Great service. I broke my rear window at around 1 pm, had it in the shop at 7:45 the next morning. Fixed by 11. They cleaned out all of the shattered glass. Also got new windshield wipers ($70 but very convenient). Nice people.

Service was fast and friendly but lacked quality. Was told by a technician that they sanded and primed the top part of my car where the windshield sits because it was rusty. I was so happy to hear that. I really felt like they went that extra mile to do right by their customer. But when I was handed my keys and got into my car to drive home. I was very disappointed to see the inside covered in rust dust. My radio, gauges, buttons, basically my entire dashboard was covered. When a service is performed on a car, you return it to the customer the way it came in and better. Not worse. I think this just comes down to pure laziness. Which isn t surprising in this day and age. The American workforce is overpaid and VERY unproductive. It would of taken maybe 10 minutes and a shop vac for a tech to clean this up. Both of which I would expect given the fact they were not busy(receptions exact words, they even asked me to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment)and a shop vac should always be present in a service center of this kind. A few more issues, my new windshield was covered in fingerprints and suction cup marks. The technician couldn t even take 2 minutes to wipe off my brand new windshield before returning my car to me? LAZY. My car was also returned to me 1 hour before Safelight rules say its safe to drive away due to the windshield adhesive being super fresh. I only found this out after leaving and receiving my digital receipt. So, messy, lazy and lawless is the best way I can describe this Safelight location. A smile and friendly small talk don t make up for it. This is why I do any car repairs myself. You really can t trust other people with your car anymore. The American workforce SUCKS!*UPDATE*I had to make a warranty appointment just two days after my windshield was installed because I noticed they didn t install the rubber moulding correctly. One side is seated correctly the other is hanging out of the seam. UNBELIEVABLE. The carelessness and sloppiness is disgusting.

Al was my tech. He kept me up to date on the work being done and did a beautiful job. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. I'll use Safelite always and highly recommend them.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Safelite Autoglass Riverside location, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience.Upon scheduling an appointment for a windshield replacement, I expected a smooth and professional service. However, my experience with Safelite was far from satisfactory.The technician arrived promptly to replace my windshield, but to my dismay, after removing the old windshield, he admitted that he had failed to double-check the compatibility of the replacement windshield. While I appreciated his honesty and apology, it was disconcerting to realize that such a crucial step had been overlooked.Despite assurances from the technician that Safelite would rectify the mistake and schedule another appointment at no cost, I never received a follow-up call as promised. After waiting patiently for four days, I decided to contact Safelite myself.To my dismay, instead of acknowledging the error and offering a solution, the management team at Safelite was shockingly dismissive and rude. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation and the technician's acknowledgment of the mistake, they insisted that they had done nothing wrong.Their refusal to take responsibility for their error and their disrespectful attitude towards me as a customer was deeply disappointing. When I requested compensation for the inconvenience and miscommunication, they callously rejected my request without any consideration.The level of incompetence displayed by Safelite's management team and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. This was my first experience with Safelite, and it will undoubtedly be my last. I strongly advise against using Safelite Autoglass for any windshield replacement needs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make them a company not worthy of recommendation.

When my wife caught a rock with the windshield on our new Jeep she immediately worried that it wouldn't be a new car anymore, I have worked with the awesome folks at Safelite for many years while running car dealers in So Cal and had all the faith in them and knew it would be good as new in no time! Once I made the appointment I received a text right away with instructions for a 'no-contact' drop off. I arrived at their office and dropped my key in the drop box, texted them that it was there and went about my day. By 2:00, well before I expected it, I got a text and a call that it was ready for pick up! My wife was so excited to see the little jeep icon on the corner of the windshield and we are both thrilled with the awesome service!Service: Auto windshield replacement

My wife came home 7am on a Thursday with small button size chip on windshield. I did not want the chip to grow legs. I made same day online appointment at 8am.AL the service tech explain the repair process thoroughly. I receive text message repair status. Repair price on high side but come with warranty.Online price quote was easy.1. Vehicle info and the damage2. Recieve work/price estimate3. Schedule my appointnent

My dashboard got a small scratch when he fixed the small chip in windshield. I have pictures of before and after! I called there office to ask. Customer service (somewhere in texas) is rude. The windshield repair in my opinion, I could have done it just as good if not better. Because I would be careful! It could have saved me $160. And my dashboard wouldn't have gotten scratched. Customer service said they talked to the technician and he said they don't use razors or sharp objects when repairing but it could be from a ring maybe? Still damage wasn't there when I took car in. But there when I left. So, how did the scratch get there?

