I recently purchased a pre-certified Mercedes Benz car from this dealership in Rocklin, CA, despite living in a different state. The salesman who assisted me was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process, which initially left me with a positive impression.However, once the sale was completed, the level of service experienced a sharp decline. Upon receiving the car, I discovered it was missing the original floor mats and the second car key. I promptly notified the salesman, who assured me he would locate the missing items and have them shipped to me. After some time passed with no updates, I followed up, only to be told that the key was lost and that they would order another one.Despite repeated attempts to communicate and resolve the issue, including contacting the manager directly, I have yet to receive any updates or solutions. It's been four months since the purchase, and the promised resolution remains elusive. Even Mercedes Benz customer service has been unable to elicit a response from the dealership.This lack of follow-through and accountability is highly disappointing and unprofessional for a Mercedes Benz dealership. Potential buyers should exercise caution when dealing with this establishment, as everything appears smooth until the sale is finalized. After that, expect a significant drop in service quality and responsiveness.

From start to finish of my purchase, I felt no pressure. My sales representative Javen was awesome and answered all my questions. Michael my finance manager was great in getting me into the right loan and payment. After the purchase they delivered my car to my house. I was very happy with my experience with Mercedes Benz of Rocklin.

The worst customer service ever. All I can say is "FRAUD". I got a loaner car from them, and they say don't go over100 miles per day, and have the car back within 12 hours from when your repair service has been completed. I was billed $270+ for logged mileage on an electric loaner car that I had for 10 hours. They said I drove it 1134 miles. I did the math.. if the car get 200 miles per charge, I would have needed to charge 5 times. If it takes 30 minutes to charge to 100% at a class 3 charger, then I only had 7.5 hours to drive the car. In order to do 1134 miles, I would have needed to drive 151.2mph non-stop while I had the car. My gps records show that I drove the car a total of 24 miles, and my security cameras show the car sitting in front of my house all day. I have called 6 times, and keep getting referred to Tyler, who manages the loaner car program. After having left a message, I have yet to receive a call back, or any concern about the issue from anyone at the dealership. I contacted my credit card company about the charge, and they are disputing the transaction, but have now canceled my card to reissue a new one. Now I have to go through and modify all the linked accounts to that card and update any automatic payments that are currently linked to the previous card. Not exactly how may hours I have had to spend correcting the dealerships problem, but I would highly recommend that if you have taken a loaner car from this dealership, that you confirm the mileage they claim that you drove it.**UPDATE** I got a response to my review, but still no call to correct the issue. When I make the call to them, I get a voicemail, and no call back.

I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here, but Ian Stauffer was who I spoke with when I saw a car on CarGurus. He was professional, not pushy, and very friendly and understanding, how sales people should be in my opinion. I spoke with Ian today as he was following up with me, I told him I'd bought a vehicle and he was nothing short of amazing, I explained to him that the car I had seen on their lot was good, but it had way too many miles for my liking and he didn't disagree. Ian was very personable and understanding, when we got off the phone I decided I want everyone to know about my experience with this dealership even though I didn't purchase from them. I didn't catch the sales managers name that I spoke with but he was also a great guy just like Ian, Keep it up guys, it's hard to find good salespeople with good hearts.

Took my Sprinter in for an emissions recall. Wayne set me up quick with an appointment without any hesitation and they had an opening right away. Repairs were done early in the day and during the multi point free inspection, they found some items that needed attention. After reviewing what was needed, I agreed to the repairs, which was very reasonable, and they were able to complete everything in one day!! Excellent communication. Scheduling the repair was a breeze via the chat feature. The people I met, from the service advisor, sales floor guy, the young kids manning the pickup and service area, were all extremely professional and polite. This is a top-tier dealership in terms of customer service. 5 stars easily.

The good: everyone there is friendly and the facility is nice.The not so good:Scheduled an appointment for service and the first visit was told they didn t have enough technicians to work on my car. They sent an automated text that morning to confirm so I was annoyed to make the trip only to reschedule. On the makeup appointment the notes from the first appt didn t seem to transfer so I got my car back and realized it still needs an oil change. While going to pickup my car I waited for almost 20 minutes for the service papers to move from the service managers desk to the cashier. Seems like someone forget to ask for them the first time I went up to the counter to let them know I was there. Maybe this was an isolated series of events but it gave me the impression they were disorganized and not particularly respectful of their customer s time.

