I only had this one day to get my oil changed. Scott the owner got me right in and took care of everything I needed. Very fair price, fast and great service. Highly recommend!

Three days before Christmas, with so much to do...I needed repair work, and Knutz Auto came through.They fixed my car quickly, and at a fair price.Every person that helped me was really quite nice.I'm grateful to all - and would now recommend.It is with satisfaction, my review will now end.

Been a customer of Knutz from pretty early on and could not speak more highly of this business, it's owners and staff. I refer everybody I know over here because I know they'll do an exceptional job and will charge a fair price, all while being very efficient. Keep up the great work, Knutz!

Knutz is by far the best place! I d give more than 5 stars if I could.I had a problem with my car and originally took it to a shop that was close to me out of convenience (big mistake!) That other shop charged me a lot to diagnose the problem and then had no info for me. So I brought it to Knutz because I know they always do it right and are honest. They diagnosed the issue right off. Unfortunately it s something that has to be done by the dealer. And Knutz didn t even charge me. They are just so great. This place is amazing and honest with customers .I brought my daughters car for an air-conditioning check.. I made the appointment maybe like a month ago. Because my daughter was stressing about the heat in her car., I decided to take her car to another shop in Sacramento. That shop kept her car for two whole days until they looked at it. Once they looked at the car, they basically told me everything that was wrong with the car besides the air conditioner.. I kept my appointment here at Knutz and took her car in at 8am today . Unlike the other shop, Knutz was honest and told me they would maybe need the car overnight. Sam called me two hours after I left and informed me of what the problem was and how much it was going to cost. He then called me back early afternoon to tellme the car was completed..Sherra who is the one on the phone that took my appointment, she was very honest over the phone with how long they will need the car. My whole experience here was wonderful, even my daughter was surprised how great the service was. I will never try another shop again. I will wait for my appointment because I know I will get honesty and the job will get done correctly. Thank you again as you guys are Knutz !. Yet another 5 star review... Just went in there for the first time today and am completely impressed. I was sick of bad attitude or incompetent shops nearby and had a friend recommend this place. I will be referring them to friends and family for sure.

Hands down best experience I ve had with an auto mechanic! I took my truck in for a brake replacement and the price was very competitive. I was immediately met with a warm smile at the front desk from Shara. I also had asked them to take a look at a squeaking noise that was coming from my back tire. After 2 years and multiple unsuccessful trips to the dealership and them telling me nothing was wrong, Scott and his team were able to find the issue and fix it. All for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back in the future!

I ve been taking my cars here for almost 15 years, excellent work and fair pricing! I moved an hr and a half away and drive my vehicles when they need work done to them!!! Really can t say enough about them, from the mechanics, the front office staff and owner just amazing!!! If google had 10 stars they d still get 11

These guys are honest and do great work! They recently replaced my alternator and battery. They didn t try to tell me I needed anything extra and they are also very reasonable with their prices. I have to say that this is the best auto repair shop that I've ever used. I've been wrenching on cars my whole life and I know when a mechanic pulls the wool over my eyes. Always beyond happy with the service every time I come in to Knutz. Scott is an all around great guy and provides great service. Nobody else I would trust with my car - especially being a younger woman, it can be hard to find a good, trustworthy car shop that isn t trying to use my lack of car knowledge against me. Honest, quick, reliable service is hard to come by and these guys exceed all expectations every time. Outstanding. I read the reviews, and to be honest, they sounded too good to be true. I needed someone courageous and confident enough to put a used engine in my Prius because my head gasket went bad and I used a sealer that failed (which resulted in a ruined engine for me). I'd already tried some other shops and gotten some estimates. Most were extremely expensive and not worth keeping the car. After discussing with Scott (a main owner/manager), his can do attitude and encouraging insights really helped me make a solid decision to get a motor and have them install it. The prices are exceptionally reasonable--and they do such a good job I'm actually more than happy to pay them for the wonderful work they do.This is an old-school business where people get to know each other, help each other, and look out for each-other's best interests. For some reason its been really hard to find this in the auto care industry. These guys are so good I sort of don't want to review them and keep making them more famous because I don't want too many people to make them too busy :P, but they really do deserve an incredible review.Their entire staff seems absolutely wonderful from the front office to the back mechanics. There is a peace and realness in this place that is rare. These people are doing something they are made to do, and it shows. Can't talk them up enough. My family and I deeply appreciate Knuts Auto and Truck. I took my work car in because my ac wasn't blowing cold air. Scheduled service with Scott, super friendly and easy. Service was great. They fixed my AC and it blows super cold. It's never been so cold. Was referred here by a friend. Will be taking all my work cars, and personal cars her from now on. I don't remember the lady working the counter, but she was very friendly and welcoming. I felt their pricing was super reasonable.