Mr Lopez is an excellent technician. A highly skilled and knowledgeable whn explaining the process, the steps and precautions. He also recommended new wipers if I replaced the windshield. Safelite was easy to schedule and convenient. The company received my claim and responded quickly. The next day Mr Lopez called and confirmed and within a few minutes he began the process ti fix the rock chipped windshield. After 20 min elapsed and happy with the repair I unfortunately spotted a n�e undetected chip. I asked if I needed to do another claim and he was gracious to fix the new spot plus all the equipment were handily available. Another 20 minutes elapse and U had a wonderful new looking windshield. Mr Lopez and Safelite is the best service if you need any damage to the windshield done. Highly recommended. Thank you Safelite

I had an appointment with Safelite ( Riverside Ca. location) for windshield replacement. When I confirmed my appointment I was told they had the windshield in stock. I showed up for my appointment just to be told they did not have the windshield. I was told the windshield would arrive around 12/31/22. Couple weeks later, I called Safelite several times but they did not answer their phone. Call was routed to another location. I was told the glass would arrive by 01-09-23. It is now 01-11-23 and no courtesy call from Safelite. I had to call my insurance again to explain the situation. Insurance agent called Safelite (same above location ) twice but got no response. This is poor service and unprofessional. I hope that not all Safelite locations are the same. Safelite actually told me it was safe to drive with my broken windshield in the meantime. I told them it may be safe but it is illegal, which they should know because they are in the windshield business.My insurance scheduled me for another appointment, which is scheduled for 01-16-23, but how do I know if my glass arrived if Safelite has not called me to confirm. Maybe the "owner" will do something about this if and when he/she reads my post. I will see just how much the "owner" cares.

I don't recommend this place at all if you're looking to repair a broken window. They don't do anything except for windows, they don't work with your insurance (they expect you to act as a middle man), they don't make sure you know exactly what you re paying for before you pay, and they don't clean up after finishing. It d be much better to go to a body shop.

Avoid this place if you can.I have had 2 appointments so far, and my windshield is still cracked.My first appointment was scheduled by my car insurance company. I waited 3 hours to be told they didn't have the correct glass ordered and couldn't do the repair. They told me they had me wait so they could try to get the glass in that day. I couldn't have stayed I had to go to work that afternoon and should have been told immediately.After they finally told me I couldn't have the repair done that day, I rescheduled several weeks later because of my schedule.Today was the day of that appointment. I got there, and my appointment was canceled. The order for the glass was canceled.They said I didn't answer the scheduling phone call. They are right, I didn't. I scheduled there before I left the first time. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I didn't need to schedule. They called exactly once and left a voicemail. They didn't ask me to confirm the appointment. They simply canceled it. They didn't send me an email or a text that it was canceled.They were over communicative for the first appointment but lacked communication when it mattered most - when they screwed up, when they wasted my time. Did they offer any apology for the errors or inconveniences? None, zero.

