Unfortunately I can t say much positive things about Upland Tesla Service and this is why I am reviewing because I decided to come to Riverside Tesla Service. I ve never been treated so well at a dealership. I dropped off my car that was out of warranty for some work and she asked me what kind of model would I like to drive while my Tesla is in the shop. I was shocked I was asked that without even asking which I wasn t. Upland Tesla completely shut me down when I even asked if this was offered. Every single team member had a smile unlike Upland. Every team member treated me amazing. It made me love Tesla more. I live so far away from this service center but if I m going to be treated like this here I ll just start coming here for everything and anything. They even charged my Tesla which Upland has never done that. I could write more but this should be enough Thanks Tesla Service of Riverside for taking care of me and The Ticket Terminator s company Tesla. As long as this team I met today continues to be coached and invested by management this service center will continue receiving great reviews and customer experience from other Tessi Drivers like myself. Shoutout to Ruben and Miranda

Be careful with verbal agreement/promise from the sale man. I asked and he guarantied the price will be the best for one month.If the the price going lower Tesla will do price adjustment. After I took my model Y 6 days, the price went down $2000, I came back to see him, but he denied what he said.

Do not visit these service center. They told me the repair is completed and parts are replaced but the fact that the parts were replaced with used snf braken and missing bolts and screws.I had another mobile service tech from other location found out all unrepaired and missing bolts and screws that i had to call another service. The location is new but the service quality and workmanship is very poor. They distroyed the reputation of Tesla.

I took my vehicle due to a noice that is making I recorded the notices with dates on my appointment date the tech and I took it for a drive like always the noice didn t came up but the tech said he does feel something on the breaks, to try to record again the noice and record it again with dates and time even though I had that in hand he wanted more them 5 videos I guess. Poor customer service they could had place the Tesla in the diagnostic machine and see what he can find but I was told to record it again.

I would like to thank Christian Alonzo. He went above and beyond after he saw me bring back the same reoccurring issue for the 6th time even though he only serviced me twice. The other advisor did not take my concerns seriously. He went out of his way to get a lead tech to ensure that my problems were permanently solved. Thank you!!!

They re open to Sell Teslas on the weekend but not Service existing owners, once Teslas inevitably break down, aka need a new $15k battery, $500 tire, new bushings and links , wheels, Autopilot back, etc. Unacceptable behavior by Tesla management to neglect customers post-sales.

I will give you negative 10 stars if I can. The manager Ben was extremely rude and tried to cover for his sales rep - some old white lady. I asked her if she can help me download the Tesla update on my car and I couldn t download it on super charger WiFi.This lady said You don t have WiFi on super chargers. And told me to make an appointment with service center and tried to hang up on me. I tried to explain to her that Tesla super charger has WiFi and I tried to ask if the service center is opened and she just hung up on me.A few minutes later, an unknown number called me. She basically screamed at my phone and said This is the person who you said you don t know Tesla by the way, none of the Tesla super chargers have WiFi. I tried to ask her for her name and she refused and hung up on me AGAIN!!!I own two Tesla and have been a loyal customer. But, if this is the current state of Tesla I need to reconsider selling them.People stay away from this location.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Came in on a Sunday (even though the service portion is technically closed on Sundays) for a tire air up and washer fluid refill and got to test drive a Model S Plaid while we waited. Made my day!

I ve visited the Tesla service center a few times over the years. During those visits I have worked with Ruben F. In service. I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Great communication and great service!

Absolutely trash, probably 9 put of 10 people here are inconsiderate pieces of... you get the point.I haven't had one original appointment ever go right. From receiving a damaged car on delivery, the service rep leaving the moment he walks me to the car, never have a been to my service appointments on the original agreed day, always have to take days off without pay now that tesla riverside has screwed me over by changing dates and time as much as they want without asking for my input

Problem of fob not working was not solved. Even though the advisor knew the diagnosis, he calls me later to ask for the second fob. Now I have to go for another appointment since mobile service could not solve the issue. No loaner or Uber either since my car is not under warranty.

Improper communication and final numbers has changed not even near to initial shared numbers. Be careful with this center, worst experience.
