My buying experience was awesome from the first phone call. Jessica scheduled an appointment for me with Vinny who had everything ready for a test drive, he wasn't pushy or in a rush like some of the other dealerships I visited. I haven't bought a new car for years and this is my first Audi S5, I can't stop driving it. The whole staff did a great job of making the purchase as seamless as possible, but Vinny was great at helping me figure out all the tech stuff. I definitely will be back for an upgrade in a few years.

Duarte was excellent. This is my first car purchase and he made it very enjoyable. He gave me great options, explained all I needed to know and it was a no pressure sale. I would definitely go back to work with him. Highly recommended.

As always Walter's Audi made my car purchase experience a great one. They hear the need, are very realistic and honest with the deals and preventing the going back and forth other dealership tend to play around with. My sales rep Stephen Garlatta was excellent, he jumped right in and helped me out until only the best deal was made. His customer service and passion for the field of work is excellent, and clearly projected throughout this transaction. I want to thank him and all the team for helping me get my new Audi RS3! Joshua Jones was amazing!! I mean come on everyone knows car salesman can be pushy, rude and just trying to sell a car... HOWEVER this was not him by ANY means. We came in for a Q7 in less than 2 hrs I had the keys in my hands. He had beyond amazing customer service and never once tried to sell us something we weren't interested in. All I can say is im thrilled with the service from him and his team. I'll definitely be coming back when I need an Upgrade!!

I would like to share with you a review of the work of the Walters Audi car dealership in Riverside. My manager was Joshua Rambow. This is perhaps the best and easiest purchase in 1 hour of our new car. Joshua is a professional in his field, explained everything in detail, and carried out the transaction flawlessly. The car dealership really has a large selection of cars, impeccable service and friendly staff. I recommend this car dealership and specifically Joshua Rambow with all my heart!

This has to have been the most refreshing car buying experience I've ever been through. After my first call, Joshua Rambow sent me a personalized video walkaround of the car. This was an absolutely amazing touch.The process once we were there was very smooth and straightforward. There were no surprises and we left with the exact deal we went in expecting. Before going in to finance, we were given a list of add-ons so we could choose what we did and didn't want to hear about. All said and done, it took under 2 hours from when we drove on the lot until we drove off.I have already recommended Joshua Rambow and Walters Audi to multiple people, and will continue to do so as long as they are treated as well as I was.

We want to take a minute to express the gratitude we feel about the entire experience we had at Walter's Audi. The star of the show was Vinny who greeted us at the entrance with a smile and great attitude. He took the time to show us our list of cars and was very knowledgeable about the product. He didn't hesitate to go out of his way and bring another set of keys just because we wanted to see a different one. We shopped other nearby Audi locations but what made us come back was the confidence we felt in dealing with Vinny. Although we were already pre-approved from our credit union The team at Walter's was able to get a better rate. Thank you

Walter's of Riverside is Incredible. The dealership is spotless and the staff top notch. Their inventory of cars appears to be plentiful as well. In my case, they were the only dealer in So Cal that had this special RS6 Avant with carbon ceramic brakes. They knew I was coming and when I got there, the RS6 was parked right in front, ready to Rock - Shiny and New. Joshua, my sales pro, saw me pull in and greeted me as i exited my car. He made me feel like i was the only customer there. Take it from a guy that "BUYS CARS" all the time, its my addiction, Walter's is The place to get your next Audi. Did I say I was happy? I was.

1. Started off rude and acting like they were too busy to even talk/service me when I had an appointment. Should be happy they are busy and selling cars.2. Knew I was travelling to see car and misrepresented ability to negotiate in person when asked prior to travelling to see car in person. In person they said no ability to negotiate, not even $1.3. Added on $1,300 fee for theft deterrent device (think gps tracking to help if car is lost or stolen) and when I said I did not want to pay for or even want it said they would charge me just as much to remove it either way. This is added as it also saves them money.4. Rim had clear scratch in it (not surface, actual groove/indent) that was not shown in videos requested or even acknowledged until I pointed out in person.After discussing not happy with incremental fee for theft deterrent or inability to negotiate went to "talk to manager" and came back with still charging me $700 for theft deterrent and not $1 off car. Also represented their invoice price was too high to discount car - if they bought car for what they said then they shouldn't be in the car business as this car was clearly over priced.They saw female travelling alone to buy car and tried to take advantage. Know you are being ripped off if you buy from this place. Unreal.

I have been to their dealer more than 2 times, but the sellers' attention leaves a lot to be desired. This time I went for a replacement and it is unpleasant to go to your store. Basic education is required but everyone thinks they are doing you a favor. It is always a bad experience in this store.

I had a great experience at Walter s Audi. This was my first time purchasing an Audi so I was a bit nervous not knowing much about Audi s in general. My sales specialist Joshua Rambow, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable in explaining to me the car s features. He was patient answering all the questions I had and he was not pushy. I would definitely recommend Walter s Audi if you re looking to purchase an Audi. And make sure you ask for Joshua!