I got a crack in my windshield as it happens. Called my insurance and gave the whole run down and said it will be with Safelite and that o just need to call and make an appointment. So I called on the 7th of august and made an appointment for their earliest mobile appointment for the 15. On the 14th I received a text saying my appointment was now for the 16 at 9:30 and their location no longer at home. I go to call but they were already closed. They next day for my appointment on the 15 I receive a text saying I need to turn my car into them at their address by 8 am. This was sent a little after 7 on the morning. I call them and they say I was suppose to bring the car in. I told them no it was suppose to be at my house between 8-1 and they said they changed it to be for today at 9:30 I told them no one ever called me to see if that new day and time would even work for me considering I already had to take a day off work to have them fix it just for them to change it to the 16th and then expect me to bring the car to them on the 15th without telling me. So now I have to take another day off to make a new appointment for the 17th. My Parents then call them later that day to get more information and then they try to cancel my appointment for the 17th and then tell us to bring the car in at 2 on the 15th.This whole place is messed up. No one knows what s happening they don t call and explain anything they just make appointments for you and expect you to show up and ask no questions. I unfortunately am here listening to a couple dealing with problems with the recalibration that they weren t able to do on the car because the car was too new and they were told they need to bring it in because of it after they also had a Mobile appointment that they had to reschedule and since they can t recalibrate it they now have to go to their dealership and pay 900 to have it recalibrated.Poor business and poor communication skills.

I strongly suggest you go anywhere but here. This shop is absolutely trash. My windshield was replaced but more of my car was damaged. My fuses to my accessories were/ are blown. Plastic pieces near lower corners by windshield wipers were destroyed. A shady technician applied 3M sticky tape to them to try and hide it. The top seal is already separating from the windshield. So far they promised to come to my house to replace the parts but have since ghosted me. I think zero stars would be a more accurate description.

Submitted my glass claim over month ago and safelite canceled my appointment 4 times during that time. Reason? The part didn't come in BUT the representative kept telling me that the part IS coming in so I scheduled the appointment. 4 times!Anyways, called GEiCO they said I can use ANY windshield repair company. So BYE safelife and found some small business place. Windshield should be here in a few days. Same deductible $50. Called and complained and some people called back all apologetic and now nothing. Totally forgot about me. Jerks.

Had windshield replaced. I was told the repair would take 3 hours. It was completed in a little over 2 hours.Yay! I also really appreciated that they remounted my TollRoads transponder. Thank you!

I was really impressed with the entire operation; from handling the insurance claim, scheduling an appointment within one day of my initial call and completing the installation of a brand new windshield.Angel, the facility manager, was courteous and very focused on insuring that I was completely satisfied with the installation. I would highly recommend Safelight to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

Not a greatest experience, reception works slow and technicians are not the best for sure.They broke my Tesla s self driving sensor and it s cover, they even broke my wipers. Scratches all over all parts that they were working on.And this was not the worst part. When I pointed that the windshield that they installed is defective they said that it s not a big deal and if I want to get a new one I will have to pay extra.I do not recommend this location.Briana was terrible and rude while dealing with this situation.

I made my appointment online with one of their discount offers yesterday. I arrived to my appointment and was out within the hour. It was quick, easy, and relatively painless all things considered. The staff are really friendly. It was an overall great experience.

Had my windshield replaced here, installation the day of took about 6 hours. I had to rate this particular shop 1 star because: I got a phone call the following day (after work had been done) stating that they didn t charge me and I had to come back down to the shop, not able to do so because of work since I had already took the initial day off. Gal that called me, couldn t even understand her very unprofessional, stated that if I didn t get down there today they will send me to collections. First of all, with it being safe-lites screw up, didn t appreciate that. They stated that when they took the card info down at the store they manually punch it in and took it down wrong. Well, maybe you should hire employees that know how to double check their work, after all, not every customer is going to be honest and run back down there with money. This has been paid in full now but terrible service and a bunch of scatter brains. Hire better employees!

So far I'm quite pleased. I was able to get an appointment for a windshield replacement at the Riverside location within 5 days (better than the 1-2 weeks other places were telling me). I arrived and my car was promptly taken back for service. I was in and out in about an hour. The tech who helped me was Peter. He was very friendly and courteous. As long as my new windshield holds up, I don't have any complaints.

Norberto was very courteous, professional, and efficient. He did a great job - so conscientious he even vacuumed up the glass slivers inside my car and put the parking permit he removed from the shattered windshield onto the new one - obviously someone who takes pride in his work. They work with my auto insurance and the process to repair a chip in my windshield was extremely seamless. Set up a same day appointment and was in and out within 30 minutes. The repair looks better than I thought it would. The tech was knowledgeable, thorough, and honest! Reccomend!
