Working with this team has been a dream, and that's saying it lightly. Kyleen and her team are very hard workers and great at customer service. Everyone was friendly, patient, and helpful.Life threw a curveball to me on Monday when I hit a pole with my bumper. Feeling stressed and embarrassed about the situation knowing that we were leaving town for the weekend for a Wedding and would be needing my car I was reluctant to put a claim in and be left with a rental.I selected Fix Auto Rocklin as they were the closest to where I live and work. I never looked at reviews I just randomly selected based off of location. Let me tell you it was the best decision I took as now I am a customer for life and will be returning if I ever need their services again.When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the whole team, they helped ease my nerves and answered all my questions. There was even a cute 4 legged office friend that greeted me so friendly and put a smile on my face.Kyleen was amazing, very communicative throughout the whole process and even went above and beyond to get her technician to do a request that I had asked for on the side not as a cause of damage from my original accident. This shows her dedication to high end customer service, her attention to details, and her humanity.I was quoted that I should get my car back by 4/19 which would have been a week in a half that I would be in a rental. I had worries about the disruption for the weekend we were supposed to be going out of town and now being in a rental for a car I am unfamiliar with but trusted their expertise and would rather have the job done before and not after I get back into town. Surprisingly enough I received a call today on Friday after just under 3 days of my car being at their shop that they were able to rush my car's fixes in time for me to pick up today 4/12. That's amazing as I did not ask for a rush at all, they just picked up on my concerns and wanted to make sure they could get me back into my vehicle in no time. What true hard workmanship who puts the value of their customers forward. I am impressed and will continue to recommend Fix Auto Rocklin to everyone I know.I have nothing but kind words to say about this team from start to finish. The best part is when I received my keys and went to leave with my car I opened the door and the whole inside of my car had been detailed!! Again, such a surprise and never once was that an expectation I had but shows that they go above and beyond for their clients.I am truly happy that I randomly selected their shop as I will say that I will now only select their shop moving forward.Thanks so much Kyleen and the whole team of Fix Auto Rocklin, you guys are amazing and keep up the hard work. You have my gratitude!

I just experienced a very professional, through and quality focused truck repair for the third time. The estimating process, repair intake process, insurance company management, progress updates and pick up processes were very customer focused.Kayleen is extremely skilled on the intake process and gives clear and understandable details about the repair process and completion estimates of a completed repair. Kayleen and the repair team beat the completion ETA by 6 days! Wow! I will surely recommend FIX Auto Rocklin to anyone needing car body repair.

The staff were great to work with, very personable and helpful. I drove 26 miles to this shop based on their reviews and other research. They kept me well informed, and answered all my questions in a direct manner. The car was clean when I picked it up, and the workmanship was extraordinary! They pay attention to details and are on top of their game. I highly recommend this shop.

In August 2023, I took my 2021 Toyota Rav4 to Fix Auto Rocklin for service after a hit and run totaled my passenger side door. I chose this location because of the great reviews I saw.I was very pleased with the customer service by Kylene. She was courteous, responsive, and helped make all the arrangements with rental cars and the multiple updates needed for the service.After the door was replaced, a static sounding noise was coming through the window/door that was repaired. The technician Dan acknowledged this was an issue and it took nearly a month of servicing for them to diagnose the issue and repair it.7 months later and the exact same noise came back. You only hear it when the car is going highway speeds but it's constant and not something we want to have to get used to.I called FixAuto Rocklin and spoke with Kylene who wanted me to come back in so I could go on a test drive with the technician Dan and the owner Eric Donovan.We went on the test drive and heard the noise once on the highway. The technician acknowledged hearing it and tried to diagnose it while riding in the passenger seat. The owner Eric said it sounds like normal wind, which the technician has already disagreed with.Once back at the shop, the owner claimed he couldn't hear anything, and the technician said the noise sounded different than before, implying it wasn't related to the accident.This experience was incredibly disappointing. The owner tried to gaslight me to avoid having to take the car back and fix and issue that they clearly never resolved.

The staff was very welcoming and outgoing. Kyleen did an amazing job explaining everything to my fianc� and I. She explained the time frame of when our Vehicle was going to be fix to what parts were needed in order for the repair. She was very easy to talk to and kept us updated on what they were working on. We were very pleased on how easy everything was. Our Tesla was like new again. Thank you so much !!

Kudos to the fix auto Rocklin team! They took amazing care of my vehicle and did a great job with the repair. I was not expecting them to detail the inside of my car, and was pleasantly surprised when they had done so! Special shout out to the front desk workers, Mallory and Kyleen, for handling my woes and keeping it professional!

Do not take your Tesla to this shop. I took my Tesla for bodywork and they damaged my charge port. They wouldn t fix it as they didn t know how. I had to take my car back to Tesla to get the charge port replaced. I believe this was not a part of the accident and wouldn t be covered. So I had to pay out of my own pocket for the damage they caused to my Tesla while doing body work.They were nice initially but when I pointed out the problem they caused, they became very rude and stopped taking my calls.Do not take Tesla or any other electric vehicle as they won t be able to fix the issues they create.

I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car by the whole team at Fix Auto. Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Matt walked me through the process and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. The turn around time was much quicker than originally quoted and my car looks just like new! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has any work that needs to be done. Thank you all so very much for taking such great care of both me and my car!

My car was damaged by a 94 year old woman driving a golf cart in a parking lot, believe it or not. I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto in Rocklin for repairs since it was a GEICO approved shop. The front desk person greeted me nicely as I walked in and treated me very respectfully. Matt was my contact throughout the process and he kept me updated regularly on their progress. When I picked up my vehicle it was not only repaired perfectly but was cleaned spotlessly inside and out. I hope I won t need body work again, but if I do this is the place I will go.Service: Body & Trim

The paint was literally failing all over my truck, from a previous repair done by a approved body shop recommended by my insurance company. When I called my insurance to get it fixed, they told me to call the body shop that performed the repair to get them to fix it. When I attempted to call the body shop that did the job, they were out of business. When I called Fix Auto Rocklin, they said bring it in today. I was amazed at the professionalism, and service that I received from Fix Auto Rocklin. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, and made my truck look like new again. These folks are the best, I am now a customer for life.

The folks at Fix It Auto were very professional and most of all honest people. I met with Drue and he explained to me the process on how they plan to fix the damage to my rear quarter panel on my Lexus. I felt it was reasonable and realistic on what needs to be repair/repaint, so I ve decided to go with Fixit Auto versus another reputable shop in the area.They went above and beyond my expectations because they also detailed and waxed my whole SUV and fixed a few other dents and scratches. It looks like a brand new car again. Highly recommended.

I ve tried other repair shops and although my experiences have been positive I thought I d give FIX a try since they were close to my residence, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the business and the immediate attention they gave me. I had the rear bumper replaced on my Dodge Truck for the second time, from ordering the part to installation the process was impressively efficient and timely. I ll use them again should I have a need for vehicle repair.Service: Body & Trim

It all starts with Kyleen. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Always communicated all aspects of the process clearly and in a timely manner. Great service from start to finish from Fix Rocklin! From Jack during the GEICO Claim Adjustment process, to Matt was great in seeing my repairs through (which were basically flawless! Paint job, dent repairs etc), the team in reception area, and general help coordinating rental car delivery. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

EXCELLENT!! Took my BMW in for bodywork and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and taken care of. The staff is great! They walked me through the process and I left feeling that my car was in good hands. I was right!! They did a TOP NOTCH job! I am so happy with the work that they did on my car!
