I have been here since the opening day of this customer mechanic and I used to go there for oil changes and all my car problems But over time, the price went up and their quality and customer service decreased Until the last oil change service, I always told them to check my brakes But they said it was good After some time, I saw a noise coming from the tire of the car wheel I visited, but they said that we don't have time to check your car. After several visits, they told me that the car's wheel bearing is broken and needs to be replaced, and it costs $450. But when I went to another mechanic, he told me that only the brake on the rear tire is worn out and replace it and there is no other problem While they did not tell me this

Excellent Service! Brought my car here for repairs due to an auto accident and they did a magnificent job, truly amazing! When I received my car back , it was like getting a new car. Couldn t even tell the car was damaged prior. It just looked brand new! They did such an amazing job. I love the team here, they re very understanding.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would they will rip you off and not even fix the issue. Stay away from this place frls! I promise you will regret coming here. Besides that, they will price you and when you're ready to pay, they will higher the balance!!

These guys are literally trying to rip the ppl off. Wanted to charge me $304 in labor to change spark plugs and I came with my own plugs. Then told me to get the coils done to, he told me each coil is $96 x 6 smh you can get premium elder coils for $40! Each down the street at foreign auto parts smh don t go here you will spend hundreds of unnecessary hard earned dollars.

I ve been looking for a good, knowledgeable, professional and honest auto repair shop for years. I ve finally found it in RPM Auto Repair. I have brought my car three times to this shop and I am very happy with their service. I ve had my serpentine belt replaced, my control arms, tie rod ends, m stabilizer links reas well as had my cooling system serviced, and I am super happy with the service and prices. The lady at the front desk is always very nice and welcoming, and Emad is very knowledgeable and always willing to explain in detail the work that is being done on the car and why it needs to be repaired. I have also brought my car because I believed the axle needed to be replaced because of a noice, but I was honestly told that there was no need to replace it and that I would be ok for now. Wow! Very honest. Most other shops would have just taken my money and replaced it without the need to so it. Amazing honesty!Very professional staff and great prices. My car feels great now and I am definitely coming here for all my car services.

Amar othman , State Farm sent my car here hopefully it gets fully repaired not just what s stated by State Farm because it had way more damaged than state farms estimate but was good customer service thanks emad

I had my catalytic converter stolen twice and RPM Auto Repair were able to quickly find and repair my truck on both occasions. I would recommend this auto shop because they are honest with the diagnostic and have a great customer service. They are customer friendly and extremely attentive. I had issues of Misfire, spark plug and other mechanical/electrical issues, with my car VW Jetta 2014. I called in Talked to Emadi, who owns this place, he patiently heard of my car issues and scheduled me right away. It was so nice that him and his team member solved my issues very efficiently, in a timely manner and my car is now running perfect. They are team of skilled mechanics , do repair in a cost effective way, and honest. I highly recommend their service for your Auto repair if needed. So glad I re-searched more on taking my car for maintenance, get the work done great with minimum wait time, and they're not trying to rip me off like my previous mechanic which they said I have to pay $20 to replace the cover to put oil, They said it was a main problem with Toyota, but I told them I didn't get a recall mail from Toyota. Bottom line thank you Emad for taking care of my car maintenance service, honest car shop!

Fixed my car quick, fixed my car right. Exained everything in detail and, even showed me on websites how much parts would cost and how much labor was. My new go to place for anything on my car that I cannot fix myself. Great and friendly service also.

My brother has been going to Emad for about 14 years. I finally went to see him about a year ago and got work done on multiple cars. Mercedes , Sonata, Ioniq 5 and I always feel at home when I go there. I have told many of my friends to go there and now they are asking me why was I hiding my mechanic. It's one thing I do know about Emad and that he is going to use the right parts for the job. They will not use the cheaper parts and have you coming back in 4 months. I took my car for spark plugs got it back my coolant was leaking profusely ..my oil and coolant was fine i had a water pump put on 1 day before i went to RPM from a trusted shop no leaks coolant holding. When i left RPM my coolant goes straight threw to ground ..i was told 700 hundred to fix..wow they charged me 702 for the plugs ..i was ripped off stay away from this place ...