I brought my Raptor in for a transmission fluid service and basic inspection. I was sent here on a recommendation and online reviews. They absolutely didn't disappoint. Very knowledgeable crew and extremely fair pricing. Skip the dealers folks, Knutz is the real deal.

Scott is very honest and always accommodates our schedule. We have a diesel pickup and he has a great diesel guy, Jason. They work on gas vehicles also.11/1/22Oil change and LED headlights installed.Still the best place to take your vehicle. We just had brakes replaced today.Still LOVE this place and Scott, Sam and Cher.

I am a return customer to Knutz and with both times I have used them for work on my 6.0 they have stomped the "dealership master mechanic" with their knowledge and skill with Ford. Scott is an honest and upfront man. I brought my truck to them twice now for work. On the first issue he called me within 2 hrs of my truck being there and had solutions for all the issues and a price that was extremely reasonable. They had me one the road that same day.My second time there he didn't want to call me and tell me he was going to throw parts at my truck hoping it would resolve my issue. Instead these guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Jason (the mechanic) spent the extra time with my truck on his time to get my truck fixed in two days. There is something to be said about their integrity and craftsmanship. The people who work there are all great. Nice, polite,and HONEST. When you also put in the fair pricing of the work these guys and gals are in my opinion the best shop in the Sacramento area for your Ford. As long as I own a Ford it will only go to their shop. I've been raked over the coals by the dealership left angry and my wallet really hurt. They treated me like I was family and I left happy and so was my wallet. Thanks for all your hard work guys. Scott you run a great establishment and I don't look forward to my truck breaking down again, but I do look forward to giving you my business again.

We love Knutz !Scott and Jason as well as office staff are amazing. They are always upfront, honest, and do quality work. We have been coming to knutz since 2013 and refuse to go anywhere else. They have worked on all of our cars over the years and always got us in and out within a few days without breaking the bank. 100/5 stars if I could.

Excellent service! Scott is awesome and honest. He put a new motor in my Jeep and a Few months later I had a couple leaks and without hesitation or questions he told me to bring it back and he'll take care of me. Highly recommended the shop!

Unfortunately, my previous mechanic passed away. I hate to go to a large shop because I simply feel like a number. I considered my previous mechanic not only a mechanic, but a friend, and I was hoping to find something just as wonderful in the next mechanic. A friend recommended Knutz because we had a headlight out. Every way they described Scott was how we would describe our previous mechanic. So we decided to give them a try. It was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. Scott was extremely pleasant and advised on the entire process. He was done when he said he would be and the cost was affordable. Needless to say, we have found our new mechanics! Shaera (I hope I am spelling that right!) was a very cordial employee as well and made the whole experience wonderful.

My daughter referred me to Knutz. Cher ( I believe that is her name and I am so sorry if I have that wrong) greeted me at the front desk and she was very pleasant professional and patient with me explaining everything the costs and my options. When I first called and spoke with Scott he was very nice and very helpful. Scheduled to bring in my car the next day. Everything was explained to me what could wait what should be done now. Very professional and very kind. Thank you everyone at Knutz you are absolutely the best. Keep smiling and stay safe

I can't brag enough about Knuts Auto & Truck!! The Owner, Scott and his staff are welcoming and friendly. My AC went out in my Expedition and I was referred to Scott by my neighbor and thought I would give it a try. I took 4 children with me to the diagnostic appointment (due to a fall through in other plans). They were able to get us in and out very quickly. Unfortunately I needed to replace the AC system, however I was given a very reasonable price and they worked with us on completing the work.This place is amazing, you can tell they are genuine and not trying to pull the wool of your eyes. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. I have since been back with a check engine light and am very confident the issue will be resolved quickly.

Honest and reliable mechanics! Scott and Jason are amazing! They go out of their way to get you back on the road as soon as possible. This is the place to go if you want mechanics who fix what is wrong and not "find other issues". Very reasonably priced, you can keep your arm and leg!

I received two recommendations to see Scott and have my E450 looked at. I m very pleased with the work his team did on my vehicle. Unfortunately the job turned out to be bigger than expected and Scott walked me through it and really made the decision to move forward a simple one. I m a shade tree mechanic and any job I don t feel like doing...I will bring to Scott and his Team.
