Dropped off my car a few days ago for a pulley replacement, which is what the mechanic at Jerry's found to be what was causing the loud noise. While I waited for the Uber to go pick up my car, a mechanic called me said my alternator was falling apart pressuring me to allow them to get it fixed for $515.00. Seemed defensive when I refused. I basically paid $104 for them to replace a part that didn't need replacement at all. I had my car checked before and been told it is a pulley. To be honest the noise has gotten worse since I took it to Jerry's, it's embarrassing to drive. Had AutoZone and Advance auto parts test my alternator and both of them showed the alternator is working perfectly fine. I would give -5 , sadly being a female some mechanics take advantage and do this type of things to get $. Luckily I didn't pay the $500, I spent $130 that day just to leave my car there for hrs while they replaced a part that had no issues. IF YOUR A FEMALE DONT GO THERE!

Jerry s auto repair is absolutely the most dishonest repair shop. Darrin did nothing but lie and lie. Changed parts that had just been didn t fix by another shop, the check engine light is still on calling for same repair. Then charged me 300 more than other shop. Waste of time and money. I had a last minute issue with my truck and brought my vehicle in the same day to Jerry s shop, and they were able to fix it quickly and are very reasonable in pricing. Came to get my brakes checked and possible changeWas told what was wrong and how long it would take to repair.Didn't have to wait long for the repairs to be completedEnded up paying less than estimated cost of the repairs

Darrin, the owner of the shop, was such an absolute pleasure to work with. I had just moved to the area and needed a trustworthy mechanic. After doing some research, everyone was raving Jerry's Auto Repair. I had a brief phone conversation with Darrin and knew I had found my new mechanic: he was honest, transparent, and had great communication skills -- he called me with regular updates to keep me apprised of the developing situation. I can't speak highly enough of this shop's work ethics.

Been going here for a few years, on my second car now and had to get brakes and rotors done today. Also got a slow oil leak fixed and they quoted me $200 cheaper than the other guy and they've always been so honest in their work and their prices and their time to completion. I will ALWAYS take my cars here for whatever repairs I need, I trust these guys hands down and they go to great efforts to keep that honesty consistent and intact. Thanks guys! Car runs like a dream now! :)

Jerry's Auto is simply the best. No doubt about it! Friendly staff, very knowledgeable but most of all their rates are extremely good. And they'll fix your car in a timely matter. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've brought several of my cars here and love the work performed. I Never ever have encountered any problems with a car after they've diagnosed the problem and fixed it.Noobody likes a bill but im always happy with the final price and to me its always reasonable, sometimes surprisingly low..I'd suggest planning a couple days for yer car to be finished. Obviously they need to diagnose problem and get parts in. They have a secured lot for yer vehicle so that'll never be a worry for you.Best part is they will shoot you straight and not lie to you about whats "possibly" wrong, they know whats wrong and will fix it.I'll keep coming back until they tell me not to!!

I took my older Ford there a couple of years ago and they were fantastic. When the car wouldn't pass smog, Jerry looked at it again and made the repairs the smog shop said were needed (free of charge). He also fixed a worn timing belt cover, saving me a bunch of time and money. If you need good work done by someone who stands by their work, this is the place to go!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I knew from my first step into Darrin's shop that he knew his stuff. I haven't been disappointed with ANY of the service I have received. We have been a customer of this shop for about 5 years - will continue to take ALL of my vehicles to him.Darrin is fair, honest, and real about his costs....LOVE this place!!!

I have gone to Jerry's auto for the past 10 years. Darin is the most honest guy in the auto repair business. He does the work right and his prices are the best. Highly highly recommend taking your car to Jerry's auto.

After an extremely negative experience with another Auto Repair shop, a friend tried to fix the original problem and the damage that was done at the other Auto Repair Shop. We thought the problem was fixed but the car started leaking fluids. I realized I needed a help, so with two solid recommendations I took my car to Jerry's !! As a Senior and a Woman Idrove away knowing I had found the "Best" Auto Repair Shop !! Staff was friendly, Professional and Honest !! What I thought was a blown Transmission turned out to be numerous leaks because my friend wasn't able to tighten the connections properly. BOTTOM LINE:Take your vehicles to JERRY'S AUTO REPAIR !!

I have been helping out in the area from out of town and my alternator went out. This shop was recommended by O'Reilly's down the street. My car was fixed by 8am the next morning. Thank you so much for being so quick and efficient!!

Most genuine honest guys around! It's a small shop so things take a little longer, but for auto work where they don't try to upsell everything and rip you off with inflated costs... 1000% worth waiting a little longer

Mom recommended Darren because of the low prices. I've taken 5 cars to Darren in the span of a year and a half, and the prices have been reasonable. He's the go to guy for all our cars!

Honest repairs done right. Darrin will not gouge you or repair something that isnt broke. Quality repairs done right the first time. More shops should model their selves after Jerry's auto repair.

I have been to many mechanics over the years, and I would rank jerry's auto right at the top at #1. Honesty in today's world is a dying breed, especially among car mechanics, and that is why I am grateful to have found jerry's auto repair. I went there because of the good review's on here, so I wanted to be sure to contribute and recommend this place to anyone looking for auto repair that is actually honest, fair, and professional.

Honest mechanic that do far has always done job right there first time from my experiences with this shop since I was early 20's now 41 just went for breaks and same great service I remember.
