Absolutely horrible service. HORRIBLE. if you plan to come here to purchase new tires, Know that you re going to get great service, Know that they re going to try to sell you insurance on your tires. But also know that when something happens to your tires and you come back to have them checked out, they will give you absolute horrible service. I ve actually been standing here in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and help me, Nothing. I had to wait an entire day for them to repair one flat. They said they would call me as soon as my repair was done, No call. I had to go out of my way to inquire about my tire. They have customer keys out in the open in an unwatched or unguarded area, I kid you not anybody could come into the lobby, grab your keys, and steal your car. Ken, Let me just say something about Ken The fat, chubby ginger that answers the phone when you call. He has the absolute worst attitude, The worst customer service, He acts in a way that makes you feel unwelcome, rushed, and just any other nobody. I definitely don t recommend coming to this location.

I brought my car in because I had a low tire that had already been patched. Patch was not holding so I had to buy a new tire. Mario was a very helpful very kind. Couldn t ask for better service in my time of need thank you very much Mario for everything, I definitely will be returning to this great store.

I had a great experience here previously and purchased your lifetime brake and rotar warranty. Unfortunately your manager on duty Mario Garcia, was extremely rude hostile and demeaning. He was also WRONG. He refused to service my vehicle and told me it was not driveable. Said my caliper was stuck. It wasn t.I missed out on work from being scared to operate it. Also paid a mobile mechanic to come look at it. He told me the info I was given was wrong. He said the rotar would have been heat damaged if the caliper was stuck as he said. There was no sign of that. He removed the brake pad and it actually had a piece of metal stuck in it, which is what was causing the divot in the rotar. Crazy, angressive and WRONG! He told me I don t understand what you don t get, I ve explained it 3 times Ha! Well sir no wonder I didn t understand, you were misinforming me. Trying to sell me a caliper for 680! Smh! It s sad. I can t trust your mechanics and I can t believe he acted in that manner getting rude and belittling me when he in fact has NO automotive knowledge. Your manager needs better training and STAT!When we returned after the mobile mechanic to advise, your center only decided to change the ONE brake pad and rotar. The service is intolerable. Your employee takes his lack of capability and knowledge of his job, out on customers! After this experience I never want to come back and I would never suggest this place! I want my money back for the brake warranty! I will find a different provider for my vehicle. I DO NOT feel safe having your center service my vehicle after this. Sad! Sad! Sad!

Have come here twice for flat tire repair; each time the flat was just the worst timing and each time the service at Tire Choice was so fast and helpful it turned a really frustrating experience around. The tire patch is fairly priced and the staff are knowledgeable and made me feel confident that my tire was a good option for patching and didn t try to upsell me on new tires I didn t need - so when I am ready for new tires and not in an emergency I will be back!

Horrible service and discriminatory attitude,how this place doing business, got there for a flat tire no one was working, and i was told by the person on the counter i need to wait for about an hour before get to me, basically told me leave we are not going to help you for now, i stand there for about one minute he told me give a second with bad attitude and threw the computer screen, i was standing waiting by the entrance door for about 10 mints, he never said a word so i decided to leave and never come back to these place until i make sure this place wont have that kind of people working there, the owner of this place need to put more attention when hired people, I'm sure not everyone working on these place will have the same attitude,all these happen Wednesday 03/06/24 about 9:45amthe owner should know who was the person was there,that was my bad experience at this place thank you,

Buyer Beware! I took my truck in for the rear brakes and rotors to be replaced and ended up paying $950.00. I could of save myself $200 if I went to my shop. Also, then they did the truck, I had to tell the sales rep to tell the tech to hang the brake caliper. I saw the caliper hanging by the brake line.

Woke up on Sunday with a nail in my tire and my car stalling to turn on, AAA told me there was probably nothing open since it was Sunday. Found this open through a quick Google search. I was really stressed out but the staff was super kind to me, gave me comprehensive explanations about everything they did, and did not push any unnecessary repairs on me. I left with a patched tire, a new battery, and some fatherly advice to take better care of my car lol. Thank you Mario and Tire Choice staff!

Update: Second time coming here. Today they were not so friendly. Also, they wanted me to wait an hour and half just for them to check my tire to see if they could patch it. 1So glad this place is open on Sundays. They are life savers! Came in to get a flat tire fixed and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have fair prices too. I'm going to start coming here for my oil changes too.

Bought a brand new tire for only $123.43 including tax over three weeks ago. They did a professional job and do have the best rates for any tire in South Riverside.

I purchased my tires from Tire Choice. The brand is "Cooper" I have had several flat tires and went only to Tire Choice for repairs.I had another flat and went back to Tire Choice on Indiana Ave in Riverside where I purchased the tires.I spoke with the Assistant ManagerMario Garcia. He told me that I needed 2 new tires and wanted to sell me some other brand and said he would give me a deal. When I told Mario Garcia that I could not afford $400 for 2 new tires and if he could check my flat tire for a nail or find out why my tire went flat? He said no, and that I needed 2 new tires. Again, I said I cannot afford new tires and if he could just repair my tire. He then told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to check the tire. I got upset as there was only 2 cars in the bay and 1 of the cars was mine. Why would it take 3 to 4 hours to put my tire in water to find a leak? Something that would take not longer than 15 minutes. I left with my spare tire on and drove back to Redlands and went to "Buy any Tire" and they patched my tire in less than 15 minutes.I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my life.Mario Garcia then said that the Toyota dealership did not rotate my tires (they Toyota of Riverside, missed doing it a couple times in his opinion)I was a service advisor there at Toyota of Riverside for 2+ years and they have a checklist of procedures for service.I would not recommend Tire Choice to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Highlighting management skillset to enhance customer experience like family services.Tire blowout on the side of the road and arrive at location to be greeted by management as soon as I walk through the door.I was quoted 1.5hrs for 4 new tire + alignment. Not only did management deliver on his promise of time duration for completed task.But he was able to create a family friend atmosphere where automotive shop usually carry the negative connotation of "ripping people off", there was no feeling of said issue arise. It would've been a rip off for me to not give applaud where it's due.A trustworthy foundation was created through our community experiences.

