I am always happy with my service. James Rocha does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle and when I have questions he follows up with the mechanic and gets back with me. He is one of the best service advisors I ve ever had. James is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly.Service: Auto power window repair

I am so thank for Peter Younes. He certainly is the best auto service technician I've ever had. He's always honest and upfront about the repairs my car needs, and he never tries to sell me on unnecessary work. He's also very knowledgeable and skilled, and he always gets the job done right.I've taken my EV to Walter's Audi for a variety of service and maintenance needs. Peter has always done a great job, and my car has always been running smoothly and in a pristine manner.dIn addition to being a great technician, Peter is also a very friendly and personable guy. Recently took my car for a complimentary multi point inspection I received with the purchase of my 2021 A5 Sportback and was paired up with Peter Younes. He was very receptive and asked if I had any concerns with my new purchase.I had to wait for the car since I live an hour away and waited in their comfortable lounge. Peter kept checking on me and offered to lend me a new audi so I could go get some lunch. Ended up driving beautiful 2024 Audi Q5 for lunch and soon after my car was ready. My car was taken care of and so was I. Great professional VIP service. Thanks Peter.Service: Brakes

I have been taking my 2023 Q3 to Walter s Audi of Riverside since I bought it. Peter Younes is always my point of contact and he has been amazing. Peter makes sure I am kept updated with my vehicle s status during services. He makes reserving a loaner car easy and works with my busy schedule.

James was my service advisor next door at VW when I had my VW Arteon. I ended up trading it in for my S5. I was so relieved when I walked in for my service to see James! I make sure I wait in line for him or call ahead to make sure I can work with him. Knowing he is handling my car, I know he will go above and beyond for me and will keep me updated every step of the way, which is so appreciated. My car always comes back running perfect and clean. James is so funny, he even gives my duck valve caps a good cleaning. Thank you!!!!

Walter s Audi has always been a top notch dealer for my wife and I. We have done business with them for the past 10 years. Always great customer care and I must say our last service visit was excellent. We were assisted by service writer Alejandro Luna, who was very helpful and made the visit easy and hassle free. He was very receptive to our concerns and made sure he was available if needed. Thank you again Alejandro.

Walter s Audi always takes such great care of me and my car. I just had my 10,000 mile service done. This is the 3rd Audi that I ve owned. . They are so professional and knowledgeable. Alejandro Luna is such an awesome service advisor. He is very friendly and always provides great customer service. He has assisted me on several occasions and I would recommend that you ask for him to help you when you arrive. Walter s is the best!

Walter's Audi in Riverside has an excellent service department. I am particularly impressed with Peter Younes the service advisor who was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided the detail status of my car. I had taken my car that I bought from a non Audi dealer and wanted Walter Audi to assess reason why my car was not paying smog. They send me a video assessment of my car and provided the result of their findings via there application that I was able to access on my phone. This was a nice feature that they have. Top notch service from service advisor, technicians, and their communication application. With service like this it's hard to go to another place. I'll definitely take my car here for future service needs and will ask for Peter Younes to a assist me.

Loved the overall customer service! Peter is the best he goes above and beyond, he communicates with you the whole time and ensures your satisfaction while your car is being service. Chris is also, very attentive and friendly. I live in Ontario, but drive to Riverside, because of the quality of service from the techs on my Audi and the excellent customer service from Peter I only ask for him. Take you car to Walters in Riverside you won t be disappointed.Service: Electrical repair
