I had a flat tire when it was raining and arrived at this location 30 minutes before closing. They were not happy I arrived before closing but assisted anyway. I was told my tire was shredded on the inside and needed replaced. They did not carry my tire and wanted $200 for one odd ball tire. I towed my car home 45 minutes away. When we took my tire off the car, there was no sign of shredding or separation anywhere. The only thing was a small screw in the middle that caused it to go flat. Taking advantage of someone in an emergency is not good business ethics. I will not be returning...

I have 7 work trucks, Les Schwab used to be the place i took every one of them to for tires, breaks, alignments, and any minor repairs. On the last visit I was quoted nearly $250 more for similar tires than their major competitor for nearly-like tires (except the competitors had a better warranty). They would not entertain any idea of a discount (okay) but stated that they did not even have a record of my trucks in their system. I used to have very good experience with this location in the past but due to poor management ill be taking my business to their competitors.

I experienced the best customer service i ever had at a tire shop here! The manager Jeff Lowe was very knowledgeable and helpful as I have a Bmw 7 series which is a complicated car for an alignment. He knew what he was talking about unlike other places that didn't. Thank you Jeff and all the employees at this location! I will only come here for my tires and alignment from now on forward.

Five-star experience. Easily made an appointment online. Went in to get new tires for my Tesla. The representative at the counter was extremely knowledgeable about Tesla tires. Tesla chews through tires so having someone who understands that I was able to provide knowledgeable recommendations on what brand to get was very helpful. They were able to order what I needed and get them replaced on my car quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend having your tires done at this location. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable, staff, and competitive pricing.

I would highly recommend Les Schwab on Sierra College Blvd. On multiple occasions I ve had an outstanding experience! Morgan and Peter are helpful, knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Before choosing Les Schwab, I researched multiple options but extremely happy I decided to go with them. They installed a 4 Fabtech suspension lift on my GMC Sierra AT4 along with new tires and wheels.

Wonderful service! Went in with a leaky tire and within 10 mins and absolutely no charge, they had me fixed and on the road. THAT'S why I buy my tires at Les Schwab. Can't say enough about Les Schwab Tires!

Quoted me 45 minutes for tire repair then five minutes later, after selling a battery to a guy who walked out the door with it, the time turned into 3-4 hours for a simple plug. No other customers came in. They have a reputation of doing this to the less expensive jobs.I left and went to Red Line tires who, despite having all their bays filled, had me in and out in 15 minutes. Good Year on Pacific won t do this to you either. Will never go to Les Schwab again.

Awesome customer service. Had to drop a tire off and I was was working. Then, unable to pick back up personally, let a co worker with my info get tire and pay and sent receipt in email. Made a inconvenient tire replacement work perfectly. Not only will I return, I will drive out of my way for this location.

We are from Las Vegas. We rented a BMW with Pirelli run flat tires. We got a nail in the sidewall of one tire. The tire was non repairable. Found this place on Google. Stopped in, and Eric, the Manager helped us out. He was fantastic, got our tire changed in less than 45 minutes with the exact same one that was on the vehicle.Everybody at this location was fantastic and I highly recommended Les Schwab tire Centers.Also. We stopped in the location in Auburn looking for the tire and they were great also, they just did not have the tire we needed and Tom sent us to this location that finally had the tire in stock. They were both great.

These guys are a joke. Bought 4 tires a couple of years ago. Supposed to get 60k miles, got 16k. Had them rotated twice. They say they have no record. They did it. I will never go back. When you talk to them they look at you with a dumb stare. Don't even want to listen. They'll take your money but very dishonest.

There I was going what was definitely the speed limit omw to Reno with a wife due in 2 weeks and two other children all on the edge. A sudden loud bang and the TPMS goes off on my dashboard, I just had a blowout. The people here had us in and out in the quickest, friendliest, and most professional manner possible. Before we were able to finish our Chic-Fil-A we got the phone call our car was ready.Best part is there wasn't anything devious or shady, it was a single tire replacement, another one could use it in about 5k miles. He did a depth check and the tread had a while before the wear bars showed.It was the most honest and friendly experience I've had in a long time dealing with automotive businesses and I appreciate it.

Thank you guys so much for honest help. I had a terrible experience at AAA across the street but Les Schwab was able to save the day and get me back on the road in a heartbeat. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, I didn t get the female runaround (as I call it), and service was fast and efficient. Highly recommended and appreciated!

