I ve been a customer for a couple years now and on a Monday took my car in to have some things fixed. When I picked up my car on Tuesday my floorboards (front and back) were covered in water; when my bf pulled up my floorboards they were about 2-3 inches deep in water!!!Monday night it rained hard all night while they had my car, weird thing is only my floorboards were soaked but not the seats.When I confronted them on it they denied knowing anything about it then offered to vacuum it out. They then asked if I often park in a garage, insinuating this is normal for my car when it rains. I replied saying I don t have a garage to park in, my car has been rained on hundreds of times and this has certainly never happened!Their vacuuming job was piss poor, there was still a big puddle on my back passenger floorboards. When arriving home I could still hear water sloshing so we pulled up all the floor coverings to discover it was almost 3 inches deep in water. We spent about 2 days trying to clean this huge mess up and have had it drying out to prevent mold for 5 days. I m simply appalled!They lost this customer. I can understand an honest mistake if that person takes ownership of it, but they wouldn t even do that.The mechanic work I needed done seems pretty good at least, car drives better.

These guys are amazing! They got my car in and out quickly, and solved the check engine light mystery for me. They ordered a part I need right away, so I can get it fixed.I'm taking all my cars here from now on!! Try them, you won't regret it!!

I was recommended this place by a family member. And I m thankful they led me in the right direction. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism as soon as I walked in the door. They helped conduct an analysis of my engine and assessed the problem the same day. Kevin in particular was a great help. He was authentic, informative, and poised. He is the type of person you want to handle your car issues.

It was my first time going to Woodcrest Auto Service. I went to get my transmission fluid changed and a smog check, and it was a quick and easy experience. Woodcrest Auto Service must be the best place in Riverside for Smog testing, particularly if you suspect your car will need smog repairs. They can get the job done fast & fair!

Outstanding customer service! Had a nail in a tire on our motor home, no tire shop could fix it because it was a motor home. We were leaving town that day. Kevin at Woodcrest Auto understood our problem and made arrangements to fix the problem while we waited despite a foul schedule in the shop. Will definitely be using them for my other auto repairs in the future

Just took my Ford edge in for a smog check and oil change. I ve been told from the dealer that my oil pan gasket leaks. Woodcrest auto found the actual leak coming from the drain oil plug. A much less expensive repair. I will always take my vehicles to woodcrest auto. They get the job done right the 1st time and don t over charge. Keven at the counter got me in and out quick. Dan Reshaw hooked up the smog and unfortunately I didn t get the oil change techs name but everyone did an amazing job.Services: Smog certification, Oil change

The people who work there are great and understanding. I just had surgery a week ago and was in a wheelchair they got us in and out as quickly as possible. This was my first visit to Woodcrest Auto Service for oil change and multi point inspection. They were able to accept the walkin and do the service. They also provided the drop and pickup which was very nice of them. They also brought my attention to a future item that I need to get addressed in my next visit. Overall guys seemed genuine. The staff is so friendly and the mechanic is amazing. I've never had someone tell me in so much detail about my car troubles. Both times they serviced my car the same day when I had it towed. I had gotten my brake pads replaced, as well as the belt for my alternator for my car and it is running so smoothly now. I also got really great customer service, the workers there were very friendly. I ve been going to Wood Crest automotive for probably over 15 years and I brought my best girlfriend there for the first time and she felt so comfortable and happy with the service. They just have a brand new customer along with me. The guys are awesome. Kevin took my car in and advised me of what needed to be done. Here explained in detail as to why each item needs to be serviced. I never felt pressured. He just laid it out and we went ahead with the recommendations and we are very pleased we did. Went to a different repair shop close to my home but they couldn t fix what was wrong with my van. They recommended Steve and Woodcrest Auto. I am glad I listened. The mechanics are very experienced and have seen enough to know what is causing a difficult situation with your specific make and model. Take your car to Woodcrest Auto if you want knowledgeable mechanics to fix the problem the first time. They are across the street from Woodcrest Christian.

Bad experience from the start... kept my bus for more than a month. 500 bucks later. Drove it in... towed it home. They supposedly fixed an exhaust leak.. but I have yet to get it running to find out. Very disappointed. I believe they switched a part with another bus same year they had at the same time.. my husband said this isn't the same part that was on it when we brought it in. Say away.. you have been warned.

I took my 2016 Mx-5 Miata to Woodcrest Auto and the customer service I received was amazing first and foremost from Mr. Kevin Ellison. My car was making a banging/scraping noise every time I would decelerate and accelerate. I received a call at the end of the day I took my car and Woodcrest Auto fixed my car and was honest about the labor and diagnosis of my car. I highly recommend Woodcrest Auto and thank Mr. Kevin Ellison for the awesome customer service that he provided from the beginning to the end of my vehicle being repaired.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called & spoke to Kevin for a quote on some new tires. The quote was better than the other tire companies I called. He was very professional & said they had the tires in stock. I went the next morning. They took my car right in & replaced my tires. I m happy with the tires & the service I received, I will be going back if I need anything else.Service: Tires

I bought two new tires. They were quick to put on, track well and are smooth at 70 MPH. The real repair was the front end alignment I had let it go and the front tires had been chewed up. The car now tracks and turns better than ever. The Honda is 23 years old and the printout indicates numbers close to original factory settings.
