Ive been here several times and they are always punctual and pleasant to deal with. Running your own company leaves little time to fit in the tasks of vehicle maintenance, however it is part of the job. They make it easy for me here. It is greatly appreciated and will keep me returning as a customer.

We just want to recognize Rich at this location. Rich has been a vital partner in helping to keep our Freeway Service Patrol trucks on the road. There have been times that a truck has had to limp in with a low tire and one time even a blown tire and Rich has been there to quickly get us back on the freeway serving stranded motorists. We feel like Rich is part of our team. Thank you Rich for the great service over the years.

This place and staff are always nice and easy to deal with for almost two years here in Rocklin. It's usually quick to get my tires checked and rotated. They give great recommendations. This place is in a great location as restaurants nearby and shopping for food.

My most recent visit here was super disappointing. I came in for a flat repair, and asked them to rotate the tires if they were able to repair the damaged tire. They rotated the tires and charged me, and informed me that they couldn t repair my tire. A complete waste of money since I m going to replace all four tires now.In addition, they quoted me one hour, and at an hour and 45 minutes I asked them what was going on (since my truck hadn t been touched), and they seemed like they had forgotten about me.2+ hours of my Saturday, and $30 wasted. I have been bringing cars here for many years, and this was by far my worst experience. Nice people, but clearly the training at this location isn t what it used to be. Don t think I ll be back.

The tires are nice I went with an 60,000 mile warrenty.the customer service from the store manager was substandard,leaving me worried with an 60,000 Mike warranty I n the tires I'm comfortable but the workmanship was an SAFETY issue putting me other drivers at risk on the roads n highways.i request the issue be resolved by replacing or placing my original lug nuts onto vehicle in the manner in wich they were removed by them at the store during instalation.I was then told let me see if we have or don't have what you need!so if the hub cap comes flying off on the freeway into the windshield of oncoming traffic whis responsible,this being my only source of transportation.so I'm researching as an inexperienced mechanic myself to do complete the job they left unfi ished to ensure the safety of others on the roads n highways using my cash also ,Oriley's auto parts.to temporarily repair the situation until the manager with whom I've been wirking with can take responsibility to do the repair at les swab I originally paid them for.

Friendly staff. Came for a tire repair and they offered patch it for free with a wait time of 90 minutes. But mechanic got my vehicle checked within an hour and told me that tire had nail by the side which can't be patched and suggested to change tires. Offered a quote and I will go back if I don't get a better deal within a week.

They are great. We had lowering coils put on at the Folsom Les Schwab and had a problem for months with one making noises .. took it to Folsom for repair 4 times and they never fixed anything .. took it here and in 20 minutes and they fixed the coil. It was in wrong at the bottom of it.. I got my other vehicle lowered with coils and they did such a great job . Their customer service is amazing and their work is amazing . I definitely recommend this place

Great service and honorable business practices! Came here for brakes, turns out I didn't need it, and they didn't even charge me! Also free tire rotation if you bought tires here. I will definitely return.

Would not recommend shopping at this location. Bad management from Tony Hugley and Kevin Franklin! Rude customer service from Kelly, a snooty fat chick with a fat girl attitude. Also this location hit and killed a customer that was walking in front of the bays the customer was hit and drug 10ft to where he lay lifeless! He was transported via helicopter to hospital where he later died your life could be lost shopping here as well!!! Find a new location is my recommendation!

They do not honor the warranties. I will not purchase from them again. TO YOUR RESPONCE: You surely did not in this instance. Possible customers be wary . If they had done the items they claimed why would I be taking the time to do this? It is in their interest to say these things. They did so bad to me it is in my interest to tell everyone. Be warned.

My daughter visiting from Los Angeles was having a brake situation. Made an appointment and got in early. Gave her a diagnosis and took care of the problem. Professional and knowledgeable service. A great customer experience.

I had a leaking tire and had it repaired by les schwab. 2 days later the tire started leaking again. I called and said that it must not have been patched properly and they took my car in immediately. I was wrong. The tire had another object in it and it was almost in the same exact spot. Tire tech George handled this very professionally and I was back on the road in no time. Thank you les shwab for the great customer service!

