I don't normally trust most car service places, but this place you can absolutely trust. They cost a bit extra, but they get the job done, including the really difficult car repairs. One of the rare honest mechanics out there.

This is what I wrote several years ago.I've been bringing my vehicles in for servicing at Gallardo's for several years. I have always walked away a satisfied customer and have never had to bring any vehicle back for a workmanship issue.My vehicles run great and when there's an issue Wes and his mechanic's have always been able to troubleshoot the problem and come up with a solution. I've always been in good hands and trust Gallardo's.This is an update.I still go to Gallardo s to service my vehicles. Nothing has changed. I still receive 5 star service from Wes and his mechanic. He went above and beyond on a major repair for my truck. The heating system failed and one of the parts needed was no longer made. He did a nationwide search to find a comparable part at the best possible price, This was not easy because prices for the part fluctuated greatly. The repair was made, I picked up the truck today (11/9/23) and everything is back in good working order.

I had a pre-sale inspection performed by Gallardo's and could not have been more satisfied. It was affordable, finished in a timely manner, and most important accurate. I then had a steering box replaced among other things on a 1998 GMC Sierra, again affordable, top-notch work, and finished when promised. When I called about our 2011 Honda Pilot giving a low emissions code. Wes was extremely knowledgeable about the code and potential issues causing it. That good customer service convinced me to take my vehicle there. Once there they preformed a diagnostic and found the catalytic converter was bad. They didn t push or try to persuade me in any direction. Just gave me my options. Very satisfied and would 100% recommend them!Service: Auto maintenance

The clutch master cylinder on my Mustang failed. After replacement, Wes thought the clutch still felt tighter than it should be and recommended that it be completely replaced. We plan to schedule that work to be done. The air conditioning has a possible leak so he introduced dye into the system and recharged the freon. So we'll have that checked over time as well. Wes has performed maintenance as well as repairs on our other vehicles and there hasn't ever been any pressure from Wes to do any suggested work. He's thorough and honest, and he knows his stuff. I had such a great experience getting two doors handles replaced. They had the car for a quick 24 hours and kept me in the loop on pricing and time frames. Local business and honest shop. Would 10/10 recommend to other future customers.

The car is a Lexus 2002 LS 430 . . I love this car because the ride is ai smooth compared our 2017 Lexus hybrid ES300H which has a bumpy ride. I have a bad back and prefer the older car for my back. We Were determined to get it repaired. He replaced valve cover gaskets and new rotors and new pads on front and rear brakes. We were very very impressed with the service for a very fair price . We definitely would use Gallardos again for our other lexus. We much prefer Gallardo s to the Lexus dealer. . IWe love how clean the office was and they even have masks and hand sanitizer available . This was our first experience there and we will definitely return when necessary.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

The price was comparable to other shops. The work though was quick and no issues at all. The car had multiple oil leaks when I brought it in. Since getting it back not one drop has dropped beneath the car. Runs great! Over 11 years and still running strong. Gallardo s is the best! I so appreciated Wes s help and advice when my car was basically breaking down recently. And then he was able to get to fixing my car right away even without an appointment and get it back to me that same day. I have been going to Gallardo's for 22 years and have always been satisfied with the service. Even without an appointment tries to fit us in. My 1997 vehicle was overheating and I did not know of any reliable automotive mechanics in the area. I read the reviews of this place and decided to take a shot a it. Was glad I did. Wes took in my vehicle the next day and had it diagnosed. Several days later, my vehicle was repaired right around the normal price range for that type of work. Very personable atmosphere and reasonable costs for work done. Moved here from SAN Jose and I ve been looking for a hometown mechanic for some time and found it in my back yard ; Wes is just around the corner from me...literally. Wes has taken care of multiple cars of mine. He is an honest and fair mechanic. Twice now they have spent diagnostic time figuring out what was wrong and Wes only charged me for half the time that he actually could have charged me for! Wes is very professional and straightforward and treats every customer respectfully. I was tired of being ripped off and treated poorly at Future Ford and have had nothing but a great experience at Gallardo s. Wes s advice saved me $1,500 when Future Ford insisted I needed a new battery cable along with a new battery. When I asked if it was truly necessary, I was told, absolutely! I even had a text message from my service advisor saying so. Wes suggested I ask for the old parts and offered to look at them to give me his opinion, even though it would be after the fact. So, when I okayed the service at Future Ford, I told them I wanted the old parts. When I went to pick up my car from Future Ford, they changed their tune and said the battery cable didn t need to be replaced after all. When I referred to the call and text saying it was absolutely necessary, they blew me off. Wes won my business from that day forward and I ve received nothing but excellent and fast service.

Had a really great experience at Gallardo s. What a great experience. Wes and the crew are unique fellas. The customer service is second to none! They replaced the valve cover gaskets on our fan and what a difference. They worked closely with us, surpassed all our needs and expectations. If anyone, anywhere, needs a repair look no where else. you have found the best there is! Thank you fellas, thank you so much!

Always a pleasant experience when we take our vehicles to Gallardo's. We are a military family and it can be difficult to find a trustworthy, honest auto shop at a new duty station. We have been very pleased with their honest, and quick turn around on our vehicles. Thank you!
