I wasn t planning on stopping by service today, but I was pleasantly greeted by services advisor Michael Ramos. He was Welcoming and professional he was very informative of the issue I was experiencing. I will definitely be returning in the future for any service matters because of this experience I had today with Michael today. I recommend the service department and asking for Michael Ramos.

Ross has been an excellent service advisor and has provided good recommendations for my C class. He is very responsive to my texts and phone calls and has been extremely respectful to my decisions. The mechanic took a detailed video of the issues and explained the root cause along with the parts needed to fix. Overall, this dealer is extremely fair in pricing and I've had a great experience with Ross.

Enrique Velez was amazing!! He got our convertible e350 in for service and repairs ASAP and was able to get us a courtesy car as well!!His service skills are a 10+++ we will definitely make our next appointment and purchase through Walter s Mercedes

Had an amazing experience here, I actually have a dealer closer to me, but the service provided by Alex was WAY more personal and fast, I drove an extra 45min to work with them instead. I plan on getting another car next year, and I will definitely be coming here. I'm not sure if everyone here is like Alex, but it sure felt like it. Highly recommended, if you're not crazy far, I recommend going out of your way to come to this place instead. Alex Ramirez in service can lead you in the right direction.

Michael R. from the service department went above and beyond every measure. He helped me when the roadside assistance failed me on my 2024 electric Mercedes troubles. I cannot thank this man enough. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for his service after being put through so much trouble to get my vehicle towed. Michael deserves recognition for making up and making things so much smoother. He got my car looked at right away, which lead them to fix my trouble same day. I highly recommend his amazing service to any and everyone one thousand percent.

I recently purchased an EQE. Christian Aparicio was my salesman and he was the best and made sure the car had everything I wanted and never once made me feel pressured. The coolant was a little low, no biggie I set an appointment and Alex Ramirez was my advisor. He was very helpful. He took the time to explain things to me, which I really appreciated. Apparently the car had a software update but he had me in and out within 2hrs. Thanks Walter s team!

Alex Ramirez was very helpful the whole time that my car was in the service He always kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my vehicle. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle. He always answered questions that I text him in such a timely manner. I recommend him to anybody looking for an excellent service advisor.

Took my car in and was lucky to get Alex Ramirez as my service advisor. First time there so didn t know what to expect, but Alex was there every step of the way. He was very prompt, knowledgable, and explained everything in detail of what service my car needed. Awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend friends and family to take their car and ask for Alex.

I went in for my 30k maintenance. My check engine light was on. My car was immediately assessed and the issue was discovered. My service advisor Marina quickly informed me and got me set up in a courtesy vehicle. I was in and out in minutes! While my car was at the dealer I was informed of everything being done. I appreciate the communication along with excellent service. I definitely would recommend you take you re Mercedes to Riverside! And if you can get Marina as the service adviser then it s a win win

If I could give more then five stars I would, that is the type of service Alejandro Ramirez provides for guest at Walter's Mercedes-Benz. Mr. Ramirez was courteous and patient when it came to explaining what my car needed and a breakdown of the price. He accommodated me and made me feel appreciated for my business. I will surely be coming back to this location for my next service.

I brought my car here to get service done last week & was helped by Jonothan. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything my car needed done. I was also very pleased with how fast he was able to get me in and out of there, especially because I had my kids there waiting with me. I had the most pleasant experience at Walter s Mercedes Benz. I was greeted with a smile the moment that I arrived. I had a sleeping baby in the car and Kelly went above and beyond to help me without me even having to take him out and wake him up. She allowed me to stay where I was while she went back and forth from her office to my car multiple times to take care of us. I literally left in tears from her generosity and willingness to help any way that she possibly could. If I could give ten stars I most definitely would.

Alex provided me with excellent customer service anoil leak was detected and my car was kept for several days. I was provided with a loaner. They were very thorough and kept the car so they could drive it over several days to make sure that they had diagnosed the problem accurately, and fixed it. Alex kept me up-to-date regularly about their progress. I received excellent customer service!
