Fast transaction got there at 9am and left the place before 12noon with my brand new car. Paolo was our agent. He was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

My vehicle has had non stop issues since I purchased it, 3 months ago.My seat warmer wasn t working. Got that fixed.Then my control panel was setting off my alarm nonstop therefore killing my battery. I had to jump start it EVERY MORNING.It was supposed to take 1-3 month because it was on back order. But some how it was rushed.Then I had to wait until they had a rental for me. Took about a week. (Still jump starting my car every day).Now that the control panel is fixed, my car died on me. My battery is completely dead. I can't even jump it! It's late (10:43p) and I'm stuck. I'm so fed up with the quality of this vehicle.You d think they d swap my battery after all the drainage it went through.DO NOT BUY USED HERE. They ll sell you a lemon and tell you it s lemonade. So frustrated.

Update:[January 29th] Again! Thanks to our Family here at Spreen Acura for.making us feel at home and Values. Came in for our MDX Software Update that was covered for free. Garet was very kind and helpful.Our Car was vaccumed and washed too!! Everything was in t�o top shapes.Thanks Again Guys!!Thanks to the TEAM!! Ryan, Mike, Alex, and Danny. Today we had a wonderful experience and great Test Drive. We are Absolutely Pleased with our Pre-Owned MDX A-Spec. The thing is Amazing Inside and Out! This was my second time having my car serviced at Spreen Acura and it was a really positive experience. In general, what I really appreciate about Spreen Acura is how communicative they are. The staff member I worked with, Angel, was very communicative throughout the process. He regularly sent me updates via text. I found Angel and the other men I interacted with to be polite, respectful, and communicative. Overall, they just have really good customer service. I would definitely bring my car here again.

I came for my first service 2 days ago, and I can say it was very easy, swift and professional. Angel was the one helping me and he was very knowledgeable and responsive and certainly provided high standards of customer service. HeKept me updated throughout the whole process. His work athletics needs to be recognized.

The Acura representative was amazing. He took care of the maintenance of my vehicle without trying to sell services that were not necessary for my car. He was pleasant, professional and answered all my questions. He called when my vehicle was ready. The estimated time to complete the work on my car was pretty accurate. I had a very pleasant experience.

The sales team at Spreen Acura went above and beyond during my purchase transaction. Although there were a few hurdles out of our hands, they pulled through to get me the car I wanted in a timely manner. The final delivery was speedy and on point. I began communication with Christopher F through email at the beginning of the month. He was incredibly kind, straight forward, and really made the extra effort to make sure he was reaching out and offering vehicles within my parameters. Once at the dealership, he was incredible. I brought my 2008 Acura TL Type S to Spreen Acura to have my timing belt service done along with a valve adjustment. Garet was courteous and polite throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and concerns without any hesitation. I appreciated his patience because I had way too many questions. Jacob the technician even came out to speak to me about all the services he completed on my car. I will come back here for future services due to their professionalism. Thank you again Garet and Jacob. Mr. Spreen has quality employees working here. They get an A+ in my book.

Always apprehensive about taking my car to the dealer for repairs ($$$), but sometimes you have no choice. Garet C. gave me my options and helped me through the process. He was thorough and communicative, giving me updates along the way. He was also able to work with me on the final tab and helped me a great deal. Considering ditching Metro for good and coming to Spreen! Thanks Garet!

As a long time Acura leaser we have dealt with several dealerships over the years Spreen Acura in Riverside is our favorite. Vehicle choices are plentiful and customer service has always been top notch without being pushy. Excellent experience today when we turned in our three year leased 2020 MDX our sales rep Mike Mudron was helpful with our many questions re the updated technology and made our lease process an easy do compared to past experiences.We will continue to drive the distance to Spreen when this lease is up!

Brought my 2021 TLX in for a warranty job for crackling speakers. Acura replaced a wiring unit. I was able to make an appointment for the same week, quick intake process with service manager Garrett upon arrival. Sat in the wait lounge that had free drinks and snacks for about 5 min before the shuttle service took me to work (5 miles away). Called me as soon as the work was done and sent the shuttle back right away to pick me up. Surprised that they did a full inside and out wash of my car when I got there. Overall, they had great customer service.

The service center specially is full of scam. I went to get oil change and they said the bolt is coming off of the oil tank They need to replace it or else oil will leak. 900$.I called other garages they say it's not more than 250$ max.Also they said there is a nail in the wheel. I got that also checked in firestone near me. And guess what? They found no nail at all.I do not recommend this place. You guys do your own homework before going there. I would never again put my feet there.

The customer service is always wonderful here in all departments. From the buying process to routine service & maintenance. Edit 9/9/2023:My lease on the 2020 MDX was nearing and I wanted a more economical vehicle and I'm glad I went to talk to Spreen once again. Phillip helped me haggle to meet my monthly payment and walked away with a 2024 Acura Integra A-Spec w/Tech in Apex Blue Pearl. Spreen once again demonstrated their expertise and their continued excellent customer service./end editI'm quite certain that I'm reiterating other customer's review on how great Spreen Acura treated them. The streak continues to my family's experience. My wife is due with our next baby and we wanted a bigger vehicle.Jerimiah was sitting next to the front door (he should get his own office, to be honest) and greeted us on a warm Saturday afternoon. We wanted a used 2018 7-seater SUV and he gladly showed us their inventory. Many to choose from and we were indecisive on which trim we wanted.After showing the used lot, he mentioned their last President Day Lease special on their 2020 lines with 0.9%APR. Needless to say, we walked away with a great offer on a new 2020 Acura MDX. Jerimiah wasn't pushy at all and just showed us the benefits of the special. Thank you Spreen Acura and Jerimiah for the great buying experience.

Inventory is very limited here! I wasn't able to find what I was looking for and I had to go to Acura of Alhambra to get what I wanted, a 1.5 hour drive. Luckily, they delivered the car to me. The salesman at Spreen was very nice it wasn't his fault that Spreen Acura stock is so limited, but it cost him a sale. I recommend spreen stock up.
