Kniesel's in Rocklin provided me with an amazing experience. Pam, the account manager, and the rest of the crew showed great care and respect towards me and my wife's car.The workmanship they put into the car far exceeded my expectations. Kniesel's Collision is my destination for auto body care and repair when we need it again.I want to express my appreciation for your hard work and dedication to quality and service.

I went in to get an estimate and Jeff assisted me. Jeff completed his inspection of my vehicle and stated he would get back to me with an estimate. It s been TWO MONTHS now and Jeff has still NOT returned my calls or followed up with me even though I ve called Kniesel s Collision multiple times. No one else has offered to help me either and they keep referring me back to Jeff for some reason even though he s no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You will simply waste your time and get the runaround. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.

I rarely ever put the time and effort on reviews. My first car Tesla Model Y LR. And already in a accident and no clue how to report or who to call. Went to the Tesla Service Center at Rocklin and told me to go to Kniesel s Collision. Met with Kayla Gwin and she went above and beyond for me. My first and second claim for my accident (rear bumper and front windshield replacement) I had no idea how to deal with it and she was very knowledgeable, confident and gave step by step how the process work. I gave her my insurance adjuster contact informations and she is on top of it. She even got me a rental car that I didn t know my insurance provides it which was a Tesla Model S 75D thru Enterprise. Especially when my insurance company who don t respond in a timely manner. I m a busy guy who works 10-12 hour shifts 6 times a week and have no time to deal with anything. And this is a excellent service they provided me. I also rarely clean my car and they clean the interior and exterior and boy it was good looking. My go to from now on. Thank you for taking care of me and my investment.

Just WOW! Been going here for years and the customer service has only gotten better. Hannah was awesome! Got our car in and repaired quickly and ahead of schedule. Wish more businesses and people would follow suit. Professionalism and kindness go a long way. Thanks again!

Estimate took 15 minutes. The repairs to my car were just phenomenal. I'm addition to the body work, they had to partially repaint and get new decals. I couldn't even tell anything had ever happened to my car. It's quite a wait to get your car in but well worth it. A couple small details were overlooked, which they made right immediately. I am very pleased.

Some smiling faces in the front office, and the real star of the show was Edwin the adjustor that provided absolutely top notch personal service! I had a light crinkle in the rear end of a 2021 ModelY.Upon pickup I headed over to charge in Rocklin and noticed that the tow hitch cover plate was glued into place. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they informed JR, the general manager. I lost confidence in the repair because of what I found - but he assured me it was a bad judgement call on behalf of the tech and it would be addressed. He got his best guys on it and even adjusted some panel gap issues that were inherent to the car - on the house. While I was disappointed thst I had to QA and find fault with the repair and not his staff, I'm satisfied that it was repaired to pre accident condition.Service: Body & Trim

Kniesel s did a great work putting our Tesla back together. Communication was great setting the appointment through updates throughout the repairs. Can t even tell our entire rear end was damaged. It s not likely anybody wants to brag that they ve had to go to their auto body shop more than once. However, sad as the case may be, the folks at this location are absolutely wonderful. Sierra has taken excellent care of me at the front desk. Yes! The front desk staff. Sierra has helped me over the last 3 to 4 years and she has been wonderful. Actually as I think about this it s been probably over the last six years. I had a small matter for my car to get corrected which was unrelated to other items, and they were terrific! I feel bad as I cannot recall the name of the Manager who came out and greeted me in-person and went into detail about what they would do to take care of for me as a repeat customer. He was equally awesome. There was no shaming me for my needed auto-body correction. Just genuine honest awesome help! These people are classy, and wonderful. Please accept my apology for this late review. I do not take your wonderful services for granted. Thank you doesn t begin to cover and express my appreciation.Service: Painting