My son's car (Toyota Camry) was involved in an accident and required extensive repairs. We are from Arizona and chose and dealt with RPM remotely. Eimad (RPM owner of 34 years) and his great technicians were lifesavers. I am more than pleased with their services. They fixed multiple issues in record time, within budget and know how to manage insurance assessments. We loved their auto repair service and great communications throughout the process. They took a bad situation and made it turn out well! This is the best place in the entire Orange County. I get my Lincoln body and mechanic fixed due to an accident and it looks great, they're totally done an incredible job. I would recommended this place if you are looking for quality service and you wanna fix your car in the right way not Chinese way . I love the owner , very honest, humble and treat your car like his own car. I also would like to mention one of his employee Mr. Rapheal who has a great customer service .This place is above 5 starts

I have been taking my vehicles here for many years now. I recently took my 2016 Range Rover Sport to replace front and rear brakes and I must say I was very satisfied. Saved me a great amount of money compared to the Range Rover dealer, gave me great customer service, and performed a great job on my brakes! Thank You!

This place ripped me off so much. They charged $90 to open the hood of my car and take a look. It literally took them 2 seconds to tell me what they thought was wrong with my car and charged me $90 dollars. I had to end up fixing it there because I needed my car right away and they ripped me off and charged me over $500 for 30 minutes work. To top it all off my car had the same problem again in just 3 weeks and they said the warranty didn't cover it. Terrible!!! Do not go here ever in your life! Better to just Flinstone's it and push yourself around!

The worst service. This place was recommended by AAA they are swindlers. I needed a fuel pump and relay switch a cheap job. They claim I needed an oil pump, seals gasket, timing belt. I still have an oil leak and my car still turns off while I am driving sometimes just won't start. I paid 689.00 for the job 2weeks ago. I am walking today because it is doing the same thing. Turning off while I am driving or not starting. The mechanic Ahmed and owner swears it was not their fault actually tried to have me pay 2000 more dollar's for a oil leak he says it's no way possible to know unless the car is started. Garbage oil leaks regardless started or not anyone knows that. Crooks Swindlers. Stay away

Why RPM?Why go anywhere else? I ve tried numerous reputable auto repair shops, only to be disappointed with the service or overcharging. Finally, I was referred RPM in Anaheim, and WOW!!! How refreshing it was to encounter a friendly team of auto experts who are honest, professional, and determined to do the job right. Emad Salahat is amazing. His expertise and responsiveness to my auto needs and concerns blew my mind! He was patient, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Most importantly, he was committed to go the extra mile to ensure excellence, safety, and satisfaction. Mission accomplished! It s been a week since my car was serviced at RPM (shocks/struts, wheel alignment, etc). I am overwhelmed. I cannot believe how well my drives ~ it s like brand new! Ya know, at the end of the day and upon assessing numerous other auto repair organizations, RPM demonstrates exceptional and incomparable professionalism, service, and pricing!So, why RPM? Love this place the owner have personal issues, but after you get under his skin he is cool. Yes he is a little pricey on parts and labor but he does it well. That is why I like to send my car to him.

Great service. I had been quoted over $1,000 by Mercedes dealer for the "noise" fix. These guys figured out what it was for $50.00. It still had some noise and I had to take it back the next day, but they looked at it again and did some more adjustment for no additional charge. It has been fine since. Also, they are within walking distance of the Anaheim train station, so I just left my car, took the train to work, and picked it up when I took the train back. They give a 20% discount to Metrolink riders.

We were on vacation with car trouble. Emad either badly misdiagnosed our problem or was trying to take advantage of us. He said we had to replace the transmission and clutch for $2800 and warned that we would likely break down on the way home if we didn't let him do this work. We got a bad feeling and found another great mechanic nearby who was honest and explained things thoroughly. It cost us $91 at the other mechanic for a good diagnosis: the problem was a shifting error related to a recall for our vehicle, and nothing was wrong with the transmission or clutch. We drove it carefully home to Oregon and had the dealer fix the problem for free. No problems since. Imagine if we had spent that money and not fixed the problem! Glad we listened to our gut.

When it comes to fixing cars, it s so hard to find a good place that is not going to charge you more than you should and deliver in short time, this place is amazing thank you EMAD it was very nice to know you and thank you for your work it s amazing and your honest.
