HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! No place will beat their quality work they provide with the prices they have! I have a very problematic Land Rover that no where could figure out and while panicking I found this amazing shop online and gave them a call and some very professional amazing kind lady picked up and got me appointment and helped me out as if I had been there lifetime customer. Spent the entire day on my car and double checked everything with so much care!! Amazing couple run this place and anyone that wants high quality care for their car this is the spot!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dean and Kerri!! I have been taking my cars here for years, both Jaguars and Range Rovers and the work and service are exceptional as is the pricing. It's great to know there is an honest and trustworthy repair shop to work on my English beauties! : ))

If you drive a jaguar or Land Rover don't hesitate to take your car there. Whether it is nearly new, middle aged or a classic, Dean and Kerri can take care of it. More trustworthy and cheaper than the dealers.

I took my 1998 Jaguar XJ8L on December 28th, 2021, after numerous diagnosis and solutions to the problem, I moved my Jaguar to British Car Service on June 8th, 2022. Alex at British Car Service was able to fix my car in 2 hours, drove it home on June 9th, 2022. USE THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I started here about a year ago, after another place kinda let me down. They do good work and are very throrough. Not the cheapest for basic maintenance, but that's okay with me because I take my SUV offroad in out-of-the-way places. I need no-fail operation, so I appreciate that they do full inspect-and-report every time. They do lot's of Jag work but I have a lexus, and I will keep going here.

I bring my jaguars here and they take care of them quickly and thoroughly. Great communication too! Highly recommended.

We have used Dean at Gene McCafferty's for years. The level of service can't be beat, have never had an issue. We would highly refer them to anyone!

Don't call the shop. Costumer service is poor. Tried buying a car once didn't feel comfortable, so I thought I'd give them a try to work on my vehicle, and I got a lot of attitude on the phone.