Kniesels of Rocklin did an amazing job at finishing my car correctly and promptly. Communication was great and friendly. I didn t feel any intentions of mistreatment or skipping steps in the process of repairing my car. I had a unique situation about the timeline of my repairs and Kniesels was able to complete the car in time. They quoted me a date and was able to fulfill what they quoted me. Hopefully I ll never have to use them again because that would mean I got into another accident, but if I did need them. Insurance paid for everything so the following review is based completely on customer service and quality of work done:The front desk staff are very professional, polite, and kind. They were prompt to answer any questions I had, and knew the answers to my questions. I spoke with Rodrigo about my wife's car for the estimate, and he was very outgoing, he knew exactly how to handle the repairs, described what repairs would have to be done in great detail, he was friendly, kind, and ready to help in any way. Soon after my wife had her fender bender, I had my own. I had a few options of places to bring my car to, but I chose Kniesel's based on my experience with my wife's car. The staff was top notch this time as well. I spoke with Mario for the estimate this time, and he was great as well, explained to me the repairs that would have to be done in the amount of detail that I asked for. Kniesel's staff communicated with my insurance and Enterprise beautifully so I had such a smooth experience. I never thought I would have to use a body shop, but I did, and I am so glad that I went with Kniesel's. In the future if we need body work again. I will not hesitate to call Kniesel's. Staff, if you are reading this, thank you so much for turning these terrible few weeks of collisions into a hassle free, memorable experience.

When I initially went in to get my estimate to repair my Tesla, it was fine. Was told that they would reach out to me once they received my parts back in May. Then had to reach out to them multiple times to follow up to get my car scheduled to be seen. Original estimate was 2 weeks. That quickly turned into 3.5 weeks which is fine. Then once my car was painted and I was informed that it would be ready to be picked up. Then all of a sudden I get a call indicating that they forgot to put on the PPF so needed another day which was annoying. I feel like the attentiveness wasn t there. Then on top of all that, they forgot to install the external speaker back after replacing the bumper in my car which I noticed after two weeks when attempting to show my friend the boom box feature. The paint doesn t appear to fully blend with the rocker panels either. I wouldn t recommend them for your Tesla unless you want your car returned with missing parts. If you can get it repaired at a service center.

TERRIBLE. Please do not go here. I ve taken my car to other shops and never had a bad experience. This one was rated high and was considerably more expensive so I assumed it meant great quality. The estimated time for them to work on my car took longer and when I got my car back there was a paint spill on the back hood of my trunk. Work wasn t even being done there. When I showed it to the man upon pick-up inspection, he said it must be my paint was wearing away and I need a new paint job. That makes no sense?? Paint would be receding and missing, not sticking out on top. He then just walked away. They spilled paint and didn t want to fix it. Then when I got in the car cigarette lighter for charging you phone was now broken; it was working the day I took it in. They had reset my clock, changed the radio stations, and reset all my preset stations on my 2 FM and 1 AM channels. I m sorry, but who does that? I ve never had an experience like this and was extremely disappointed.

Great collision shop - highly recommend! I wrecked our new Subaru, and had all $13,000 of repairs completed at Kniesel's. Great service - I worked with Stephanie who was VERY informational and helpful. Walked me through the entire process. I was also impressed by the inside of the shop, it seems like they took the same pride in having a nice lobby as they do in auto repairs. I would definitely use Kniesel's again, and am very happy to have their lifetime guarantee on their repairs.

I have brought my vehicles in for everything from someone backing up into me (twice!), to my daughter's attempt to "surprise" me with a Saturday morning car wash (I was indeed surprised... she washed my brand new Cadillac SRX with a Brillo pad, including the undercarriage!), to being rear-ended on I80 after work by a young lady with a California sponsored "Indigenous Person's Auto Insurance" that had a $2000 liability limit. I can absolutely attest to the fact that the very last thing you need in an already stressful event from the back of an ambulance, is an issue with car repairs. I don't even think about it. I just automatically have the car towed there and know that I can focus on other issues, because my car repair is one that I won't have to think about. Jason does a great job of working with my insurance to get everything worked out, including a car rental. It is by far the most excellent customer service I could imagine! Jeff goes above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied. I've had an issue develop a year later in which I was not happy with the look of the results of their repairs. I did not get hassled about the length of time that has passed since the work was done, or that they thought what I was unhappy about was easily considered "industry standard," or any other excuse. Jeff stepped up and honored the warranty on their work to ensure that I was happy with it. Kniesel's is confident in their workmanship and they stands by it. Now, don't get me wrong. I understand that they have a business to run, and their margins are very tight. They are squeezed between the absurd measures that the insurance company will go through to NOT pay a claim, and the customer who wants them to repair things that have nothing to do with the claim and give them a brand new car. Knowing all of this is why I writing this lengthy review. Jeff, Jason, and the entire team at Kniesel's in Rocklin, not only bend over backwards, but they do cartwheels as well to provide excellent customer service and the best work around. Their warranty means something and they stand by it! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else and feel confident that everyone I refer to them will have the same experience.