This is the second vehicle I purchase from Walter s Audi. The foster one was out of the Ontario dealership and this one was out of Riverside. Both experiences have been exceptional. Aside from the usual business part of it (dealing and numbers) which are expected during most translations ( can avoid them) it s a business.. Walter s Audi was pretty straightforward, and they didn t make me feel like I was taken to the cleaners ( and if they did ) I left with a smile so good job !! .. my sale was conducted by David Duarte, very friendly, real (which I appreciated) and knowledgeable about the car. Like I said I didn t feel like I was taken to the cleaners and no buyers remorse. From beginning to end (yes even the finance dude ) that sales you a piece of the sky was pleasant. All in all good experience and highly recommended David and Walter s Audi.

I purchased my first Audi from here.Rob Benedict was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.Very happy with the level of service he provided it was a smooth car buying experience highly recommend him to anyone in searh of a vehicle.I got a very nice OTD price also.update very nice car but unknown noise when i am driving .I will go back to check it but i think not a big problem.

Rob Benedict went above and beyond in getting our new Audi to us. When the card was not ready in the shop and we could not drive it home, he personally delivered it to us< involving a 1.5 hour drive. We really appreciated his communications on status and attentiveness. Was a very good car buying experience.

On December 11,2023, I met with Cory Shea at Walter's Audi inRiverside, Ca. I so appreciate the time , expertise and considerationhe gave me during the initial phase of deciding whether tobuy the car or to look further. All my questions were answered and the whole experience at Walter's was a pleasure. Buyinga car can be stressful as it is a big decision. His explanationswere complete and thoughtful and not at all rushed. I woulddefinitely use Cory as my salesman again and I would recommend Walter's dealership.I bought my Audi and I'm now learning how touse all the bells and whistles on the car. Audi riverside is withholding documents from me that I signed that they updated a week later. They also but the wrong address and birthday on my credit report. I purchased my Audi at night and also saw that there were a bunch of scratches on the vehicle that were not from me oh and my battery died two weeks later. Now I brought up a lawyer and they do not want to talk to me and are withholding documentation from me. My regristration for the car needs to be fixed because it is not the right address and now they won t pick up the phone to fix it which is illegal. Do not buy a car from them they are a scammy dealership. And BRYAN won t pick up the phone to send over documents that I signed that are rightfully mine. It looks like he never updated the address in the system so what did I sign??????

Overall we had a great experience at Walter's Audi! My husband worked with Liz prior to us going in-person and we met and worked with Joshua Johnson the day-of. Joshua was very professional and friendly, and outlined everything very clearly for us. We enjoyed working with him and he gave us 5-star service for sure!The reason for the 4 stars though is due to the experience when we went through the financing process. We had mentioned the banks that we'd like to see rates from, but instead Bryan just put together the documents and gave them to us to sign. No mention of what the rate was, or who we were financing from. In the middle of signing we paused and had to ask him directly and he shared a higher rate than we were quoted by our banks. We asked him again to run the numbers through our bank and it was almost a full percentage point than the rate he gave us. Yes, it's not the end of the world, but it just felt a bit slimy.Thankfully, this didn't sour our overall experience but something to take note of.

David Duarte and the entire team at Walter s Audi are exceptional. Mr. Duarte is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and personable. He went above and beyond by attending to details, yet was orderly and moved the process along at a timely rate. I had a very positive experiencing purchasing my car from the initial encounter to driving it off the lot. My next Audi purchase will definitely be from Walter s Audi, with a specific request for Mr. Duarte. Brian from finance was also quick yet thorough, and was able to offer competitive rates. Nick Howard from the service department was excellent to work with and very helpful. All around great experience from the sales and service team!

Blake is super nice, but the service team and management seem like they don t care about the customer at all. I live in OC, and drove out to Riverside for a car I saw online. When I got there I found out it had been in an accident, which I wasn t told prior to my appointment. Looked at another car, which was more expensive but had more options, so I decided to go with that one. For some reason the price on the second car went up during our conversation, so Blake had to convince his manager to bring the price back down to what it was originally. This was all on a Saturday, and I was told the car would need a couple of things fixed and would be ready on Monday. On Monday I was super excited, but then was told it wouldn t actually be ready until late afternoon on Tuesday. Ok fine. I had to work so I sent my husband to pick up the car. As he was driving back on the 91, the plastic covering on the bottom of the car came half way off and started dragging on the freeway. He had to go back to the dealership where they refused to replace the piece, and just screwed it on. I honestly wish I had just stayed in OC and paid a little more. Pretty unsatisfied with this experience. Again, Blake is great and had nothing to do with the issues. Would recommend him, but not this dealership.

As a former customer of Walters Mercedes which was fantastic, I'm very disappointed in my experience with Walter's Audi.I went here with my girlfriend. She hadn't completely made up her mind about Audis yet. As an Audi fanboy myself, I convinced her to at the least go check them out with me at Walter's Audi.I unfortunately do not recall the salesman's name but he helped her make sure she never buys an Audi ever. Once I told him we didn't have a budget in mind yet, because we didn't even know what car we were looking for, he immediately started insinuating we couldn't afford an Audi and started getting hostile.Thanks Walter's Audi, for making us both hate the dealership experience even more.

Rob, Kevin, and Brian couldn t have made my experience at Walter s Audi any easier. Greeted us right as we entered and helped us with every step and was very accommodating. Got my fianc�s car here and will be getting mine next from Walter s Audi.
