Always love coming to Valvoline, although this isn t my home location the staff was super friendly, helpful and worked efficiently! Didn t wait long to check everything for my car, I was able to get my cabin air filter, auto trans fluid replaced, and my windshield wipers all for a good price. Thank you Hugo for your help, Randy, and Jacob!

EDIT: A couple days after posting this review and speaking to them, their management went out of their way to call me, apologized for the matter, and even gave me a free oil change! I apologize to them for not getting this review edited in a timely fashion, but this location really turned things around for me! If you ever have any issues with these guys, they are humble and quick to correct them. Thank you for working with me, Iowa Ave. Valvoline, and I ll make sure to come to your shop for my next oil change so I can get further servicing done! I will be leaving the initial review up for context s sake and to also show how the team at this Valvoline is willing and able to own up to any issues they may have with customers and work them out to the satisfaction of the customer!Wasn t told that they didn t have any sort of Veterans Day discount available until -after- they did the service, even mentioning to them that I was a veteran. Was informed that it was by email and I never got any sort of email from them, so I was forced to pay almost full price on something that I wasn t expecting to. I got a coupon for $15 off, but this is one that is regularly given out to most anyone getting an oil change. I made this clear to the team here as well before the oil change even happened, though that was completely blown over for whatever reason even though I had multiple forms of ID to show my status. I ve been coming to Valvoline for a long while and it s only now that I get screwed by them when I was explicitly waiting for Veterans Day to get this done.I m going to make a point to not use any Valvoline in the near future over this. I ve entrusted them with several oil changes, a power steering fluid change, and other services, so I ve used them enough to trust them prior. This, however, just sucks.

Oil change process was easy and quick, but they put a sticker for only three months, even though I asked them to put their recommended max life oil. When I called to know more about the oil life the lady on the phone gave the most absurd explanation on oil life sticker I ve ever heard. Also, the UCR discount is not transparent and minimal; would definitely go to my dealer the next time for an oil change.

Waited an hour. Just needed two lights replaced. Told staff ahead of time while I waited my turn. Took an additional 15 minutes for someone to tell me they don't have the part. Could have went to AutoZone and replaced them for cheaper, in less time, and the work would have actually got done. Very disappointed I used my lunch to go here.

Been waiting for almost an hour!!! What happened to QUICK ? Was there before some cars yet the lady that worked there directed me to a specific line and others that came after me were served before me and done before me.

I usually have a good experience at all Valvoline locations and this time was even better. Phil (Phillip) was my customer service tech this time and he was Fantastic! He was so kind and explained everything better to me than anyone had previously. I genuinely appreciate it!! I know everyone on the team works hard through the hot weather taking care of people as quickly as possible but when you have a great customer service rep it just elevates the experience. I don t mind paying more for the speed and convenience of not having to leave my car somewhere for hours at a time. So thank you to everyone who helps keep my car going

Its been yrs since ive been here but, the guys there are super helpful and kind. They did everything I needed. My oil change, window whipers, air pressure and the filter for the ac. They also informed me of things tht id need in the future and tire rotation. Definitely worth going back.

Me and my Husband love this place we both come for our vehicles oil change and the Staff is always helpful and amazing. Great service great job great experience. Out of employees. VERY VERY SLOW! Only ONE team was working.In the past, Valvoline was fast, b/c THREE teams were working at the same time! I have been going there at the same time for years. Now???? very disappointed by the owner's response.

I went here as they are known as fast service. But I waited almost an hour for queue. And they let other cars that came later than me enter before than me. Plus too expensive. Disappointed!

I work right up the street at the local T-Mobile and went on my lunch break. I only had about 25 minutes to spare. I pulled up and noticed that there was a line and all the bays were full. I was greeted by a wonderful young lady who asked me what I needed. I informed her that I was coming for air pressure check in my tires and she gladly pulled me to the front of the base. Checked all four tires and had me out in a matter of three to four minutes. I love Valvoline as a company and will always gladly give the company my service your from the East Coast to the west coast. They have great expectations for the staff that they hire and the staff definitely supersede them.

Friendly. It was nice to see the ladies working there. Mike & Nathan the Manager's were nice. This was my second time coming to get the transmission fluid both times I've come was great service I saved money and I'm glad I came because this was the reasonable price for me I couldn't do a second review so I'm just adding on so far I will be coming back to this place thank you team. 5-5-23Services: Transmission, Oil change

I had been here like 10 times before. They damaged my windshield wiper hoses and absolutely refused to make it right. But what's worse is that I was told to come back in an hour when the general manager came in. I did so, and was made to wait two more hours until he could find the time to talk to me despite multiple requests. He then told me that the district manager would call me "if he had time."The damaged my vehicle and wouldn't even communicate with me about it for multiple hours because the GM was just so busy.They don't care about their customers.Avoid this whole chain.

Got an oil change from them during the morning time and checked the engine bay at the end of the day due to an irregular smell and found the engine bay full of engine oil everywhere and the oil level was fine so no leaks. I m assuming they made a mess when putting in new oil since there was no oil mess before the oil change. I gave them the opportunity to make it right by speaking directly with the manager about the incident and said he would take a look at the cameras and confirm what had occurred and said he would call me back however he failed to do so.Although the employees are nice and friendly their quality of work is definitely inadequate.I hate to be that guy who has to write a negative review but I gave them the chance to make it right and they failed to do so and this is simply unacceptable

Good service, like they say they're quick.Got a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and multiple point inspection.Did it during my lunch break even.The price and convenience balance out, a little high cost but for a much quicker service.

Quick service! They explained everything that was happening in the process, no aggressive up selling I ve been here a handful of times & they always have everything in stock for my vehicle. I drive a Mercedes yes they work on foreign cars!

Coming from a long term Jiffy Lube customer the Drive thru service was outstanding. Pulled in, stayed in the vehicle, answered some questions and the service was completed in less than 15 minutes. Extremely Fast, Friendly Staff and a no wait hassle. Kudos to this form of operation that others have not started!!

This place was so good! I normally don't leave reviews good or bad but this place was exemplary. They are consummate professionals and this is how a business should be run. They were all so busy nobody wasting time no chitchat just all business 100%. It was a stressful fast-paced environment and they all behaved with cheeriness and politeness and courtesy and it was amazing and I felt like it was from a time gone by when business is truly valued and respected their customers. If I continue to get service like this I will never go to another place to get my oil changed and I've already told so many people about my amazing experience there today. Awesome job gentlemen and one lady!!

Super convenient to my apartment. The store manager came over and thanked me, which I honestly really respect. Normal prices for faster than normal service. Everyone was kind and professional. My boyfriend and I do a lot of commuting for work, we definitely found our new oil change spot!

Was given many options of the type of oil and service I wanted without being pressured to take the added stuff. Also, I really appreciate them giving UCR students a discount.

If you want to get your oil changed with out waiting for hours this is the place to be no appointment needed first come first served the minute you drive up they check all your fluids, tire pressure and most of all get your oil change in 15 minutes or less, very professional and courteous work staff kind of reminds me of the good all days and yes, very affordable

Been here 4 times now and it's always a pleasant experience. Does not take long at all, they are very thorough, they tell you what could and should be done but they do not try and force services on you. They have changed my brake lights and done tire rotation. This is a great place and the staff is always very friendly!