Based on our original experience with a different service advisor last year we almost didnt go back to the Rocklin location. He was adamant that we should take our vehicle elsewhere since we didn't purchase it there.Fast forward to 2024, we decided to give it another chance and im glad we did.Our service advisor Chelsea was welcoming, client focused and clear in her communication.Chelsea, thank you!

Very professional and courteous sales people. But as always the bottom line is they are there to make money for the dealership. And that is the bottom line. What people forget is that you have the upper hand. Because they can't sell you a car at the price you think it's fair all you have to do is get up and walk away. They can keep their car and you can keep your money. Just keep on looking until you find the right deal. If you're not paying cash you're just getting yourself in debt. As soon as you drive off the dealership you lose around $2,000 on a new car. Try to sell that car back to them at the same price and they think you're crazy. Remember they're there to sell you a car at the maximum price they can get you to pay they're not your friends even they act like they are. But this is just my opinion as always.

I have bought four Mercedes-Benz sprinter vans from Rocklin Mercedes. The service for sales has been great but the service department itself has been unbelievably terrible. I took my Mercedes van in this morning and was never contacted during the day. I called them several times and left messages for my service agent. I finally called back and demanded to be put on hold until I could talk to him.. I was told that the van hadn't even been looked at even though it's been there all day. We use our vans every single day for work. To take the time to take it in and not have it for work and nothing was done was beyond frustrating. If this had been the first time I wouldn't be so upset. This is the third time. I will not use them again.

Buying experience wasn t the best. I was forced to get Zurich Shield which is really a spray on wax application. The shady part is that I tried registering my vehicle s Zurich Shield and they couldn t find an account. It s possible that they pocketed the money because I have been texting Michael in finance and haven t gotten a reply. I had questions after the car was sold and all of a sudden no one at the dealership was returning my calls. I texted the sales and finance team but no reply. Michael in finance tried selling my a car warranty for $6000 but magically dropped it to $4000 after he kept pressuring me to buy it. I ultimately said no because I did research and the warranty provider they use is notorious for not covering any repairs. I buy 4 cars a year and I won't be going to do my shopping here.

Richard made our truck buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin very easy and worked with us on the price to get the deal done. There are only two reasons why we felt we couldn t give 5 stars - the financing dept messed up a little with our loan which ended up taking way longer to get all the paperwork finished. And then the detailing of the truck took forever and there wasn t much difference from when we test drove to when we drove off the lot.

Mattew LeDin the internet sales manager made my purchase very easy. He's very friendly, patient, outgoing and explain every charges and detail line by line. We were able to make a deal Via email/SMS. When arriving at the dealership, Matthew had the exact vehicle I was interested in parked right in front and ready for me to test drive. Despite the fact that I was Interested in a RAM pick up truck, he treated us as if we were purchasing a new Mercedes. That is a plus!I forget the gentleman name in finances, he did take a little long then I was told but was shopping better rates for me. Once I was in his office the process was quick and easy.The detailing department could have done a little better job. I understand it was a rainy day and was not to worried about the exterior. But the Interior felt like they just wipe the dash and put the floor mats in. As we got home we found peanuts under the seat and some stains on a few panels. After using some interior cleaner that I have it came right off.All in all I am very pleased with my experience at Mercedes benz of Rocklin.

I have a great experience with Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin! Not only they sell the best luxury cars in the planet, but also all the staffs I worked with are so friendly and professional. A big shout out to Grace! Grace is very professional, attentive, respectful, and such a sweet lady to work with. She answered all the questions I had and worked and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. At the end of day, Grace made the car buying process easy and smooth. Unable to schedule a service appointment for repairs as no one would return my call! I called back the next day and again, no one called me back. Tried calling a third time and this time the phone rang and rang and they didn t ever answer. Time to find a new dealership to service my car.
