First impressions is my thing..i will give them a 5 star these guys helped me with my 2019 honda civic sport ..was greeted with a smile and the after product of their work was amazing. Well put crew and service individuals ..will recommend to all my friends and family..

They were terrific here. % honest, kind, and on point.Although they could not perform the repairs necessary for my type of auto they were quite professional and assisted me by helping me find the right shop.And they didn't charge me a cent. Many thanks Seidner's!

Thank you all at Seidner's both Riverside and Loma Linda for great customer service. My car was hit on the right side; both doors, back panel and back wheel were damaged while driving to the beach on Labor Day. I was referred to Seidner's by AAA, so I didn't think twice and I am very pleased with the results. The staff was very professional from the beginning, they kept me updated and the cost was lower than originally estimated. My car looks great, thank you!Service: Body & Trim

The level of professionalism I experienced with Seidner s Collision was was absolutely great. I appreciated the updates throughout the process. The work done was impeccable. I really also was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was cleaned and shined like gold. I was involved in an auto accident at the beginning of December. I've never had any experience dealing with a body shop until now, but I have to say I was very impressed with Seidner's!Josue was the person who I spoke with the most, and he was very easy to talk to and was always in contact with me during the entire process. They were able to get my car in the shop within days of when the accident happened, and the car was finished when they said it would be. I am incredibly happy with the service I received, and I highly recommend them! My car looks brand new again! :)

I was so happy with the service at Seidner s. Throughout the process, I received txt updates on my car. A huge shout out to Julio for excellent customer service. As a women and being the first time I have ever gone through a process like this, it can be a little intimidating. Julio was so thorough at explaining the initial process, he was so relatable and easy to talk to. Marie was a sweetheart and made me feel very welcomed. Overall sentiment, I was taken care of and that s all customers want to feel. They also left my car cleaner then I left it lol. Thank you all so much!

Vehicle was dropped off on 05/22/2021 for warranty repairs, review will be updated as warranty process continues.**Corona Branch had 3 attempts to fix the issues but only made the problems worse when dealing with my vehicle.**I had work on my vehicle at the corona Branch Siedners Collision center. The quality of workmanship was the opposite of impeccable which was promised prior to repairs. There's many issues with the work that was performed. The paint is chipping from the edges of the panels which indicates improper prep work to the panels before painting. They did something wrong when removing the tail lights and it ruined my entire trunk, spare tires, and all my paperwork and manuals and service records. They knowingly gave me back my vehicld with no Highbeam, improperly installed hood(only had 2 bolts and nearly flew off on the freeway). The alignment has never been the same. The oil pan They replaced leaked oil. The subframe wasn't repalced correctly and vehcile shakes and feels unsafe to Drive. There's more issues then this but I'll leave it right here. Stay tuned for an updated review.

my car was involved in an accident and they repair my car like brand new. less than 12 hours of the repair of my car someone did a hit and run. I am a repeat customer in less than 24 hours and my car look like brand new. I'm so happy. Fantastic repair place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for repairs. The lobby is clean, workers are pleasant and attentive. They constantly communicated the repairs and status update via text. This is the first time I have used them and I look forward to using them again.

Customer service was great from the time I went for an estimate, droppinh off my vehicle, and picking up my vehicle. Only exception was that my car wasn't ready based on their estimate. I received a more accurate pickup date once I dropped off my car. Originally was a 2 day repair but ot was actually 8 days.

Julio was there to answer all my questions,he kept me updated on the progress that was done to my car, wanted me to be satisfied with the work done before I left with car. Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional and knowledgeable. They are not in a hurry so that it is a rushed job. They make sure to attend to every detail and that may take a little more time but it is totally worth it in the end. I was very happy with working with them.
