office to try and figure out what to do. Currently I have a pregnant wife and 18 month old child with no vehicle and all day to try and figure out how to get around.I call our service advisor and explain that I paid the extra premium for the Mercedes warranty so that this exact scenario wouldn t happen. Very little apology, just a well there is nothing we can do about it attitude.He then suggests that they will have a driver drop the car at my house so my wife doesn t need to figure out how to get back.Not what I paid for or expect from Mercedes, however, clearly they were not going to do anything else to solve their mistakes.I agree, then get a call from my wife at 4pm. They called her and said. Sorry we don t have any drivers to drop off the car.Then when my dad took my wife back to the dealership, they couldn t find the key for 25 minutes.It was unbelievable. Especially from a Luxury brand. Really doubt this is the Mercedes experience elsewhere. Take your vehicle elsewhere; this place feels like a Walmart.

I am very displeased. Following a routine oil change at the dealership, my car was returned with the interior driver passenger door handle completely broken. After 2 follow up appointments it's just not right and, I'm afraid, it never will be. I drive with an annoying rattle sound. The power steering fluid wasn't checked because it's low. The engine oil was overfilled. The battery wasn't checked because it's low.Service: General repairs & maintenance

new 2020 350GLE had 2 major recalls before I got to pickup the vehicle, then windshield cracked and had to be replaced and this took over a month & 1/2 to get from Mercedes. Service manager Wayne S is a great person and the glue that holds my business to this dealership. A big thanks to Mike and the Service Team at Rocklin Mercedes. They made a stressful situation less stressful by working to help me with my sunroof repair costs as my SUV is no longer on warranty. After I got my service b done, my fan blower motor started humming when my ac was on max so they replaced that then right when I got it back my a/c started to stink so they said I need to replace my cabin air filter. Then my temperature gauge started fluctuating when I was driving it but they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I really like JT as my service advisor. I had Micheal before and he wasn't as responsive. He didn't even let me know that my part came in, I actually called and found out. He never gave me a rough estimate when it was going to be in either but JT is on it. Thank you JT!Service: A/C installation & repair

I had some service done previously on my vehicle. I had a concern about it. I brought my car in and it was checked and I was given the proper information. My advisor Scott and mechanics were diligent and checked my vehicle and gave me information and solved my issue.Thank you Vonhousen team.

We leased our car from this dealership, and then took it back to get the clear coat product put on it. Cilajet I believe is what it is called. Very professional all the way around, from the time we signed the contract to the service department.Jeff Holt, and Mark were amazing. Can not say enough good about those two.

I got the worst quality ever that I bought a car from from Rockland mercedes-benz. I will never ever tell anyone to go to Rocklin Mercedes-Benz to buy even a key change that's how horrible service I got there. I bought my new GLC for Mercedes-Benz on Howe avenue they're the best of all Mercedes-Benz dealers in this area. You guys need to go learn how good those guys in our area do maybe you can be one day at top quality dealership. I give you a zero.

I used to drive porsche and BMW all my life..Oh. I forgot I start with cadillac Eldorado back in 80S..I love the car and finally I change to mercedes benz 450S...I think I made very good choice..Sine I got the 450S there was very minor problems..I went to Rocklin mercedes benz service center and i met service RepresentativeSCOTT PARRY..Scott take care me start to end really nice and professionally..He was the best service Representative.I ever had all my 40 years driving experience..Thank you Scott..Service: General repairs & maintenance