The staff is EXTREMELY helpful. I really appreciate Rich taking the time to explain to me how rotors work. Sounds like a small thing but I really appreciated it! The office staff is also always very friendly. I would suggest this location to everyone :) I trust them to - let s just say it like it is - I trust them to not rob me lol

My car had a flat tire, so I had it towed to Les Schwab in Rocklin. I got a call telling me they found 3 screws in my tire. They patched all 3 holes and adjusted the air in all 4 tires. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was treated very courteously and professionally and was told there would be no charge and I hadn t even bought my tires from them! I m very impressed that they didn t even try to sell me a tire I didn t need. I will definitely return when I need new tires and will highly recommend them.

Les Schwab Tire has always been helpful. They make getting tires and alignments quick and easy. Having an appointment is a huge plus!

They Don't Honor their Warranty! I made an appointment for brake service. After inspecting the brakes (3 hours after the promised response time). I was informed that they were not going to honor the warranty because of excess towing. I told them I tow twice a year and I was never informed of this. Instead of honoring their warranty they tried to change me $800 for front brake service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. This is not customer service. I recommend you find another shop. Don't go here.

I have been here for two of my vehicles and every time I have gone, they have exceeded my expectations. They will bring me back to the shop on most visits to show me the car and explain in great detail the shape and wear everything is in. I would go in for a free brake check on my old car and they would give me honest feedback and good recommendations. On my new car, I got new rims and tires and they communicated diligently with me to get the job done. After a bit, I got a nail stuck in my tire and all I had to do was drive it over and they patched it all up! Really professional and nice staff. These guys and gals will sell you what you need and get the job done. Worth the wait, I do recommend this shop for all tire needs.

They are the nicest, courteous, helpful people. I had a tire that was going flat and was late for workI asked them to just give me a new tire. (The spare wasn't that good) a little while later the young man can and saint he tested the tire and fixed the leak. At NO CHARGE!I've had good service there before. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Lied to over the phone again. Would not recommend. They give you a price over the phone then tell you something different when you get there. Third time happening to me.In response to your response. I spoke with the manager that day he was no help he said the price was the price. Honestly with all the issues I have had over the years I will never return to this store again. Already found a shop in Loomis to do it for me. Also America's tire also said they would do it for me for less than I was originally quoted over the phone.

I scheduled an appointment on Thursday for Saturday at 9:00. I rolled in-store about 9:04 and was helped by 9:07. I was told that my appointment was confirmed and that they would perform the service. Alignment, I'd guess less than an hour to perform.At 10:19 I noticed that my vehicle had not been pulled into the garage for service. No one had done anything at all to the vehicle. I approached the desk and explained that I need my vehicle back because it's been an hour and a half. The clerk explained that she thought it was only an hour and fifteen. Like I really care about the fifteen.. because it was supposed to get started at 9:00am.I don't comprehend an entity that overbooks itself and proceeds to pretend everything is going according to plan.It is explained to me that the last vehicle had a holdup. My thinking is that at some point I should have been informed about said holdup; preferably before I have waited over an hour & 1/4 past an appointment time.All this amounts to a culture that not only doesn't know how to manage a schedule, but doesn't value a customer's time. Probably have no clue how much time and energy I have invested this appointment plus the plans I have made around it. I spent 3 weeks making these repairs on my vehicle, and all I need to drive safely is an alignment. I was relying on this Les Schwab location to get it done; they failed completely and miserably; even going as far as to let me know that I don't understand how to calculate time.tl;dr? Don't rely on appointments, scheduling, or time estimates at this shop.

Customer service was great! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an alignment after taking in my Duramax in after installing new Tie Rods/Ball joints. Gotta say Nick did a great job getting her dialed in and also explained to me every detail he was able to do to get my truck straight as possible.

My visit here yesterday was great, I stopped in to get some air only unfortunately because it seemed the location was under staffed for today and the delay for everything was 2 1/2 hrs but still just the air in the tires was great the gentleman at this location was very nice and got me back on the road Thank you!!

I work on my own vehicles, and knew my suspension was ready for a alignment. After trying to upsell me on control arms, they decided to not give me an alignment. I had gone out of my way to get this done and it wasted much of my time and energy having to go and check my control arms after to find that they were fine. I get that this is a corporate business but come on man. I've already gotten my car alignment elsewhere and was just told it was ready to go and the work is complete.

I ve been here a few times times and I ve had great service every time. Mechanics are very informative and give suggestions if something really isn t needed. This keeps customers coming back for sure. They re also fast! Thank you all at Les Schwab!
