My tire had a gash in it, so I went online to book an appointment. Terry called me quickly and set things up with ease.My tire was replaced and I was able to get an oil change too. All of the work was done in less than an hour. The staff was nice, Terry was pleasant and very helpful. The entire space was clean and well kept up.I fully recommend Tire Choice!

I ve gone here twice and the two times I have gone there I have been extremely happy with the work completed by staff. They re very friendly, punctual, and cost efficient! I don t live near by but I was referred by a friend and I will continue to make the far drive because of how awesome these guys are!

Got a flat tire and decided to try giving Tire Choice a try. Called them up and Mike let me know they can patch the tire or replace the tire within an hour. They did exactly as promised and patched the tire within an hour and I was on my way. Very professional, efficient, kind staff providing great service for the community here.

UPDATE: I got a nail in my tire on 2 separate incidents. Terry, Gus, & the team at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers put me at ease & got me back on the road in no time. Called and went in today for a new tire and valve stem. Got assisted by Gus, and he was very helpful from beginning to end with all my questions and requests. Very fortunate to have found this great place!

For me I must say that these guys are legit. I came on 3 different occasions and they just decided to assist me with what I thought was major but what they felt was minor to them and a quick fix. They were polite, helped me understand the issue I m dealing. The first 2 times I didnt have cash on me but this time I decided to help out with a love offering to the mechanic who worked on my car and did not have too. So I want to thank all of you for your great workI recommend anyone to try them out if they are reading this message

I came in because I was hearing a scraping noise underneath my car. I had my two small children with me. The guy that was there helped me out and fixed the problem no questions asked. They were fast too which was great because i needed to get home safely. Thank you

Terry was very helpful and fit me in quickly for a tire pressure sensor replacement. Saved me over a $1000 of what the dealer wanted to charge me for the same service. I highly recommend Tire Choice.

I appreciate the customer service and professional work. Gus thoroughly answered and explained my questions, and there was no pressure to make my decisions. They treat you like a family member. The customer area is very clean and comfortable, plus I love the music/radio station they play. Their location is also convenient for me and near shopping/food places. I highly recommend this place for your one-stop-shop for your vehicle.

Great service, took about two and a half hours. I didn't have an appointment so no big deal. they were pretty busy.Had an alignment after I ran over a curb up in Tahoe, and that's not my first curb. Not that I don't know how to drive but I'm used to a sports car this truck is up in the air, dang it. I sure am glad I had these heavy duty tires on there. Otherwise I'd be looking at a new rim.

Brought my own tire and wheel wanting to test out how they fit on my car. The workers here helped me in a quick and professional manor, while being careful not to damage my new rims. They also let me drive around a bit to check for rubbing. Great experience provided by knowledgeable workers who helped me out for free! Thank you my dudes.

Excellent service! All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Tire prices are competitive with the surrounding tire shops. The reason why I ended up doing business with them is their great customer service. Gus was willing to explain in detail different options that were available without being too aggressive with the sale. All fees were discussed prior to starting work on my vehicle. The tires were not on-site when I dropped off the car but Gus was able to get it and have my car back on the road within the same day. I will be getting tires for all my cars from them from now on. Keep up the great work guys!

Wanted to take a moment to publicly say THANK you again. I went in at the busiest hour and couldn t wait. Needless to say the very next morning I walked in and it was busy 8am:/I had planned on taking our kids to the beach for the holiday weekend. Luckily the manager remembered me from the day before. He took the car in right away, he checked my tires. He noticed the nails did not punctured tire as I originally thought. He didn t charge me for the service.In a day when we have lost the art of customer service he went above the call of duty. Thank you sir, for the Great service may you be blessed with good staff and good customers.

I was so happy to find a place open on a Sunday. I made an appointment online with ease. If you see the photo, it s a significantly large nail they were successfully able to pull and repair. Fast friendly service, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Tire Choice Auto Centers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terry provided great customer service! These guys don t over charge are very fair quick and easy to communicate with. I had work to get to and they were willing to fix and hold my tire over night and I came back to have installed the next day. Awesome service!

These guys are awesome. Tow truck company didn't secure the front left tire correctly and broke the TPMS. I bought a replacement online and brought it here to get it serviced. They replaced it and didn't charge me. Definitely have my business for future services. Thanks guys.

Big name, family feel services even without purchases.I broke down on the side road and in need of tires and was under a time limit to reach my destination.The manager and his team went above and beyond to extend their help in my time of need.Even though tires I needed wasn't in stock, management was able to guide me to another location of theirs with the confirmation of selected tire in store. He then extend their willingness to help by refilling my spare tire and informing the tire capacity of workload capability. Next thing you know, I was pulling in to be greeted by a technician who completely thr task with top tier customer service that seem more than genuineTotal time duration under 10mins on a friday.This is how you run a business and make a life time customer

The crew/staff at Tire Choice are top notch. I hit a nice sized nail on the road near my home that required the need for my tire to be prepared promptly. They got me in quick and are competitively priced and have a great professional demeanor. Nice to have quality car & tire guys here in the Orangecrest area, and if i lived farther away, I d still make the drive. Highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend this place! We ve been to the other tire shops in the area and they cannot compete. Terry is so helpful and accommodating! Our plan was to take my car to get a new set of tires put on that we had already purchased. On our way my fianc� got a screw in his tire (our ride home) and it was leaking air. Terry was so prompt to figure out which locking key would fit his tire considering he didn t have it in the truck. Terry was able to find a fit and patched his tire within 20-30 minutes and got all my tires for my car put on and balanced within a few hours. There were already 10 cars infront of mine. Excellent service and everyone was so kind.

Thanks to Gus and his team for the excellent customer service. It was my 2nd time here to repair a tire. Awesome work by the tire technician. Nice to have a place with great customer service and great work. I will definitely be coming back in the future.Highly recommended!
