FREE PATCHED TIRE, OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND AMAZING PEOPLE !!!!Tire-choice center and technician Steve are the savers of my day. I brought my wife s car with a flat tire in the store and he fixed it within 10 minutes. The service here is fast and they are professional. And in the end, they did not charge me anything at all saying that it is a small matter!! They are so genuinely nice and honest. You don t find that kind of service anywhere nowadays !! I have found my go to place for all my future car needs. I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends!!! Go support them !!

Keep in mind, you get what you pay for! I had posted an earlier review that I had taken my truck here, spent $950, and how the service was. What I did not post was that these people damage all my lug nuts and I had to go out and buy aftermarket new ones ($380). I called the company, and the store, both of them said that they were willing to pay except when I got the check in the mail it was only for $345. These people don't want to pay the tax on what they damage. Why do I pay it when I didn't damage anything?! To include did they not 100% pay for what they damage, when I was on the phone with corporate, they service rep that I got was extremely rude. I could not wait to hang up the phone and end that conversation. Really think about it before you take your vehicle here or any other location.

I had my controller arms repaired, battery replaced, and wheel aligned in June. Recently I had my outer tie rods fixed and an oil change. Overall great experience and great customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Got a slow leak on passenger tire and they are able to detect and patch it for free! Everything is just so streamlined and efficient with in few hours, done in a super friendly manner. I would recommend this place to anyone with a tire issue!

Went in for new break pads for my truck it says 179$ per axle come to find out that this place is rip off I ve been doing my own breaks for years I no it was just the pads after inspection he called and told me it was going to 800$ per axle I told him just put pads on itAnd he said he could not do the change of the pads unless I buy new rotors for both sides. Don t take your car hereBIG RIP OFFS

This is a great place to come to for all car services. These guys are very knowledgeable and great to get along with. They don't oversell but they do go through your car thoroughly and will let you know everything that needs service. And what should be done immediately and what could wait. Alex the Manager is Very helpful.

I just want to say this place is awesome, the most nicest and humble people I've ever seen to service the community.My family and I we were blessed today! Out of all the places we went,this place was the only place available to help us, the place was clean, everyone was very professional, we were so touched by it, their kindness and generosity goes beyond our expectations.We had a flat tire, by the looks of the place we thought they were gonna take and arm and leg to get our tire repair, we needed to get to Orange county so we had to pay whatever they ask for the service, To our surprise, when my husband went and ask how much do we owe you, the manager said, don't worry about it, we took care of it. And we were like, no really! They said is already taken care off. He didn't charge us to fix our flat, he blessed us, I pray he gets blessed 7 thousand fold his kidnessI know that I will be back again for their services, because I know my cars will be in good hands, from now on I will buy my tires and do my car repairs there, I know they are honest and kind. . God bless them.

My family went in on 09/22/23 for a set of tires. My mom went in for just tires and when she came home she told me she paid over 600 dollars for two tires. When I looked at the invoice they charged her for filling the nitrogen in the new tires and for a set of TPMS sensors when our truck doesn t have TPMS sensors (older truck). When I went to tell the person in charge he had an attitude and made me waste my time to go get my mom and bring her. When they refunded it the manager made a whole deal about not being able to do a refund and made another whole invoice minus the sensors AFTER we d initially paid. When you go for ANY services check the invoices to make sure you aren t getting overcharged/ taken advantage of. Had I gone in they wouldn t of ever taken advantage but since they saw my mom they tried to charge her for everything and then some. Poor management, poor people skills and predatory practices.

Alan is on point with the customer service and his mechanics with diagnosing in a timely manner. I definitely recommend him and team. Been going here for 2 years now and I will not let any other shop work on my vehicle. Good price and honest workmanship!!!

I came here to patch up my tire but decided to go ahead and get new tires. I met with Danny the manager and I have to say how professional he was. Honesty and integrity is what it is all about. He discussed all the services they offer and did a free Inspection. I am going to do all my business here from now on for all of my vehicles. I was treated very well and had a great experience. Other places just try to take your money but that isn't the case here. 100% transparency. Very very satisfied.

Woke up New Year's Day to find a nearly flat tire. What a great way to start off the New Year. I was so glad they were open and they offered to patch it for a small fee but then told me not to worry about it when they were done. It's holding up great. Would definitely come back here next time I need a service.

So I went in to get my air filters changed since I wasn t sure how to do it, but they were all so kind and changed my engine and cabin air filters quickly! Very nice place I ll definitely be coming back here for any other work I need done :)

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience here I feel like I absolutely have to! I needed to have my tires checked this morning and walked in to see if they could accommodate me. Alan, the store manager, was very attentive from the get-go and said he would try to take care of it in an hour and a half he took care of it in under half an hour! On top of that, he was welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Car issues are the bane of my existence but I m glad places like these and people like Alan exist! I highly recommend this establishment you will not be disappointed.

Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Riverside on Tyler has the best customer service in town! We stopped in the shop on a busy, rainy day. I had purchased new windshield wipers and was having difficulty putting them on. Jose was quick to do it for us at no charge! We have been going to this shop for all our service needs on our 2005 Tahoe for years and we are always satisfied with the work they do and the prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing tires or any kind of service on their vehicles!

Alan the manager was so kind and helpful. I called once and had a lot of questions because I needed to change my sons tires to a different size that s easier to find. Alan was so patient with me, even if he had to repeat information for me. We went to get two tires today and again he was so nice and helpful. I don t think I will go anywhere else in the future for tires but here. Good customer service is a rare gem these days and the service Alan provided was top notch.

Alan is awesome! Besides excellent customer service, he has diagnosed over the phone what the problem was with my car just from what I described. The mechanics are efficient with their work getting your car to you timely and they make sure you get to your destination while waiting for your car to be repaired. I have gone to this shop for years and the service has always been great. I live 1.1 mile from another Tire Choice but pass it to go to the Tyler shop and I will continue to go to this shop for my car repairs.

Alan and his team over are the best there is! Always good quality jobs and they work very hard! If you're having car troubles would definitely recommend them! They've helped me and my family with our vehicles for over 5 years now, and there reliability and work is why we still go to them.

Amazing customer service and an even better customer experience. Allan is more than just the guy at the tire shop, he s become my trusted advisor. My car had been having issues, Allan and his crew got to work figuring it out. Within a timely manner I was PICKED UP from work to take me back to the shop. My car has been riding smoothly ever since. Alan is the absolute best!! It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic shop and because of Alan's great customer service i have found one and i will go there anytime i need my vehicle serviced. Alan gives you fair pricing and will break down the price for you so you understand why it cost what it cost. The difference between Alan and other mechanics is, Alan is all about customer service which ultimately makes the shop money as opposed to making money off of customers and providing poor service which doesn't make the shop money because customers don't return. Law enforcement and military friendly as well.

Alann C is the SUPER Supervisor there and he has given me the overall best service for my vehicle and has also shown me proper gentleman's respect as a lady when doing business I have ever received in my life. This man caters to individual needs. He's patient and takes the time to explain things. I believe I have finally found the shop I can trust for life as long as Alan works there. Ive had major repairs to my car to regular oil changes and never have been dissatisfied or disappointed here! Alan, the store manager at the Riverside location on Tyler is awesome, always personable and has great customer service! He really takes care of you and very honest and knowledgeable about cars. I came in to get my headlight checked. The two gentlemen on staff, James and Jose, were VERY straightforward and professional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me while my vehicle was being worked on. They performed a very thorough check on my vehicle to analyze any addition problems with the vehicle. I drive for Lyft and experience a lot of wear and tear on my car. Any causative research on my vehicles condition is very necessary. The best in Riverside!

Great work and honest workers. A few other places if I asked if I need something new because I m concerned it s warn they will agree and change it. This place is not like that. I was concerned on my shocks and struts and they told me don t worry until you hit 75,000 miles. They checked it anyways and said they were still good. They are not the cheapest on price but if you want cheap expect that it will be poorly done.Thanks for all the great work and in will always bring my cars here.

I recently brought my car in after it began shaking very hard. I arrived at the shop 30mins before closing time during the week. This is my daily driver and needed it for work the next day. Alan which is one of the best people I have ever come across in any auto repair shops that I can think of. Not only took his time to figured out my issue but stayed late just to return my car to me the same day. That to me is a rare occurrence when dealing with repair shops as many of you know already. Not only do I always receive superb customer service but any car problems I have had in the past I bring here and trust in the shop to do a great job at a fair price. I'm speaking from personal experience over many years coming here. If you have any doubt come in and make sure you speak to Alan and you'll be happy you did.

Went in to get an oil change and tire repair.I was greeted by the manger Perry and gave me a great deal.After looking at my tires I was explained that all my tires where in need of replacement.I was given a great deal on the cost of the new tires.Perry and his team were very nice and the work was completed in a timely manner.I would recommend this tire shop for any repair.

Called to get a quote for 4 brand new tires and an alignment for my Lexus and Allan helped me out. When i showed up quote remained the same and the work was done within an hour-and a half. Very happy with the service willing to work with my hectic schedule to meet my needs. Definitely recommend this place.