I had extensive front end damage on my 2019 GMC Canyon to the point where the frame needed to be replaced and all of this while COVID was making getting parts near to impossible. Mario Murillo was in charge of my repairs and I could not have asked for anyone better. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and kept me up to date with what was going on with my truck and how long things were taking. After getting my truck back.....its PERFECT!! I would just like to give Mario a huge THANK YOU for all the work in making my truck back to new and would recommend Kniesel's of Rocklin to anyone that needs to get work done on their vehicles. Mario and Rodrigo are the best! I had hit a deer and took my car in to get it fixed up. The entire time Mario kept me updated on when my car would be done and made sure everything was perfect before i got it back... to the parts and even washing the car. Rodrigo even came out as I was leaving to make sure my car was 100%. Amazing service and crew!Service: Body & Trim

Love this place. If you are involved in a fender bender and are looking for a high quality repair. This is the place for you. The staff is amazing. I highly recommend Kniesel's. You cannot get better service or quality in Rocklin. They really go above and beyond for us.

This was my first experience at Kniesel's. I'm very glad I used them for my car repair. They had my rental car ready and waiting at their facility when I dropped my car off. They fixed my vehicle likitty split and did an excellent job! Very happy!

Simply put. AWFUL. It was not a good experience. Let's start with the wait time to get the car in-okay, that was decent, about 2 weeks or so. The quality of work was good...and that's all the positive I can say.The timeframe they told me for repairs was not at all close to the actual time it took. Customer service was average but still inept. The lack of follow through is unparalleled. I have had to call repeatedly because there is a piece missing from my vehicle and almost 6 weeks later, I'm still dealing with their ineptitude. They couldn't figure out what part to buy, then they ordered the wrong part, now I can't get a manager to call me back to discuss. Unbelievable.For the exorbitant amount they charge compared to other entities in the area, they yield a HORRIBLE outcome. I truly hope other people haven't had the same experience because it has been awful for me. I hope they make some changes to prevent this kind of deplorable experience. From beginning to end, I've had issues. When your insurance is way easier to deal with than the repair shop, that's really, really bad.

I got into a fender bender just down the street in my Lexus and pulled into this shop with the other party to get an emergency estimate. Even though they were busy, Mario took the time to come out and give me an estimate so I could settle. That to me is amazing service, and I would definitely use them for any repairs I need. Thanks!

Good or bad, I can only speak of my recent vehicle's repair experience:Workmanship is topnotch 5 star rating.Staff interaction and communication with me...5 star rating.Length of time to complete repairs 3 star rating (nothing outstanding).My vehicle was involved in an accident and subsequently towed to Kniesel's of Rocklin at my request. Understandably, not having prior scheduling, it had to wait its turn for repair, which took a longer than expected time period. In all fairness, the lengthy time to complete repairs was not all Kniesel s fault; waiting for parts and materials and further inspection. My problem was that my car insurance s maximum allowable time period was exceeded by a week. Being retired and on a fixed income, and having to pay the deductable and additional out of pocket car rental fees, put a damper on my vehilce s repair experience.Would I take my vehicle back to kniesel s again should it need repair? Definitely YES... because in the end the quality of the repairs has to be my main concern; not how long it takes to complete.

Went there to have my bumper replaced because of an accident. This place is beautiful, sophisticated and staff are professional. Upon entering their office, I was greeted by friendly staffs and I was taken care of right away. Everything was personalized to include them setting up my car rental. As per my request, they installed all OEM parts. I was so impressed that they had my car washed. Terry, the account manager is so accomodating, and of course the rest of the staff. Look no further guys, this is the place to bring your car for repairs.

This morning one of my neighbors hit my car while it was parked. Horrible start of my day off. I'm blessed to have good honest neighbors and they left their info in a post card and when I called the insurance the neighbor had initiated the claim.After setting up an appointment with another collision center an then them canceling I came here. These people are amazing, professional well presented and courteous. They have definitely won my business for any future repairs. Doug is a total professional.By the way they have tons of snacks a fridge with soda, water coffee and a comfortable place to wait while you relax after having being stressed over repairs.

They did a nice job repairing and painting my bumper. Paint matched well. Service was done on time as planned and they handled all the insurance stuff with no fuss. I would use them again. GEICO and Enterprise Rental are on site.