Stop by today for a flat tire repair. I get flats all the time. I m always paying 30.00 for flat repairs any where else. Morgan took care of my flat repair at no charge today. And its only my second visit as a returning customer. I also like how respectful and easy going they all are at # les Schwab tire Center in Rocklin. I ll be sure to comeback for my next new set of tires when that time comes..

Les Schwab provided excellent service when we got a flat at the start of our 2500 mile road trip. They looked at the car with us, assessed the problem, took it right in and had it fixed within 20 minutes and we were back on the road. To top things off, they didn't charge us as a new customer. You can't ask for anything better than speedy service and no charge. Thank you Les Schwab!!!

The folks that work at this center always deliver. I have gotten tires patched, and new sets for my car and my wife's suv here. This team always gets the job done faster than expected. They really show a care for the customer to ensure that tires or other accessories like the tire chain are in stock. What is also super important is that they answer the phone unlike some other super busy centers that don't specialize in tires.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Since this location opened, I have brought all my business here. If you haven't yet, you should. Flat tire to start my day. 14 minutes and I'm back on the road. Seriously. Always the best. Thanks, once again!

Had a great experience recently at the new Les Schwab in Rocklin! Before I could even finish parking my car, Eric greeted me, and asked how he could help. Before I knew it, he took my ATV tire, plugged the hole, and put it back in my car in less than 10 minutes - all at no charge with their free flat repair! Kids are happy to be riding their ATV again...Love customer service! I've got an alignment coming on another vehicle soon, and will definitely be coming back to this location! Nice and clean, too!

Made an appointment to have lower control arms replaced on Friday. Didn t even look at it till the end of the day needing to keep another day. Told us the brake s needed to be replaced . All day Saturday requiring keeping till Monday. Had to call repeatedly on Monday to get them to answer the phone. Then told us it needed a battery it had a dead cell. $1600 later picked up car. Wouldn t run. They apparently need to reset the idle when you replace the battery and they don t have the equipment for that. Horrible service.

Laziest location I ve been too. I live in Reno, and a little over a month ago I came into this location and came in with a concern of needing new breaks because the car had just started rattling and shaking while breaking. My wife and I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged. When asked what brought us in, without even looking or offering to look at them, the diagnostic was excessive break use and once they cool done it should be fine. As we had just drove over Donner, we believed him and in a sense he was right because it went away and I didn t notice again until a few day later driving back up to Reno. Fast forward a month and it progressively got worse. I took it to a Les Schwab in Reno and it turns out new breaks were needed and because I drove on them for a month I now need new rotors. I still support Les Schwab because they are great, but I will be avoiding this location.

Thanks Erik! Fantastic customer service. We were stuck with a blown run-flat tire (so no spare). He worked hard to find the right tires for us and get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Great communication and customer service. Really helped us turn around what had been a nightmare of a day. Everyone there was great. Thank you.

My TPMS identified a slow leak. Went in to have them check for a nail, etc. They were very friendly. Facility is spotless. They inspected my car and plugged the nail hole in less than 30 minutes. When I went to the counter to get my keys and pay they said NO CHARGE! I've never purchased from them before but I'll be back someday for tires for sure.

Great experience with Eric. We came in with a flat tire and they didn t have the right tire in stock so they patched it up w/o extra charge. Outstanding experience and super friendly staff.

WOW!! 100/10 service! Got a flat 20 miles into a cross country road trip and I m so glad we decided to stop here for help. Called Les Schwab before they were open and a rep actually came to let us in early. Morgen was more than gracious and also extremely diligent and fast all before working hours!!

It's nice to know great customer service still exists! I blew a trailer tire just east of them. Drove in, they ran out and had the wheel off before I even walked in! I paid for the tire and by the time I walked out the tire was being balanced and installed! Approx. 10 minutes from pull in to pull out. Great TEAMWORK! Thank you so much. You have a great team.

Both times I went to this Les Schwab, as soon as I drive up- they are already walking up to my car- these are the little things that they do that exudes great customer service. Both times, they were done sooner than the times that they quoted me. I like businesses that under promise and over deliver! 5 stars for these guys!

Had a great experience here when I needed all new tires. I was helped by Frank and he helped me pick out tires that would work the best for my needs and was very helpful in explaining the benefits of the particular tires I got. Would def recommend this Les Schwab to any of my friends, will def be coming back when I next need tires!

We stopped in after picking up a nail in our tire. Mathew got it fixed asap and had us on our way. Top notch spot!