Courteous and service-oriented staff, went out if hid way to help me. Got the right new tire in hours, not days. And clean, restful waiting area that did not reek of rubber!

I walked in at 9am for a tire rotation. I said I had to come back because I had work to do. Came back a few hours later and Mario (Manager Supposedly) INSTANTLY said he cannot do it today. I said I was just here and they told me that can after which he changed his tune. They had 1 customer that I noticed in the waiting room and only 2 cars in the bay. Instead of saying you know what ya I can do it and he goes out there and does it himself he lost a customer. Im not a mechanic by trade but they said an hour to do a rotation. With a lift and power tools I can knock that out in less than 30 min.

Went in today to have a tire with a nail repaired and I was impressed by the service and I will definitely be back for future service and repairs. Very professional, friendly, and efficient I would highly recommend.

I've never been able to rely on this place for auto care. First time I came on a Thursday for a bad engine coil that was making my car shake, was told I would have to wait until Monday to get my car back. The tone of voice I heard was basically "don't bother", so I didn't. I took it to mountain view auto in Norco and got my car back by the end of the day.2nd time was for nail in tire, was told I would have to wait a few hours for them to look. Same tone of voice from the same guy sounded like he didn't want to be bothered with it, so I didn't- I took it to Allen tire company and received instant service. I've had better service even at other tire choice locations, such as the one off Tyler St.There won't be a third time coming to this place for anything.

One tire was so close to a blow out, I was lucky to roll into this shop. It was late afternoon, but they squeezed me in. My other tires were obviously very worn out so got a good deal for all new Goodyear. I feel much safer on the road and they give a great warranty plan.One year later, 2 tires kept losing air. I was worried about haggling over the warranty but the manager was fair and very understanding. I had my doubts after reading reviews but they proved to have outstanding customer service.

Came in on a Sunday morning after finding out I had a screw in my tire. In 101 degree heat, they quickly and efficiently plugged my tire free of charge. Staff had great customer service and has earned my return business. Thank you!

The staff and service were great! Also, James provided exquisite customer service.I went in for a flat tire repair, a problem I have been dealing with for over a month now. I even took it to my dealership where I have a warranty, and they told me there was no issue with my brand new tire. So, I put air in it and just kept moving, but every two days I was stopping to do just that. Good thing I took it in to see James and the crew at the Tire Choice on Indiana in Riverside. I had a special kind of hole, one I can't explain, but it made a whole lot of sense compared to "NOTHING". I am so appreciative, they not only fixed my ongoing issue, they did it as a complementary service for me having to go home, get my tire keys, and come back. Those guys are awesome and on point *Satisfied Customer*

Spent all morning calling shops in Riverside but Ken here at tire choice was able to get me the tires I wanted to an affordable price. He was patient with me as I asked for a few different options and understood my budget and the guys in the shop quickly mounted/balanced my new all terrains so I could get on my way. I'm more than satisfied with their customer service and pricing. I'd recommend them over any shop I've gone to in the riverside area. Thanks again Ken for helping me out! My truck handles great up and down the mountain now

I took my car for a preventative maintenance but didn t even rotated the tires. Basically charging companies to serve their vehicles with out doing anything to it. It was a white bold heavy set white guy who said it all the same with a bit of an I don t want to be here attitude

I went to Tire Choice because it's close to my work and the men there are always very professional and courteous to me. I never feel pressure buy anything I don't need, being a female. I will return for my cars oil change and any tire issues and recommend this lo action in Riverside to all my friends and family. My car drives amazing everytime it's been checked out and I will be returning.

We came in right before closing and we were glad to find that tire choice was open and ready to help. A big thank you to these essential workers for keeping us on the road. Ken greeted us at the door and jumped on our car immediately. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back for any additional needs. Thank you tire choice! Also I need to mention they have one of the nicest and cleanest lobbies that I have seen.

It was a Sunday, most shops are closed so these guys were sure to be busy. With labor cost and pretty much every cost being outrageous these days I wasn t going to be shocked if my quick flat tire repair was going to be something low on the totem pole. Long story short, James took care of me. Had my Tacoma back up and running and ready for work the next day. Really do appreciate when people put people first! It really makes all the difference. Thanks James!

These guys are great! One of my tires had a slow leak so I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. They were really busy but James told me to come back at 4. So I went home and finished some yard work and came back @ 4. He got me right in and they found that it was just a pinched valve stem. They took care of it and got me going again real quick. Thanks for the great service guys!

I was leaving with my family to run errands and noticed a nail in my tire. So I called these guys up. They were super friendly and cared about my vehicle. They took me in very quickly and took care of my flat tire right away. I will definitely be returning to these guys for other work. James and the team are great!
